SSPX GENERAL CHAPTER DID NOT KNOW THAT VATICAN COUNCIL II AFFIRMS EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS WITH NO EXCEPTIONS

The SSPX General Chapter 2012 (1) stated:
We have determined and approved the necessary conditions for an eventual canonical normalization. We have decided that, in that case, an extraordinary Chapter with deliberative vote will be convened beforehand.
It then states:
For this reason it seems opportune that we reaffirm our faith in the Roman Catholic Church, the unique Church founded by Our Lord Jesus Christ, outside of which there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means leading to salvation...'
The General Chapter Statement says :
The Society continues to uphold the declarations and the teachings of the constant Magisterium of the Church in regard to all the novelties of the Second Vatican Council which remain tainted with errors...
Bishop Bernard Fellay and the General Chapter members did not state that it was Vatican Council II itself which says 'outside ' the Church ' there is no salvation nor possibility to find the means leading to salvation..'.
Bishop Bernard Fellay, the Superior General of the Society of St.Pius (SSPX) made a doctrinal error by confusing implicit for us baptism of desire as being explicit for us. What is invisible for us he implies is visible in the flesh (2).  
In the Catechism of Pope Pius X 27 Q states  no one can be saved outside the Catholic Church. In 29 Q it mentions that a person can be saved under certain conditions with the baptism of desire but does not state that these cases are visible for us.It does not claim or imply  that 29C contradicts  27 Q and also the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Bishop Bernard Fellay  assumed that the baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus implying that these cases are personally and objectively known. Only if they are objectively known can they be exceptions in the present times. 

Latin Mass Societies, approved by the local bishop, must identify the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error and affirm Vatican Council II



Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and President of the Pontifical Commission "Ecclesia Dei", stated on 22 December 2013 that the leaders of the Society are in schism, having departed from communion with the Church, but that the door is open for them if they change their attitude and accept the Catholic Church's conditions and the Pope as the definitive criterion of membership. In another interview on 12 February 2014, he said there is no backdoor for admittance, but only the open door of acceptance of the doctrinal preamble presented to the society in 2012.-Wikipedia on the Society of St.Pius X

The Traditional Latin Mass Societies must identify the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error being made by Cardinal Gerhard Muller  in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. This was expressed clearly in the interview he gave to Edward Pentin of the National Catholic Register, when he was asked about extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Cardinal Muller indicated that in Vatican Council II there were known exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation.

This is the same doctrinal error being made by Bishop Bernard Fellay, Superior General of the Society of St.Pius X.
Once this issue is identified the SSPX cannot be considered to be in schism since Vatican Council II would be in agreement with the traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

Without the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error the SSPX is automatically in communion with the Catholic Church and they have a right to canonical status.They would not be in schism since Vatican Council II would not be a break with the past.

Latin  Mass Societies, approved by the local bishop, must identify the Cushing-Jesuit Factual  Error and announce that they affirm Vatican  Council II. They would then be holding the traditional position of the SSPX on other religions and ecumenism, but would not be denying Vatican Council II.

BISHOP FELLAY'S DOCTRINAL ERROR CONTRIBUTES TO THE TLM BEING TARGETED

Bishop Bernard Fellay  the Superior General of the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) has made a doctrinal error  in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.He uses the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error and is unaware of it. So Vatican Council emerges for the SSPX as heretical.

Wikipedia and the political Left also interpret Vatican Council II with the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error. So the Council , for the secular and leftist media, is a break with the past, especially with the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Church and the Catechism of Pope Pius X (27Q).

The Vatican Curia, like Bishop Fellay, interprets the Council with the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error.So they have prohibited the Traditional Latin Mass for the Franciscans of the Immaculate. Since the Franciscans of the Immaculate will not accept Vatican Council because of the same factual error used in the interpretation.

Bishop Michael Olson, the Bishop of Fort Worth,USA  has prohibited the Traditional Latin Mass at the Fischer More College chapel. For the faculty at Fischer More College, Vatican Council II is a break with the past. This is an indication that they are using the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error in the interpretation of a neutral Vatican Council II.

The Archbishop Elect of Liverpool England has recently indicated that the Traditional Latin Mass can be a cause of division. 

The Traditional Latin Mass is being targeted because the SSPX  bishops and priests have made a doctrinal error . They have used a false premise in the interpretation of magisterial documents including Mystici Corporis, the Letter of the Holy Office 1949,Catechism of the Catholic Church 1993, and of course Vatican  Council II. They would assume that implicit for us baptism of desire is explicit for us and being saved in invincible ignorance is not invisible for us in particular cases but visible to the naked eye.

The Traditional Latin Mass Societies are accepting Vatican Council II and are also interpreting it with the  Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error.This is acceptable for the Vatican Curia and then they do not consider the Traditional Latin Mass divisive.The theology and doctrines are liberal and really heretical but it is officialy approved.

In Rome, Mons. Matteo Zuppi was to offer the Traditional Latin Mass, with the FSSP, without the ideology of extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Catechism of Pope Pius X and the Syllabus of Errors.

Without the Cushing-Jesuit Factual  Error , the Traditional Latin Mass would have the ideology of extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Vatican Council II would affirm the dogma on exclusive salvation (AG 7) with no contradictions (NA 2, UR 3, LG 16 would not be known exceptions to the dogma but only possibilities for salvation known only to God).

Vatican Council II would be saying there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church. This would be the present position of the SSPX (without Vatican Council II ) on the issue of other religions and Christian communities.

Wikipedia would not be able to say that the SSPX considers Vatican Council II heretical and holds pre-Vatican Council II positions.

Archbishop of Liverpool is saying the Traditional Latin Mass can be a cause of division

"It depends how it is used. I mean, I’ve celebrated Mass in the Extraordinary Form when required and when I’ve been asked to. But the Mass always has to be a source of unity in the Church, and I certainly wouldn’t want to be used, and the Extraordinary Form to be used, to divide the Church. That would be my (only) concern. The Archbishop of Liverpool, England is saying that the Traditional Latin Mass (E.F) can be a cause of division in the Catholic Church.
 
The Mass itself is not a cause of division but the theology and doctrines which are held by those who offer the TLM is a cause of division.
 
There are  Catholics who attend the TLM, who reject Vatican Council II since they are not aware of the Cushing-Jesuit Factual Error (CJFE). While there are many bishops who offer the Novus Ordo Mass and they too are not aware of the CJFE.
 
The traditionalists reject Vatican Council II since they do not avoid the CJFE. Without this error Vatican Council II is traditional on the issue of other religions and Christians communities.
 
If the Archbishop of Liverpool would accept Vatican Counncil II without the CJFE then the Council would not be a break with the past.Presently Vatican Council II is a break with the past for the English bishops since they use the false premise in the interpretation of the Council.
 
It would have been meaninful for the journalist Gregory Murphy to have discussed this issue i.e the real cause of division being not the Mass but the CJFE.
