It's too much for him

Fr.Brian Harrison says he does not understand what I write.
I keep saying that there are no physically visible people saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16).He does not understand me.
I say we cannot literally see cases of the baptism of desire. He does not understand me.
I keep saying no one saw a St. Emerentiana in Heaven, saved with the baptism of blood and without the baptism of water. He does not understand this.
I keep saying outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation in 2016-2019 for us humans. It is way above his head.
I keep saying there are no practical exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in the USA and Canada. It's too much for him.
I say that Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS and the past ecclesiology, since there are no practical exceptions. So Fr.Harrison's interpretation of the Creeds and Catechisms though approved by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops(USCCB) or the Canadian Conference of Bishops, is heretical. But, he cannot figure out what I am saying. I have to keep saying...things, which he does not understand.-Lionel Andrades

A possibility in Vatican Council II cannot be put forward as an exception to EENS. This was the error Pope Francis made on the plane when returning from Abu Dhabi

Mortal sins of faith

Fr.Brian Harrison and Prof. Joseph Shaw saying that Pope Francis is not a heretic is not a surprise. They do not expect him to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and non heretically. They do not expect him to say that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16,UR 3, GS 22 etc refer to only hypothetical cases in 2019.For them this is not a mortal sin of faith. It does not have to be confessed in the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
They both will not affirm the Athanasius Creed  which says outside the Church there is no salvation. This is not a mortal sin of faith for them.
Instead BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to the Athanasius Creed. There is no sin in saying this in public.
Since BOD,BOB and I.I  are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) for them, they deny the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return,Syllabus of Errors etc and there is no mortal sin of faith has for them. Nothing to confess. In their mind, they are not in public mortal sin and so they offer/attend the Traditional Latin Mass.
So it is no  surprise to see that Harrison and Shaw did not sign the Open Letter to the Bishops.

European ‘pro-life’ nationalist parties fall short on fighting abortion

European ‘pro-life’ nationalist parties fall short on fighting abortion

May 24, 2019 (C-Fam) — European nationalist parties have tended to sound pro-life and pro-family in order to gain power, but they have been unwilling to put an end to international European advocacy for abortion and LGBT rights.
European politics have been roiled in recent years by nationalist parties that assert sovereign prerogatives over and against the institutions of the European Union, particularly when it comes to border control. A lesser reported fact is that many of these parties — including in Hungary, Poland, and Italy — ran on a pro-life and pro-family platform.
This is evident in the conclusions adopted by the EU Council each year to guide EU foreign policy. The conclusions have repeatedly emphasized “sexual and reproductive health and rights,” which are euphemisms known to direct political and financial support to abortion groups. They have also recently included “sexual orientation and gender identity” as categories of non-discrimination alongside sex, race, and religion.
The most Hungary and Poland have required in the EU Council is for “sexual and reproductive health” to be qualified by reference to past UN agreements that exclude an international right to abortion. But the overall terminology of the EU Council conclusions neutralizes any reference to past UN Conferences by endorsing subsequent reviews of the conferences that open the door to abortion rights.
The promotion of abortion by the EU goes against the common understanding that abortion is a subject beyond the competence of EU institutions and an exclusive national prerogative. Yet, European countries like France, Germany, and the United Kingdom openly advocate for abortion rights internationally without any pushback from other European countries. They have even spearheaded a campaign called “She Decides” to antagonize U.S. pro-life foreign policy and bail out the global abortion industry following the reinstatement of the Mexico City Policy.
The passivity of EU nationalists on pro-life and pro-family issues is even more obvious in UN negotiations.
Nationalist parties in Hungary, Poland, and Italy especially — which have strong pro-life elements — have quietly hid behind the EU bureaucratic machinery, without trying to temper the positions of the EU delegation and other EU countries. And they have refused repeatedly to support U.S. efforts to advance the pro-life cause at the United Nations.
During recent negotiations in the Security Council, the United States was able to take out abortion-related language from a resolution on humanitarian assistance in war zones. Poland, a current member of the Security Council, did not support the U.S. pro-life position. This, even though the Germans initially proposed a resolution that explicitly characterized abortion as a basic humanitarian need.
Even after removing the abortion-related language, Germany boasted that international humanitarian efforts would continue to promote abortion in humanitarian programming. No European country governed by nationalists asked Germany to walk that back.
The debate about abortion in humanitarian settings has now shifted to the Economic and Social Council. The second largest UN normative body, composed of 54 members, is negotiating a resolution about UN humanitarian assistance in war and other emergencies. Negotiations will wrap up the first week of June.

The unknown theologian who put together the Open Letter to the Bishops supports a mortal sin of faith on Vatican Council II and does not deny it

Heresy is a mortal sin of faith and needs to be confessed in the Sacrament of Reconciliation This was acknowledged by the un-named theologian who put together the Open Letter to Bishops accusing Pope Francis of heresy.1
He writes:
A Catholic can commit the personal sin of heresy by deliberate, obstinate, but purely internal doubt or disbelief of a truth of the Catholic faith. If this doubt or disbelief is never shown by word or deed, the canonical crime of heresy is not committed.
But this theologian's interpretation of Vatican Council II,like the signatories of the Open Letter, and also the present two popes, would also be heretical.
Canon law deals only with sins that are outwardly manifested and that can be established through publicly available evidence. The canonical crime of heresy requires public manifestation of doubt or disbelief in some teaching of the Catholic faith, in circumstances where it is clear that the person expressing disbelief knows that the teaching he is rejecting is a part of the Catholic faith.
It is an interpretation different from mine. They use an irrational premise. The error is repeated even after they are informed. This is persisting in heresy. It is obstinate.
They all interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism. I use Feeneyism. So our conclusions are different.Theirs is heretical and it is the official interpretation of the cardinals and bishops, to whom the signatories have appealed to.
For the canonical delict of heresy to be committed, two things must occur: the person in question must doubt or deny, by public words and/or actions, some divinely revealed truth of the Catholic faith that must be believed with the assent of divine and Catholic faith; and this doubt or denial must be pertinacious, that is, it must be made with the knowledge that the truth being doubted or denied has been taught by the Catholic Church as a divinely revealed truth which must be believed with the assent of faith, and the doubt or denial must be persistent.
Just as the theologian has not posted his name, I do not expect him to affirm Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). He will not affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus which was defined by three Church Councils.
Similarly the present popes would support heresy on Vatican Council II, a mortal sin of faith and not deny it in public.
... heresy is a proposition that contradicts a truth that is divinely revealed, and that has been taught by the Catholic Church as a divinely revealed truth that must be believed with the assent of faith. This is the generally agreed definition of a heresy that is  offered by canonists and theologians.
For centuries the Church agreed on the understanding of  extra ecclesiam nulla salus. In 2016 Pope Benedict announced that EENS today was not the same as in the 16th century. There was a rupture created with his interpretation of Vatican Council II.
It is not just the popes.
The Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) bishops and priests too are not going to Confession, asking for absolution  for their mortal sins of faith, they are actually affirming the sins in public and this is a scandal, another sin.
Similarly the cardinals and bishops at the Rome Vicariate are interpreting Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with mortal sins of faith. They are not  going for Confession and continue with the public sin and scandal. They offer Holy Mass as if all is normal.
A heretic is thus separated from the Church, and a fortiori from any office in the Church. If Pope Francis chooses to persist in heresy in such as way as to make this persistence a juridical fact, through the decree of the divine law he separates himself from the Church and from the papal office. The letter is not intended to bring about this lamentable result. It is issued in the hope that the legal punishment that is due for the crime of Pope Francis will exercise its medicinal purpose of withdrawing a sinner from his sin through anticipation, rather than through actual infliction.
No one will say, "Lionel, we interpret LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as referring to only hypothetical  and theoretical cases in 2019.So they are not objective exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return, the Syllabus of Errors and the Athanasius Creed. So you can quote me".
Fr.Brian Harrison says what I write is difficult to understand. Is he going to affirm Feeneyite EENS? No.
Prof. Joseph Shaw also will not comment. So they both, understandably cannot say that the pope is a heretic.
Louie Verrecchio says he has a family to support.
Similarly the unknown theologian who put together the Open Letter to the Bishops  supports a mortal sin of faith on Vatican Council II and does not deny it.It is the same with the signatories of the Open Letter to the Bishops.-Lionel Andrades
