Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican Secretary of State must inform Edward Habsburg, the Hungarian Ambassador to the Holy See, that Vatican Council II is to be interpreted only with the rational premise ( blue passages). The irrational interpretation of the Council texts should be avoided.

The Vatican needs to clarify for foreign ambassadors and visiting scholars that it is unethical to interpret Vatican Council II and the Creeds and Catechisms, with a false premise. The blue and not red passages have to be officialy used in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. -Lionel Andrades

Fake inference
They are objective examples of salvation outside the Church.They are examples of known non Catholics saved without Catholic faith and the baptism of water.
