German Catholics who send their tax deductible
income as donations to the Catholic Church in Germany must ask the German
Government to exclude the German bishops from receiving the donations until
they interpret Vatican Council II rationally and honestly in harmony with
Catholic Tradition and affirm that Tradition. It is unethical for the bishops
to use a false premise to interpret Church Documents (Creeds, Catechisms) and
then demand that Catholics send their donations. Similarly it is wrong for the
bishops to give the Eucharist only to those who send in their donations for the
German Church.
The German secular authorities, the
German government and ministries, especially education, also have an obligation
to interpret Vatican Council II rationally. It is the same with the Protestant organizations
in Germany.
The German bishops’ conferences and the organizers
of the German Synodal Way are unethical and dishonest and should not be allowed
to receive donations until they correct their error.
The German Catholic bishops must
announce that they will not use the ‘invisible people are visible’ false
premise to interpret Vatican Council II and other Church Documents. They will
not intentionally confuse what is implicit as being explicit, subjective as
being objective and invisible as being visible in the interpretation of LG 8,
LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II.
They must announce that ‘invisible
people in 2022 are invisible and LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc,
refer to invisible cases’. They must choose this rational premise to interpret Vatican
Council II. It must be clarified that LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc
refer to only hypothetical and theoretical cases. So they cannot be projected
as practical exceptions for the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX, the dogma
outside the Church there is no salvation ( Canata Domino, Council of Florence
1441) and the Athanasius Creed. This Creed says all need to be members of the
Catholic Church.
When the German cardinals and bishops project
LG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc as being exceptions for the Syllabus of Errors etc, then
they imply that LG 8 etc refer to visible and known people in the present times, saved outside the Church. There are no such known people. Since if anyone was
saved outside the Catholic Church it would only be known to God. So the bishops
use the false premise.
They need the false premise to reject
the Syllabus of Errors on an ecumenism of return to the Catholic Church, the Catechism
of Pope Pius X ( 24 Q, 27 Q – outside the Church there is no salvation) etc. Invisible people cannot be visible and practical exceptions, for the past
exclusivist ecclesiology in the Catholic Church in Germany, over the centuries.
It is illegal for the German bishops to
use a Fake Premise, to change the interpretation of Church Documents(
Magisterial Documents) and then ask German Catholics to support the bishops and present popes, official heresy and schism, and send tax-donations in millions to them.
Conservative Catholic organizations,
religious communities and political parties, could take up this issue in Germany,
and also in France, Italy, Spain, USA and other countries. -Lionel Andrades
