If Fr. Georges de Laire and Damien Fischer in New Hampshire would interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then the CDF sanctions would also apply to them.

 It would be unethical if Judge Andrea Johnstone in her reasoning would use the False Premise , confusing what is invisible as being visible, implicit as being explicit,subjective as being objective- and then make inferences and conclusions.

The Judge in New Hampshire must be asked if she would interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise ?

Damien Fischer as a Catholic must be asked to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so affirm the strict interpretation of EENS like Brother Andre Marie micm.

So why should Catholics in New Hamsphire have to interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise to avoid a Decree of Prohibitions from Fr. Laire ?

Why must the religious communities in New Hampshire interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise to receive canonical recognition and avoid the Decree of Prohibitions ? This is unethical.

If Damien Fischer, for example, interprets Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then he supports Feeneyite EENS and so merits the Decree of Prohibitions from Fr. Georges de Laire.

Now Fr. Georges de Laire is using the Cushingite theology of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and Archbishop Pierre Thuc, which depended upon the False Premise.With Feeneyite theology which does not need the False Premise, and so goes back to the old exclusivist ecclesiology, Fr. At the pontifical Institute of Liturgy, St. Anselm, Rome students have to learn how to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise only, so there is a false break with extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and so they do not have to be taught how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics. Since  Vatican Council II for the faculty is a break and not continuity with Tradition.

Instead with the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II alleged practical exceptions are created for the Syllabus of Errors of Pope PiusIX.

We know that with the Rational Premise there would be no exceptions in the text of the Council for the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed and 16^th century EENS of the missionaries.

The teaching at St. Anselm is political and with the False Premise the faculty creates a calculated break with traditional ecclesiocentrism.So the students are not shown how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King at Holy Mass.

 The Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics cannot be proclaimed at the Liturgical Institute since Vatican Council II is interpreted with the False Premise. The False Premise is obligatory to project false exceptions for the traditional theology on their being exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.

Fake premise

Lumen Gentium 8,Lumen Gentium 14, Lumen Gentium 16 etc in Vatican Council II refer to physically visible cases in 1965-2021.

Fake inference

They are objective examples of salvation outside the Church.

Fake conclusion

Vatican Council II contradicts the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).The Athanasius Creed(outside the Church there is no salvation) and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return) were made obsolete.
Here is my interpretation of Vatican Council II in blue.

Rational Premise

LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc in Vatican Council II refer to physically invisible cases in 1965-2021.They are only hypothetical and theoretical. They exist only in our mind and are not solid bodies at Newton's level of time, space and matter.

Rational Inference

They are not objective examples of salvation outside the Church for us human beings.

Rational Conclusion

Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS as it was interpreted by the Jesuits in the Middle Ages.It does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS of St. Thomas Aquinas( saved in invincible ignorance is invisible), St. Augustine and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.

The Letter of the Holy Office(Congregation for the Doctrine 

of the Faith) 1949 made an objective mistake.-

 Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.

It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.

Since if they are practical exceptions they cannot be invisible cases.They have to be objective and visible cases, people personally known in the present times.

Here Fr. Georges de Laire would have to admit that he is confusing what is invisible as being visible, implicit as being explicit and subjective as being objective.

His premise is invisible people are visible, LG 16 etc refer to visible people in the present times. Then his inference is that these visible people (for him) saved outside the Catholic Church, are practical exceptions for Feeneyite EENS. So his conclusion is that Vatican Council II is a break with the traditional interpretation of EENS( with no exceptions). It is also a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius X and the rest of Tradition.

So it is only with the False Premise, confusing invisible cases in the present times, as being objective exceptions to EENS, that he can deny  the strict interpretation of EENS. In this way he avoids the Decree of Prohibitions of the CDF being applied to him.Even other membvers of the  Curia in the diocese of Manchester, in New Hampshire, avoid the sanctions placed on Brother Andre Marie. They do it by confusing what is invisible as being visible, implicit as being explicit.

Similarly the free lance journalist in New Hampshire, Damien Fischer denies the strict interpretation of EENS by suggesting that there are physically visible exceptions, mentioned in Vatican Council II. But the Curia in Manchester, including the Director of Education, Mary Ellen Mohan, is interpreting Vatican Council II with the False Premise, like the rest of the Curia. This is dishonest.

With the irrationality, there is alleged known salvation outside the Church, there are are supposedly visible cases of known Catholics saved outside the Church, who are projected as exceptions for the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors.

This is the irrationality accepted by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith for all religious communities and Catholics in the diocese. Judge Andre K. Johnstone, U.S Magistrate Judge for the District Court in New Hampshire,  who is hearing a case filed by Fr. Georges de Laire, could ask him if he affirms the same strict interpretation of the dogma EENS as the St. Benedict Center,i.e, if he did not use the False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II. Also the Christopher White correspondent of the National Catholic Reporter and Damien Fischer would agree that they interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and so hold the same strict interpretation of the dogma EENS, for which Fr. Georges de Laire has imposed severe prohibitions on the Catholic religious community in New Hampshire, but not on Fischer or Catholics in the judiciary.

A judicial vicar who interprets Vatican Council II with a False Premise to avoid a Decree of Prohibitions is unethical.He has no right to decide marriage cases in the diocesan tribunal. Also after the scandal is brought to light he still will not interpret Vatican Council II honestly and affirm the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed and the dogma EENS, as a Catholic in good standing.-Lionel Andrades

Bishop Peter Libasci and the Chancellor want scientists in New Hampshire, to interpret Vatican Council II by violating Newton's Laws of physics.This is a credibility issue.For a doctor, engineer, lawyer or priest to confuse what is invisible as being being visible, even after being informed, indicates his sense of reality is different from the rest of mankind.

All the books available on Vatican Council II in the diocese of Manchester, USA have an error.They use irrational reasoning to reject  the traditional teaching on the Church having a superiority and exclusiveness in salvation and that in Heaven, there are only Catholics.Bishop Peter Libasci will not correct this mistake and neither will the professionals, associated with the diocese.

The books on Vatican Council II have a mistake and there is no clarification or correction from the Diocese of Manchester or the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.

This is important.Since the Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and the CDF  wants the St. Benedict Center, N.H , to interpret Vatican Council II as a break with Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). It is only then that they will the SBC legally accepted as Catholics and Prohibitions be lifted.This is expected of all Catholics in the diocese.

Catholic professionals in the diocese must inform Bishop Libasci  that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II do not refer to practical exceptions to EENS. A Blue Mass was held recently by Bishop Libasci for Members of Law Enforcement, Firefighters,
and Emergency Medical Services, who interpret Vatican Council II with this irrationality.This is unprofessional for the police department and other professionals.

A policeman who claims LG 8, LG 16 etc refer to physical bodies in the present times(2019) is out of touch with reality.

Yet this is the reasoning of Bishop Libasci and the CDF expects the SBC to supports all this for canonical recognition, like other religious communities,  and to legally be called a Catholic.

SBC PATIENCE

I think the SBC must not take the issue to court.It is difficult when an irrational and unscientific bishop accuses  Catholics of legally not being Catholic and this is only because- they do not interpret EENS and Vatican Council II with the irrational reasoning.The irrational reasoning creates a break with the traditional teachings of the Church.

The SBC must wait.More people  understand the general mistake being made on Vatican Council II.

The scenario will change. This has now become a part of a broader issue - the interpretation of Vatican Council II in the diocese and by the CDF.

The bishop and the CDF will have to correct their irrational theological position.

Even though the SBC can challenge the bishop legally they should wait.This issue is no doubt a big cross for the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.-Lionel Andrades

Diocese of Manchester, USA and CDF grant canonical status for religious communities which interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise, inference and conclusion

The  Diocese of Manchester, USA interprets 1) Vatican Council II 2) baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance 3) Catechism of the Catholic Church 4) extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS)  and the 5 ) Athanasius Creed with  a false premise and inference to create a non traditional conclusion.This is  approved by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) officials who want  the St.Benedict Center,USA, in the diocese, to do the same. All the religious  communities in the diocese are obliged to interpret  magisterial documents with a false premise to receive canonical recognition.

The St.Benedict Center interprets EENS without the false premise.It does not have canonical recognition.

The FSSP uses the false premise.It is recognised.

All the priests who offer Holy Mass in Latin or English have to use the false  premise to interpret the Creeds.This is heresy.It is an impediment to offering Holy Mass.

The Thomas More College of Liberal Arts 1 is in the diocese of Manchester.Phil Lawler teaches there.He chooses to interpret Vatican Council II with the false  premise.Anthony Esolen also taught at this institution and was approved by Bishop Peter Libasci and the CDF.

The community at the St. Benedict Center, Worcester, meanwhile will not affirm Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) to avoid a schism with the past popes before Pius XII.Vatican Council II (Cushingite) contradicts the past popes on the strict  interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

The community in Worcester also affirm EENS Feeneyite, like the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in the diocese of Manchester, who are now under attack for their orthodoxy, by the diocese and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).

So with Vatican Council II (Cushingite), the St. Benedict Center, like Bishop McManus, are in schism with the past popes and Church Councils, on EENS.

The popes since Paul VI are in schism with the popes before Pius XII, with their Cushingite reasoning.

Pius XII did not support Fr. Leonard Feeney.Neither did he correct Archbishop Cushing.His Mystici Corporis can be interpreted with Cushingism or Feeneyism.

Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, where the bishop is Bishop Peter Libasci, affirms Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and EENS ( Feeneyite).So he is in harmony with the popes before Pius XII  but in a rupture, theologically and doctrinally, with the popes since Paul VI.They were all Cushingites on EENS and Vatican Council II.

I affirm Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) and EENS ( Feeneyite). So I would be in a rupture  with the present two popes on EENS and Vatican Council II. But I would be in harmony with Tradition when it is interpreted with Feeneyism.

Note: I am not schismatic.Since I do not reject Vatican Council II. The popes from Paul VI were schismatic for interpreting BOD, BOB and I.I  with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism.So they have changed the interpretation of the Creeds and Catechisms and Vatican Council II. If Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then the Council becomes Traditional and he supports Tradition and the Catholic Church becomes Traditional

WE HAVE TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF 

VATICAN COUNCIL II : YOURS AND MINE

Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.

 Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.

It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.

Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?

It is unethical when the popes, cardinals and bishops choose the Irrational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Magisterial Documents.
