Oggi in cui ricordiamo la B.V. M. del Santo Rosario, S.Rosario sulla Col...

The Judicial Vicar does not choose to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS like and is imposing his views, supported by the bishop of Manchester, and the CDF, upon everyone in the diocese. This also has the approval of the Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Sean o Malley. Married couples, lay Catholics , men and women religious, Catholic members of the Judiciary, Catholic politicians, all have to use the false premise.

The Judicial Vicar in the diocese of Manchester, USA, interprets LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, Gs 22 etc in Vatican Council II as referring to visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church. They are saved without faith and baptism and so they become objective exceptions to the 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the Athanasius Creed etc. Ths is a rupture with Tradition.

I intepret LG 8,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as referring to only speculative and theoretical cases. So they are not objective examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church for me.In Vatican Council II there is no rupture with EENS, Syllabus of Errors  etc, for me.

The diocese of Manchester is linked to the Archdiocese of Boston.

Married couples, lay Catholics , men and women religious, Catholic members of the Judiciary, Catholic politicians, all have to use the false premise.

The Judicial Vicar is dishonest and unethical.

Unlike me he interprets LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 etc with a false premise and so confuses speculative theology with practical theology. With this he creates an artificial rupture with Tradition and expects all Catholics to accept this innovation, or face sanctions, religious, social and educational, which are ideologically motivated.

This is a legal issue and is not restricted to Church law.-Lionel Andrades

They are interpreting Vatican Council II with a false premise. So there are exceptions to EENS. So the children are not taught that every one needs to enter the Church for salvation. They are not taught that non Catholics are oriented to Hell without faith and baptism and that this is the teaching of the Church in the past and also in Vatican Council II. Why should non Catholics have to enter the Church when there are alleged exceptions ? With the false premise they interpret LG 16 etc as being exceptions to EENS. Even now those who know do not tell children that LG 16 is not an exception to EENS
