Pope Francis can no more support polygamy, LGBT-sex etc in the name of Vatican Council II since the Council is Feeneyite. The Council must only be interpreted rationally. It then only supports an ecumenism of return to the Church, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) and the Athanasius Creed.

So the Council agrees with the theology of the old Roman Missal which is ecclesiocentric. At the Novus Ordo, Latin, Melkite, Syro Malabar and other rites, the Catholic Church returns to the past exclusivist ecclesiology. It returns to Traditional Mission based upon exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. This is the Conciliar teaching, before and after Vatican Council II, only when the Council is interpreted rationally.

Catholics are free to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and ethically and not like Rahner, Ratzinger, Congar, Murray, Balthazar, Kung, Lefebvre and Paul VI.

The Dicastary for the Doctrine of the Faith, the USCCB, the Latin Mass Societies in England and Wales, Una Voce and Coetus International, and also bishops conferences all over the world, have an obligation to also interpret the Council only rationally. All the Catechetical Centers must employ only the rational and not irrational premise to interpret Vatican Council II. Then the Council is in harmony with the Magisterium over the centuries. We do not have to choose between Vatican Council II and Tradition.

It is based upon EENS of the Fourth Lateran Council( which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II, rational) that the Social Reign of Christ the King in all political legislation is proclaimed, with the non separation of the Catholic Church and the Catholic State. This is important to saved souls from Hell.

The kerygma has to be proclaimed with traditional ecclesiocentrism and there is no more ‘a development of doctrine’, since the Council does not permit it.
