Faculty at the Department of Theology and Religious Studies Kings College, London use an irrational premise which is a falsehood.

Professor Paul Joyce and Dr Susannah Ticciati on the faculty of the Department of Theology and Religious Studies, Kings College London are using an irrational premise , a fantasy observation, as their basis in theology. They do not deny that this falsehood is taught to students. They use an irrational premise which infers that we human beings can physically see some of the deceased who are in Heaven. These persons in Heaven are very real on earth for them. This is ridiculous but this being taught at Kings College London.

On Oct.7,2014 I e-mailed Prof. Paul Joyce the Head of the Department and Mr.Hilary Batty, Temporary Project Officer Department of Theology & Religious Studies asking them for a clarification or denial.1

They do not deny that they teach this lie.

For the faculty these 'ghosts' are known exceptions in 2014 to all needing Catholic faith and the baptism of water for salvation in the Catholic Church.

So they reject Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II, which says all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation. It is rejected as is the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, since, the faculty can allegedly see persons , may be in London, who have been saved without the baptism of water in 2014.These cases have been saved  in invincible ignorance (LG 16) or a ' ray of the Truth'(NA 2) etc. This is irrational and offensive to discerning Catholics.

There is a dissertation on this subject online by an Annie Paish allegedly from Kings College. She too uses the irrational premise.

Mr.Hilary Batty has stated that it is 'incorrect to say that the premise to which you refer "would be the normal teaching at the King's College London'.I asked him the following questions and there has been no reply from him or any of the faculty members.
1. Are you saying that there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2014 and therefore every one this year with no exception needs to enter the Catholic Church to go to Heaven and avoid Hell ?
If you are not then you are holding the same position as Annie Paish.

2. Are you saying that Dr Susannah Ticciati and the lady whose picture is taken from your website ( link provided) does not hold the same view as Annie Paish?
 Professor Paul Joyce
3. Are you saying that at Kings College you do not teach that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as inferred in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 ?
4.The same irrationality ( visible-dead exceptions to the dogma) taught by Prof. Gavin D'Costa at the University of Bristol and expressed by Annie Paish, is also the standard teaching at King's College?

5. When Reading the Bible in an Inter-Faith Context is this not Prof. Paul Joyce's understanding of extra ecclesiam nulla salus ?
The faculty at the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at the University of Bristol and Kings College, London use an irrational premise which is a falsehood. This is a lie in the secular sense.2
Both universities even after being informed are suggesting the following:

1.Catholics can see the dead who are now in heaven ( saved without the baptism of water) in 2014.
2.These visible-dead are explict exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation.
3.They are visible examples of salvation outside the Church and all not needing the baptism of water in the Catholic Church for salvation in 2014.

The Department of Theology and Religious Studies, Kings College, London needs to clarify that ' there are no known exceptions in the present times to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II ( AG 7 says -all need faith and baptism for salvation.'All' signifies no exceptions).Catholics cannot see the deceased on earth.'

They could clarify what is common knowledge:-
1.We personally do not know the dead now saved in invincible ignorance, a good conscience (LG 16) etc, in 2014, we cannot see them physically. They are not visible to us in 2014 .
2.Since we do not know any of these cases; in real life, since they are not visible for us, there are no known exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, or Ad Gentes 7 which says 'all' need 'faith and baptism' for salvation.
Kings College must not  project a leftist version of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus by using an irrational premise. This is unethical. One of the faculty members at the Department of Theology and Religious Studies is the liberal rabbi, Professor Jonathan Sachs. He teaches Law,Ethics and the Bible. He opposed the Notification on Fr.Jacques Dupuis S.J issued by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican(2001).
The Notification said other religions are not paths to salvation complementary to that of the Catholic Church  and that their members are oriented into the Catholic Church ( for salvation).

When the University of Bristol permits Prof. Gavin D'Costa and the faculty to use an irrational premise, it is a secular lie http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2014/10/when-university-of-bristol-permits-prof.html
