Bangladesh: Christian clergyman arrested as “threat” to Islamic pilgrimage

 BY

Any of Rev. Gilbert Biswas’ Western colleagues would have told him: he was needlessly provoking Muslims. He was poking them in the eye. He should show more respect, which means curtail everything that Muslims find offensive. If you do something that Muslims find offensive, like preaching Christianity, you’re just needlessly causing offense. You’re harming the dialogue. Surrender and submission are the way of Western clergymen. They’re the way of the future.

Christian clergyman arrested as a ‘threat’ to the Bishwa Ijtema Islamic pilgrimage,” Asia News, January 13, 2016 (thanks to The Religion of Peace):
Dhaka (AsiaNews) – Bangladeshi police detained Rev Gilbart Biswas for preaching the Gospel and selling religious booklets during Bishwa Ijtema, the second largest Islamic pilgrimage in the world after the Hajj, which is held every year in Tongi (near Dhaka), on the banks of the Turag River.
The clergyman was taken into custody last Saturday. Deployed to provide security to the event, police justified his arrest on “security grounds” because of his “suspicious behaviour”. One officer said that “no one can proclaim the Gospel on other religious sites.”
In reality, the Constitution of Bangladesh guarantees every citizen the right to profess, practice and propagate their faith.
“We are very concerned about the arrest of Rev Gilbart Biswas,” said a fellow clergyman, anonymous for security reasons. “He did not commit any crime and was arrested illegally by the police, which has not yet released him.”
Now the “judge wants to read the booklet Rev Gilbart Biswas distributed,” he added. “After reading it, he will give his verdict.”
The Bishwa Ijtema (Global congregation or World Meeting in Bangla) is an annual event organised by the Tabligi Jamaat (Society for the spread of the faith), a transnational religious and non-political movement that seeks the spiritual reform of Islam….

Pakistan: Bill banning child marriage fails after it’s deemed un-Islamic

  BY

Islamic apologists in the West argue furiously that child marriage has nothing to do with Islam, and that the idea that Muhammad married a child is the invention of greasy Islamophobes. In reality, few things are more abundantly attested in Islamic law than the permissibility of child marriage. Islamic tradition records that Muhammad’s favorite wife, Aisha, was six when Muhammad wedded her and nine when he consummated the marriage:
“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).
Another tradition has Aisha herself recount the scene:
The Prophet engaged me when I was a girl of six (years). We went to Medina and stayed at the home of Bani-al-Harith bin Khazraj. Then I got ill and my hair fell down. Later on my hair grew (again) and my mother, Um Ruman, came to me while I was playing in a swing with some of my girl friends. She called me, and I went to her, not knowing what she wanted to do to me. She caught me by the hand and made me stand at the door of the house. I was breathless then, and when my breathing became Allright, she took some water and rubbed my face and head with it. Then she took me into the house. There in the house I saw some Ansari women who said, “Best wishes and Allah’s Blessing and a good luck.” Then she entrusted me to them and they prepared me (for the marriage). Unexpectedly Allah”s Apostle came to me in the forenoon and my mother handed me over to him, and at that time I was a girl of nine years of age. (Bukhari 5.58.234).
Muhammad was at this time fifty-four years old.
Marrying young girls was not all that unusual for its time, but because in Islam Muhammad is the supreme example of conduct (cf. Qur’an 33:21), he is considered exemplary in this unto today. And so in April 2011, the Bangladesh Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini declared that those trying to pass a law banning child marriage in that country were putting Muhammad in a bad light: “Banning child marriage will cause challenging the marriage of the holy prophet of Islam, [putting] the moral character of the prophet into controversy and challenge.” He added a threat: “Islam permits child marriage and it will not be tolerated if any ruler will ever try to touch this issue in the name of giving more rights to women.” The Mufti said that 200,000 jihadists were ready to sacrifice their lives for any law restricting child marriage.
Likewise the influential website Islamonline.com in December 2010 justified child marriage by invoking not only Muhammad’s example, but the Qur’an as well:
The Noble Qur’an has also mentioned the waiting period [i.e. for a divorced wife to remarry] for the wife who has not yet menstruated, saying: “And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women, if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] those who have not menstruated” [Qur’an 65:4]. Since this is not negated later, we can take from this verse that it is permissible to have sexual intercourse with a prepubescent girl. The Qur’an is not like the books of jurisprudence which mention what the implications of things are, even if they are prohibited. It is true that the prophet entered into a marriage contract with A’isha when she was six years old, however he did not have sex with her until she was nine years old, according to al-Bukhari.
Other countries make Muhammad’s example the basis of their laws regarding the legal marriageable age for girls. Article 1041 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran states that girls can be engaged before the age of nine, and married at nine: “Marriage before puberty (nine full lunar years for girls) is prohibited. Marriage contracted before reaching puberty with the permission of the guardian is valid provided that the interests of the ward are duly observed.”
According to Amir Taheri in The Spirit of Allah: Khomeini and the Islamic Revolution (pp. 90-91), Iran’s Ayatollah Khomeini himself married a ten-year-old girl when he was twenty-eight. Khomeini called marriage to a prepubescent girl “a divine blessing,” and advised the faithful to give their own daughters away accordingly: “Do your best to ensure that your daughters do not see their first blood in your house.” When he took power in Iran, he lowered the legal marriageable age of girls to nine, in accord with Muhammad’s example.

Bill banning child marriage fails in Pakistan after it’s deemed ‘un-Islamic,’” by Ishaan Tharoor,Washington Post, January 15, 2016:
Pakistani lawmakers had to withdraw a bill aimed at curbing the practice of child marriage after a prominent religious body declared the legislation un-Islamic.
The bill, which proposed raising the marriage age for females from 16 to 18, also called for harsher penalties for those who would arrange marriages involving children. Despite the laws in place, child marriages, particularly involving young female brides, are common in parts of the country. It’s estimated that some 20 percent of girls in the country are married before they turn 18.
But the Council of Islamic Ideology, a constitutional body which gives advice to parliament on the compatibility of laws with Sharia, appeared to slap down the legislation after deeming it “un-Islamic” and “blasphemous,” according to Agence France Presse….
In 2013, reports AFP, “it suggested making DNA inadmissible evidence in rape cases, instead calling for the revival of an Islamic law that makes it mandatory for a survivor to provide four witnesses to back their claims.”…
That’s not just an “Islamic law” that some want to “revive”; that’s a Qur’anic directive (24:4, 24:13).
Clerics on the council object to minimum age requirements, arguing instead that an individual can marry once reaching puberty, which can be as early as the age of 9.
Nine, eh? Why did they decide on age nine?

Pakistan: Police arrest Muslim cleric for inciting boy to cut off his own hand

 BY

His family praised him for cutting off his own hand. Will they be arrested as well? The attitudes, assumptions, and beliefs that led to this barbarity go much deeper than this one cleric.

Police arrest cleric for ‘inciting’ boy to cut off his hand,” Pakistan Today, January 16, 2016:
Police on Saturday arrested the cleric of a mosque in Okara district on terror charges in connection with an incident involving a 15-year-old boy who had cut off his own hand believing he had committed blasphemy.
An FIR was registered against prayer leader Shabbir Ahmed Friday night on behalf of the state under Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) and Section 324 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
The cleric was arrested under the National Action Plan (NAP) for inciting violence through his speech, police officials said.
They added that the allegations of the cleric led to the boy’s heinous act, as he felt ashamed and dejected after being called a blasphemer.
Members of the crowd, the cleric had delivered his speech to, said they were aware the boy had not committed blasphemy and that he was the victim of a misunderstanding.
The 15-year-old boy however maintained that the cleric was blameless while his act was reportedly celebrated by his parents and neighbours.
The cleric, some six days ago, addressing a Mehfil-i-Milad at a village mosque in Chak 3D of Hujra Shah Muqeem town in Depalpur Tehsil, said that “those who love Prophet Muhammad (Peace be Upon Him) always say their prayers”.
He then asked his audience “Who does not love the Prophet (PBUH)?” The cleric asked, “Raise your hand.” The child misheard the question and raised his hand. The imam then pointed to the youth and alleged he was a “blasphemer and was liable to be killed”.

Afghanistan: Muslim cuts off wife’s nose after argument over his taking six-year-old as second wife

BY

“The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death)” (Bukhari 7.62.88).
Reza Gul
Afghan Woman’s Nose Is Cut Off by Her Husband, Officials Say,” by David Jolly and Ahmad Shakib, Kemsat.com, January 19, 2016:
KABUL, Afghanistan — A young woman has been hospitalized in northern Afghanistan and is hoping to travel to Turkey for reconstructive surgery after her husband cut off her nose, the police and the woman’s family said on Tuesday.
The woman, Reza Gul, 20, was attacked by her husband with a knife on Sunday in Shar-Shar, a village in an impoverished and Taliban-controlled part of Faryab Province. Reza Gul was in stable condition on Tuesday in a hospital in Maimana, the provincial capital, according to a spokesman for the Faryab police, Sayed Massoud Yaqubi.
Maroof Samar, a doctor who is the acting director of public health in Faryab, said Reza Gul had been in “very critical condition when she was brought in, she had lost much blood.”
Throughout the six years Reza Gul and her husband, Muhammad Khan, 25, had been married, he and his family members had regularly abused her, beating her and binding her in chains, said Reza Gul’s mother, Zarghona. Mr. Khan regularly went to Iran for work, returned for a few months during which he abused his wife, then left her with his family members, she said.
“This infidel cut off my daughter’s nose,” Zarghona said. “If I catch him, I’ll tear him to pieces.”
Though Reza Gul brought her severed nose to the hospital, the facility was not equipped to handle the complicated surgery needed to reattach it. Dr. Samar said the governor of Faryab had enlisted the Turkish Embassy in Kabul to help arrange travel to Turkey for surgery and treatment. Reza Gul received a national identity card on Tuesday, he said, which she will use to apply for a passport to get to Turkey as soon as possible.
Her plight has again brought attention to endemic violence against women in Afghanistan, which the United Nations Development Program rated one of the worst countries in the world to be born female.
On Sunday afternoon, Zarghona said, Reza Gul and Mr. Khan got into an argument over his having taken his uncle’s 6- or 7-year-old daughter as his fiancée, with the intention of making her his second wife this year. During the dispute, Mr. Khan erupted into a rage, took a knife and cut off his wife’s nose, said Zarghona, who goes by a single name.
Mr. Khan and one of his brothers then threw Reza Gul on the back of a motorcycle with the intention of taking her away to kill her, Zarghona said. But news of the attack spread quickly in the village, causing an uproar, and Mr. Khan fled for his life.
“I went to the Taliban,” Zarghona said. “I asked them: ‘Is this the Islam we are following? My daughter’s nose chopped off? But you are doing nothing about it. I want justice.’”
“They got really angry and now they are searching for the boy,” she said. “I hope they find him before the police do.”
Mr. Yaqubi, the police official, said the authorities had heard that “the Taliban has already arrested Muhammad Khan, and he is presently in their custody.”
“We don’t know what they plan to do with him, but we will follow the case and bring him to justice.”   http://www.jihadwatch.org/2016/01/afghanistan-muslim-cuts-off-wifes-nose-after-argument-over-his-taking-six-year-old-as-second-wife

Toronto Imam: Muslims should hire only Muslims; do business only with Muslims

Toronto Imam: Muslims should hire only Muslims; do business only with Muslims

What was that you were saying about integrating immigrants, New York Times?
Said-Rageah
“Toronto Imam: Muslims should hire only Muslims; do business only with Muslims,” by Jonathan D. Halevi, CIJ News, January 8, 2016 (thanks to Robert):
Shaykh Said Rageah (الشيخ سعيد راجح) was born in Somalia and in the late 80sn moved to North America. Rageah has a Bachelor’s in Islamic studies and a Masters in Shari’ah and he has had several posts over the years, including: founder of Masjid Huda in Montreal and Masjid Aya in Maryland, advisor for Muslim Youth magazine, and member in the Aqsa Association.
He is also the founder of both Muslim Magazine and Al Aqsa Association, and served as the Chaplain at both the University of Calgary and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). He served as an Imam at the Abu Hurairah Mosque in Toronto, the Chairman for the Journey of Faith Conference and as an instructor for the AlMaghrib Institute.
In a sermon delivered at Abu Hurairah Centre in Toronto (the video was uploaded to YouTube on February 8, 2009), Imam Rageah called on Canadian Muslims to unite and translate their demography into a political and economic power that is necessary to make the government allow Muslims to implement the Islamic Law (Sharia) in their communities and to change the foreign policy.
Rageah spoke in favour of following the example of the Sikh neighbourhood in Edmonton, Alberta, by bringing the Muslim community to live together in one area in which the authorities will not be able to make any decision without the approval of the Muslims.
He urges Muslims to hire only Muslim workers, to buy products or services only from Muslim-owned businesses and to avoid advertising with media outlets owned by kafir, meaning unbeliever or infidel. In this way, he maintained, Canadian Muslims can strengthen themselves and live according to Islam.
The following is a transcript of segments from Rageah’s sermon:
“With four, five [hundred] thousand Muslims you can create the most powerful lobby in Canada… with that number of Muslims you can create one of the strongest Muslim business in Toronto…
“If you just put our resources, if we put our resources together, if we can work together as an Ummah [Muslim nation] we can change a lot…
“As Muslims, we are scattered all over the city. You have people living in Brampton, you have people living in Mississauga, you have people living in Whitby, you have people living in Richmond Hill. Imagine if we all get together in one area.
In the City of Edmonton, the Sikh, Sikh, they live in one neighbourhood and nothing can be changed or done without their approval. We here we may as well benefit from the system that they have here.
“What can you do with unity? A lot. You can change a lot. You can change the foreign policy of this country. You can change how the Muslims think. You can even when need help, when you need help you call Muslim for your need you will help the Muslim community…
“Brothers in the masjid [Mosque] right now, they are coming up with the magazine or newspaper called Ummah Times. What Ummah Times is that? Ummah Times is advertising all your businesses all the Muslim businesses [are] Ummah.
“All you need to do – I will never advertise with a kafir [unbeliever, infidel], there you go.
“I hear some advertisements giving to 680 News $5,000. Before your Muslim brothers $50 and $80 or $100 we think twice before we do it.
“Unless we work together, the day we need a truck driver we know where to find truck drivers.
The day that I need a cab I should have a number of a Muslim cab it’s ok, pick me up.
When I wan to see a doctor, only Muslim doctor.
When I want to hire someone only Muslim worker.
Then we can strengthen ourselves. This is the way and this is the only way we can exist in the society, living according to Islam.
“When the Sharia [Islamic Law], when the government of Toronto, Ontario gave us a break and said: deal your internal affairs based on your Sharia [Islamic Law] we did not go and say: Those few people are Ismailis and Ahmadis, they are not even Muslims. Why would they speak on behalf of Muslims. But, we say no, we keep quiet and see and watch what happens, and then the result was that they said… we will never allow you to rule yourselves, your internal affairs based on the Shariah…
“My brothers in faith [اخوتي في الله], anything that happens in your Muslim community, in the City of Toronto, anything that can be done, five hundred thousand Muslims that is a great number, large number, you can do a lot, work together. Let’s be an Ummah[nation]
Take your children to Islamic schools.
Take your vehicle to Muslim owned business.
If you buy a vehicle make sure there is a Muslim business or car dealer that sells cars.
If you want to do anything just ask if that individual is a Muslim or not. If he is not, then look for a Muslim, because I’m sure you’ll find a Muslim. I’m sure you’ll find a Muslim in that field…
“O Allah, Raise the standing of Islam and the Muslims [اللهم اعز الاسلام والمسلمين], andhumiliate the infidels and the polytheists.” [اذل الكفرة والمشركين]
Rageah visiting Sweden: refugees should spread Islam in hosting country
In his recent visit to Sweden, Rageah met with Muslim youths apparently sons and daughters of refugees from the Middle East who resettled with their families in a small Swedish village.
Rageah explained to the Muslim youths the obligation upon them to follow the teachings of Islam and also the importance of playing a leading role in introducing Islam to the local society in order to spread Islam in their new community.
The following are excerpts of Rageah’s speech (posted on YouTube on December 8, 2015):
“Why do you think Allah brought you here? Why do you think Allah brought your parents and they brought you here?
“Do you think because there was a civil war back home and they had nowhere else to go, and now all of the sudden they came to Sweden to this small village that I cannot even pronounce its name? Do you think they came here accidentally?
“No. It was designed by Almighty Allah. It was designed that you perhaps can be born and raised here, so you can carry the message of Islam to your own community, to the Swedish community, because maybe your father when he is speaking Swedish he has an accent, maybe your mother when she is speaking she has an accent. Maybe they don’t understand the culture of the people.

Perhaps Allah brought you here so you can adapt, understand, analyze, read and learn the culture of the people and then in return you come back and give them the light of Islam

“Unfortunately a lot of young ladies and a lot of young boys, or young men, they think they were brought here so they can have fun, they can listen to music, they can shovel the snow that their father never have seen before, they can make a snow man in front of their houses, they can slide down the hill. This is not the reason.
The reason that Allah brought you here is so you can can carry the message of Islam to the people. Why? Because each one of us, Almighty Allah [said] call to the way of your Lord (ادعوا الى سبيل ربك ). So your responsibility is to call people to Allah.”…http://www.jihadwatch.org/2016/01/toronto-imam-muslims-should-hire-only-muslims-do-business-only-with-muslims

The Left’s Embrace of Islamic Rape

  BY

cologne-assaults
As the disturbing reports pour in about the New Year’s Eve Muslim sex assaults in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Finland and other European countries, it has become clear that the new Utopian Multicultural Europe that the Left has worked so hard to build is now here. Cologne Mayor Henriette Reker’s response to the assaults under her watch has been to reprimand the victims, suggesting that they had asked for it. She has vowed to make sure that women will change their behavior, so that they don’t provoke Muslims to sexually assault them again. There will now bepublished “online guidelines” for women to read so they can prepare themselves. One wonders if it will be the burqa or the niqab that will be the solution of choice.

These eerie developments are, of course, completely in line with why Naomi Wolf finds the hijab “sexy” and why Oslo Professor of Anthropology Dr. Unni Wikan’s solution for the high incidence of Muslims raping Norwegian women is not for the rapists to be punished, but for Norwegian women to “take their share of responsibility” for the rapes because Muslim men found their manner of dress provocative. Norwegian women, she has counseled, “must realize that we live in a Multicultural society and adapt themselves to it.”
We are also now aware that German police fired water cannons at German protesters in Cologne who gathered to protest the rapes and sexual assaults committed by the Muslim refugees. Right, it is not the Muslim migrants who committed sex assaults that are being shot at with water cannons, but those who feel that what they did violates women’s rights and western values.
In response to this new horrifying European reality, in which if you are a kuffar female who is rapedit means you asked for itFrontpagemag.com is running my article “How Vittorio Arrigoni Went to Gaza Hoping to Die” from PJMedia’s April 18, 2011 issue. The article unveils the death wish in the heart of the Left and in the impulses of its fellow travelers. In so doing, it crystallizes the pathological mindset of the progressive elites running Western Europe today and why they have created the toxic and suicidal circumstances in which their own women are now victims of mass sexual assaults by followers of a totalitarian and misogynist ideology — and why they, the elites, are shaming the victims and taking the side of the perpetrators.
When one grasps that the yearnings of Western Europe’s rulers today are the same yearnings that Vittorio Arrigoni indulged, the whole picture becomes transparently clear.

Iran accused of giving nearly $5.5 million to left-wing populist party in Spain

Back in July 2005, then-Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said: “The message of the Revolution is global, and is not restricted to a specific place or time. Have no doubt…Allah willing, Islam will conquer what? It will conquer all the mountain tops of the world.”
No less an authority than the Ayatollah Khomeini had said from the beginning that the goals of that Revolution were global: “We shall export our revolution to the whole world. Until the cry ‘There is no god but Allah’ resounds over the whole world, there will be struggle.”
Iranian politician Mohsen Rezaei once told a cheering Iranian crowd: “We will build a force that will demolish the enemies of Islam, continue the path of our great prophet Muhammad, and raise the flag of Islam in all corners of the world.”
How to accomplish these global ambitions? One way is through Leftist useful idiots in the West.

“Probe: Spain’s ‘Podemos’ Party may have been given €5 million Euros by Iran regime,” by Lisa Daftari, Foreign Desk, January 12, 2016:
Spanish authorities are actively investigating rumors that Iran’s regime heavily financed the activities of the country’s Podemos political party, according to Spanish media sources.
The Union of Economic and Fiscal Delinquency, La Unidad de Delincuencia Económica y Fiscal (UDEF), an investigative arm of the country’s National Police has launched a detailed probe in determining whether the party accepted €5m Euros from Iran in exchange for influence in the country’s political and economic arenas, El Confidencial, a Spanish newspaper said….
Iglesias founded the left wing populist party in March 2014 in reaction to national protests against inequality and political corruption.
Podemos’ success is in part because of a combining of forces with left-wing nationalists and its promise to bring variety and plurality to Spain’s long-standing political system.
Iglesias, 36, who worked as an advisor to his ‘hero’ President Hugo Chavez of Venezuela, currently hosts a TV talk show on Hispan TV, a channel funded by the Iranian government.
“Iran has had its tentacles in Spain for quite some time,” Joseph Humire, executive director of Center for a Secure Free Society (SFS) said.
“Iran has been busy building its legitimacy through its dedicated, state-owned Spanish broadcast network Hispan TV, and Iglesias from Podemos was Iran’s mouthpiece for Spain through his show on that network,” Humire said….
According to Spanish law, it is illegal for parties to receive political donations from foreign governments.

The Letter ( 1949) made a mistake. There is a mistake in Vatican Council II, too. It's an objective mistake. It's a doctrinal mistake. There are no known exceptions to the old ecclesiology on ecumenism and other religions.

Image result for Photos vatican Council IIRelated imageAd Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14 saying'whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved'(LG 14) and 'all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching'(AG 7)  was a clear doctrinal error from the Letter (1949). It was not just the placing of a hypothetical passage, near an orthodox teaching,to make it appear as an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( EENS).
Go back to the Letter and read it.You will see being saved in invincible ignorance refers to persons saved without the baptism of water.
Reason it out. If they are saved with the baptism of water in the Catholic Church they would have to be personally known. They would have to be visible.Invisible cases cannot be exceptions to EENS.So the Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston  (1949) infers  there are known, visible cases of non Catholics saved without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church .
This was the error.

Since there are (allegedly) known cases of non Catholics saved without 'faith and baptism', but in invincible ignorance of the Gospel ,through no fault of their own, not every one needs to enter the Catholic Church, is the conclusion. There is salvation outside the Church. Every one now does not need to be a 'card carrying member' of the Catholic Church, to avoid Hell.
So, Vatican Council II says 'whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved'(LG 14) and 'all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching'(AG 7). We have a new doctrine and it is also supported by Cardinal Muller.
Cardinal Muller when asked about  the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, told Edward Pentin 'there has been a development of all that was said in the Church, beginning with St. Cyprian, one of the Fathers of the Church, in the 3rd century. Again, the perspective is different between then and now. In the 3rd century, some Christian groups wanted to be outside the Church, and what St. Cyprian said is that without the Church, a Christian cannot be saved. The Second Vatican Council also said this: Lumen Gentium 14 says: “Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.” He who is aware of the presence of revelation is obliged by his conscience to belong publicly and, not only in his conscience, in his heart, to this Catholic Church by remaining in communion with the Pope and those bishops in communion with him. But we cannot say that those who are inculpably ignorant of this truth are necessarily condemned for that reason. We must hope that those who do not belong to the Church through no fault of their own, but who follow the dictates of their God-given conscience, will be saved by Jesus Christ whom they do not yet know. Every person has the right to act according to his or her own conscience...' 1

So we have identified the 1949 magisterial error and the wrong inference in Vatican Council II from the irrational and non traditional Letter.
So we simply avoid the wrong inference. We say there are no known cases of persons saved in invincible ignorance and without the baptism of water. This is objective. There are no known exceptions to EENS.There is no known case of someone saved outside the Church, without 'faith and baptism'.The Letter ( 1949) made a mistake. There is a mistake in Vatican Council II, too. It's an objective mistake. It's a doctrinal mistake. There are no known exceptions  to the old ecclesiology on ecumenism and other religions.

INTERVIEW WITH H.E. ARCHBISHOP GERHARD LUDWIG MÜLLER
13 September 2012
National Catholic Register / The Catholic Herald

Edward Pentin:
But do you feel there’s been a weakening of the Church’s teaching because of this underlying confusion of terminology. One example sometimes cited is that the teaching of “no salvation outside the Church” seems to have become less prominent. Can that be attributed to the Council in your view?

Cardinal Gerhard Muller:
That has been discussed, but here too there has been a development of all that was said in the Church, beginning with St. But we cannot say that those who are inculpably ignorantof this truth are necessarily condemned for that reason. We must hope that those who do not belong to the Church through no fault of their own, but who follow the dictates of their God-given conscience, will be saved by Jesus Christ whom they do not yet know. Every person has the right to act according to his or her own conscience. However, if a Catholic says today: “I am going to put myself outside the Church,” we would have to respond that without the Church, that person is in danger of losing salvation. Therefore we must always examine the context of these statements. The problem that many people have is that they are linking statements of doctrine from different centuries and different contexts – and this cannot be done rationally without a hermeneutic of interpretation. We need a theological hermeneutic for an authentic interpretation, but interpretation does not change the content of the teaching.
Lionel:
Cardinal Muller has denied the centuries old interpretation of the dogma, the Feeneyite version, what the secular media calls ' the rigorist interpretation' of the dogma. He has supported the Marchetti Letter of the Holy Office 1949.Cardinal Marchetti suggested that being saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance were exceptions to the interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney and the St.Benedict Center. It implied that these cases were personally known and visible to be exceptions. This was an objective error. How can the deceased who are now in Heaven be visible on earth to be exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation ?.They would have to be visible for Cardinal Marchetti, for them, to be objective exceptions. This factual error was supporterd by Cardinal Richard Cushing , the Archbishop of Boston and the Jesuit community there. They inserted the confusion in Vatican Council II. (AG 7,LG 14).
So Lumen Gentium 14 says: “Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved..' He 'who is aware'.But he who is aware or in inculpable ignorance is known only to God.So what has this to do with the Feeneyite version of extra ecclesiam nulla salus? We cannot meet someone who has been saved or will be saved without the baptism of water in 2015!
For Cardinal Gerhard Muller we can! So he considers this 'a development' of the dogma. The dogma has known and visible exceptions as Cardinal Marchetti believed.
'But we cannot say that those who are inculpably ignorant of this truth are necessarily condemned for that reason.'
Lionel:
What has this to do with the Feeneyite version of extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Obviously Cardinal Gerhard Muller is referring to a hypothetical case. How can hypothetical cases be defacto exceptions to all needing ' faith and baptism'(AG 7) for salvation ?
Every person has the right to act according to his or her own conscience.
Lionel:
Again, why mention this with respect to extra ecclesiam nulla salus ? We do not know of any one saved by acting according to his or her conscience and who did not need the baptism of water in the present times. So how is following one's conscience(LG 16) an exception to the traditional 'rigorist'interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney. The Prefect of the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican once again assumes that these cases are objectively known to us.Since they are explicit for him they are exceptions to the dogma. This is irrational.
We need a theological hermeneutic for an authentic interpretation
Lionel:
Cardinal Gerhard Muller first assumes that the dead-saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance and who are in Heaven are visible to us ( false proposition). He then concludes that these visble-dead are explicit exceptions to Fr.Leonard Feeney and the traditional interpretation of the dogma ( false conclusion). He then concludes that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church and all do not need to defacto become formal members of the Church to avoid Hell. This is a new theology based on an irrational premise. It is also a break with Tradition, the Syllabus of Errors, the Catechism of Pope Pius XII etc.
but interpretation does not change the content of the teaching.
Lionel:
True interpretation must not change the content of the teaching but obviously he is not promoting the Feeneyite version of the dogma. He is a Cushingite. For him there are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So the content of the teaching has been changed.
Where are these explicit exceptions? In the Vatican ? Rome ? Can he give us their names and surnames?
the perspective is different between then and now
Lionel:
Yes. Since he like Cardinal Francesco Marchetti-Selvaggiani and Cardinal Richard Cushing is using a false premise with a false conclusion to change the meaning of the dogma.

Archbishop Gerhard Muller was using the false premise : here is the proof!
ARCHBISHOP GERHARD MULLER ASSUMES THAT THE DEAD WHO ARE SAVED ARE VISIBLE ON EARTH AND SO EVERY ONE DOES NOT NEED TO ENTER THE CHURCH:NCR interview
