For Pope Francis and the Jesuits since the time of Fr. Leonard Feeney, baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS was the reasoning of the Letter of the Holy Office (LOHO) 1949 and Vatican Council II.
So BOD, BOB and I.I refer to known non Catholics saved outside the Church.They are personally known and visible ,for them to be exceptions, to EENS and the past exclusive ecclesiology of the Church.It is only because they are known that they can be exceptions to EENS. Invisible and unknown people cannot be exceptions to EENS in 2019.
So BOD, BOB and I.I refer to visible non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church for Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and the present Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF).This is irrational. The false premise results in a heretical conclusion.Pope Francis has to also interpret other magisterial documents heretically.
With visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I he creates a rupture with the Athanasius Creed. He changes the meaning of the Nicene and Apostles Creed and heretically interprets the Catechisms of Pope Pius X and the Council of Trent on BOD, BOB and I.I and EENS.
He interprets Vatican Council II with an irrationality to create a rupture with the Athansius Creed, the Syllabus of Errors of Pius IX and the popes statements over the centuries.It is not simply modernism and heresy it is doctrinal chaos.
With visible for him BOD, BOB and I.I he has created an EENS( Cushingite).
With visible for him BOD, BOB and I.I he has created a Vatican Council II ( Cushingite).
With invisible for me BOD, BOB and I.I for me there is only EENS ( Feeneyite).
With invisible for me BOD, BOB and I.I for me there is only a Vatican Council II (Feeneyite).
Similarly for Pope Francis all the Catechisms are Cushingite and for me they are Feeneyite.

that they are in a condition "in which they cannot
be sure of their salvation" since "they still remain
deprived of those many heavenly gifts and helps
which can only be enjoyed in the Catholic Church"
(AAS, 1. c., p. 243). With these wise words he reproves
both those who exclude from eternal salvation all united
to the Church only by implicit desire,...
It is necessary that the desire by which one is related
to the Church be animated by perfect charity.

This is the same error they make in the interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Dominus Iesus etc. It is only with this ruse that there is a rupture with Tradition ; the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the past exclusive ecclesiology, the Syllabus of Errors, an ecumenism of return, traditional mission etc.
They are not enforcing the error legally upon Brother Andre Marie MICM, the Prior at the St. Benedict Center, New Hampshire, USA, in the Diocese of Manchester.
Also religious communities in the Catholic Church are being forced to accept this error or they will be threathened with Prohibitions, as has been placed on the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at the St. Benedict Center.

In Magisterial documents the red is not an exception to the blue, the red does not contradict the blue : with the blue there is a hermeneutic of continuity with Tradition (16th- century extra ecclesium nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors, ecumenism of return, past exclusivist ecclesiology etc)
