Lumen Gentium was approved by Cardinal Ratzinger, Cardinal Bea and other cardinals and priests, assuming 'there are known cases of known salvation outside the Roman Catholic Church'

It is now clear that the text of Lumen Gentium was approved by Cardinal Ratzinger, Cardinal Bea and other cardinals and priests, assuming 'there are known cases of known salvation outside the Roman Catholic Church!' 1

It was an objective mistake and the whole Council approved it!
They  picked up the error from the Letter of the Holy Office  1949 to the Archbishop of Boston, relative to Fr.Leonard  Feeney.
They did not realize that being saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire allegedly without the baptism of water are hypothetical, non explicit cases. They are invisible in our reality. So they cannot be physical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to Fr. Leonard Feeney. They would have to be physical and known in the present times, to be an exception to EENS.
The Letter (1949)  was an objective mistake of the magisterium in Rome and the Archdiocese of Boston. There was no correction from Pius XII upto Paul VI. At the conclusion of Vatican Council II the excommunication of Fr.Leonard Feeney was still not lifted.
During Vatican Council II Fr.Joseph Ratzinger and Fr.Karl Rahner S.J assumed there was known salvation outside the Catholic Church.
So the subsistit in passage indicates that they thought there was known salvation outside the Church and that the dogma EENS which called Protestants and Orthodox Christians, heretics and schismatics , was no more relevant.

Why was the expression "subsists in" adopted instead of the simple word "is"?
  • Response: The use of this expression, which indicates the full identity of the Church of Christ with the Catholic Church, does not change the doctrine on the Church. Rather, it comes from and brings out more clearly the fact that there are "numerous elements of sanctification and of truth" which are found outside her structure, but which "as gifts properly belonging to the Church of Christ, impel towards Catholic Unity". "It follows that these separated churches and Communities, though we believe they suffer from defects, are deprived neither of significance nor importance in the mystery of salvation. In fact the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them as instruments of salvation, whose value derives from that fullness of grace and of truth which has been entrusted to the Catholic Church".https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Subsistit_in

'the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them as instruments of salvation'. How would any one know, past or present, of an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ? So how could they make this statement in Vatican Council II (LG 8)? How could they say that a Protestant or an Orthodox Catholic was in Heaven without being a formal member of the Catholic Church? These are invisible cases.
One could say that there are good things in other religions example Judaism, but how can any one on earth say that a particular Jew was saved without 'faith and baptism' in the Catholic Church? None of the cardinals could say this.Yet they assumed that there was known salvation outside the Church and they expressed this error in Lumen Gentium 8, 14, 16.
Now these statements of hypothetical cases (LG 8,14,16)  are interpreted as being explicit . Then it is concluded that there is known salvation outside the Church and so the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them'(other religions) ' as instruments of salvation'.
So in this way Frs.Ratzinger and Rahner changed ecclesiology.

Cardinal Ratzinger as Prefect for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith supported the new theology based on an irrationality and did not issue a clarification.
Even as Pope Benedict he maintained the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II assuming hypothetical cases are objective exceptions to EENS.So there had to be a hermeneutic of rupture. He wanted the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) to accept Vatican Council II with this new theology, the irrational Cushing theology.
Archbishop Lefebvre was not shown by the CDF that Vatican Council II could be interpreted with Feeneyism in which LG 8,14 and 16 would refer to invisible and not visible cases. He did not know.He ordained four bishops in protest, against the Vatican's Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II. They then excommunicated him.

Now Pope Francis wants the Franciscans of the Immaculate to accept Vatican Council II theologically, with the same irrationality.
Those who affirm the dogma EENS, according to Fr.Leonard Feeney and the 16th century missionaries, are considered 'ideological' by Pope Francis. They cannot offer the Traditional Latn Mass.Since the FSSP interprets Vatican Council II with Cushingism they are allowed to offer Mass in Latin.Similarly there is no problem today with the priests who use the Byzantine Rite. Since they are Cushingites theologically. They are a break with the  ecclesiology which existed at the time of the Apostles.
Today priests who interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism ( there are no known exceptions to the dogma EENS) are not allowed to be incardinated according to the policy of the Vatican.

Tomorow (Friday)  the Vatican is expected to announce in some way that ecclesiology has been changed through Vatican Council II ( with the use of an irrational inference, which they will not refer to) and so, there can also be changes with respect to the Eucharist and Catholics living in mortal sin.

The Eucharist with the approval of the two popes, is already being given to pro-abortion and pro-sodomy Catholic politicians. So much of change has come into the Catholic Church through the objective mistake of there being known salvation outside the Church.
So much of Vatican Council II has been based on the factual mistake in the Letter(1949),with new doctrines being put forward, which reject EENS according to the 16th century Catholic Church. This was confirmed by Pope Benedict recently in the interview with Avvenire, as if preparing us for the Exhortation on the Synod. He considers it 'a development' of doctrines and dogma.
We now know how the dogma EENS, defined by three Church Councils, has been 'developed'.

Lumen Gentium was written assuming 'there are known cases of known salvation outside the Roman Catholic Church'! In this way there was a change in ecclesiology : Magisterial heresy
