The National Catholic Reporter does not state that if the Curia in the Diocese of Manchester, USA would interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise they would be affirming Feeneyite EENS like the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire

Christopher White of the National Catholic  Reporter  in a report 1 does not state that the St. Benedict Center, Richmond , New Hampshire, USA chooses a Rational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) while Fr. Georges de Laire, Judical Vicar, of the Diocese of Manchester, USA and Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Assistant Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith, Vatican, choose an Irrational Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS and this is unethical. It is dishonest for a Catholic. It is also unethical according to secular standards.

Instead the NCR report criticizes the St. Benedict Center, NH and Michael Voris.

1. It does not state that if Fr. Georges de Laire and the Curia in Manchester would interpret Vatican Council II rationally like Brother Andre Marie MICM, they would be affirming Feeneyite EENS, like the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, St. Benedict Center,NH.

2. It also does not state that the Decree of Prohibitions against the St. Benedict Center has been placed because they refuse to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise.

3. It also does not state that all the religious communities in New Hampshire should be free to interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with the Rational Premise for canonical recognition and the use of the False Premise by all of them is unethical.

4.It does not say that Michael Voris asked Fr. Georges de Laire for an interview and this was an opportunity for Laire and the diocese, to affirm the strict interpretation of EENS and the rational interpretation of Vatican Council II, like Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the St. Benedict Center.

5. Instead in statements given to the Catholic Herald, U.K, Fr. Laire interpreted Magisterial Documents, like the CDF and the present two popes, using the False Premise to produce a rupture with Catholic Tradition ( Syllabus of Errors, Athanasius Creed etc). This was dishonest.

The National Catholic Reporter was informed many times but has not issued a clarification on this issue.

Neither has Fr. Georges de Laire and Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester, issued a correction. 

Nor has the CDF admitted that the use of the False Premise was a deception and they would avoid it in future.

 Voris' targeting of de Laire centers around his handling of a canonical matter that involved a traditionalist organization in his diocese known as the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary* of St. Benedict Center.

The group was formed after its founder, former Jesuit priest Leonard Feeney, was excommunicated by the Vatican in 1953 for his belief that only those baptized in the Catholic Church could receive salvation. The group as it operates today has since been labeled a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center for preaching "anti-Semitic hatred."

The diocese had forbidden the community of the St. Benedict Center in Richmond, New Hampshire, to present themselves as an official Catholic institution, while at the same time allowing a priest to provide ministry to the group. According to the Diocese of Manchester's website, the group "manipulated" this "to imply support or recognition by the Church..."

It fell to de Laire as judicial vicar to reinforce a Vatican decree that the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary could not present themselves as Catholic. According to the lawsuit, this resulted in "several articles [at Church Militant] not only criticizing the Diocese's decision to issue the Decree, but defaming Father de Laire, personally."

Voris, who, according to the lawsuit, was an ally of the organization, charged that de Laire was "emotionally unstable" and seeking promotion as a Catholic bishop or a Vatican appointment, allegations the lawsuit rejects. In December 2019, de Laire wrote to Voris threatening legal action, and in a January 2020 letter, Church Militant stood by their original claims against the priest. - Christopher White, National Catholic Reporter, Church Militant founder may face legal reckoning for defamation (Apr 30, 2021)  (Emphasis added )

Archbshop Augustine Di Noia Assistant Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith tells Brother Andre Marie MICM Prior at the St. Benedict Center that CCC 847-848 ( invincible igorance ) are visible exceptions for Feeneyite EENS. The same for LG 14 and LG 16. Bishop Athanasius Schnedier says "No" they are not pratical exceptions

Catholic lay man in Rome. Writer on the discovery of the two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one is rational and the other is irrational, one is interpreted with the false premise and the other without it. One is Magisterial and the other, the common one, is non Magisterial.How can the Holy Spirit make an objective mistake ? So it is human error and not the Magisterium.

 Vatican Council II is dogmatic and not only pastoral.

It is the same for the Creeds and Catechisms. There can be two interpretations.Catholics must choose the rational option.

Why should Catholics choose an irrational version which is heretical, nontraditional and schismatic, when a rational option is there which is traditional?

It is unethical to interpret Vatican Council II with the False and not Rational Premise.
