They do not choose the rational interpretation of the Council which supports Tradition( EENS, Syllbus of Errors of pope Pius IX, Athanasius Creed etc).

For them there are visible exceptions  to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). They include the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) .These are practical exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.They would have to be visible and seen for them to be exceptions. Since invisible cases cannot be exceptions to EENS.

And there have to be exceptions to EENS.

Since if they say that BOD, BOB and I.I are invisible then they would be affirming the past ecclesiology. There would be no practical exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. There would be no literal exceptions to an ecumenism of return.It would be saying that there is no known salvation outside the Catholic Church. It would be saying that when we meet a non Catholic we know he is oriented to Hell. Since the norm for salvation is faith and baptism(AG 7) and we cannot judge any one to be an exception. An exception could only be known to God.

They would be rejecting the New Ecumenism, New Theology and New Ecclesiology.This is not allowed. They have to say that there are exceptions to EENS or the Left will object.1

USCCB SCHOOLS USE IRRATIONAL CUSHINGISM 

In general Vatican Council II is intepreted with irrational Cushingite philosophy ( invisible people are visible) and non traditional Cushingite theology( outside the Church there is known salvation).They interpret the Catechisms and Creeds with the same irrationality.This is approved by Bishop Kevin Rhoades, the head of the USCCB Doctrinal Committee.

MANCHESTER SCHOOLS HAVE CUSHINGISM AND FEENEYISM

However the issue becomes very conspicous in the Diocese of Manchester, USA. All the religious education programs,interpret Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with Cushingism. This is approved by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF) and the popes since Paul VI.

Meanwhile the school of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the St. Benedict Center,Richmond, New Hampshire, in the diocese of Manchester,interpret Vatican Council II, all the Catechisms and Creeds and the dogma EENS, with rational Feeneyite philosophy ( invisible people are simply invisible) and Feeneyite theology( outside the Church there is no salvation, there is no known salvation in personal cases).

DIOCESE APPROVED SCHOOLS REJECT EXCLUSIVE SALVATION

So for the school children in the diocese' approved schools in Manchester or even Boston, there is no more exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.There is no more an ecumenism of return.Tradition is rejected. This is normal with Cushingism.

While at the St. Augustine Instute of Wisdom and the Immaculate Heart of Mary School, at the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, there is no rupture with Tradition.Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church are not rejected but are interpreted rationally. So there are no practical exceptions to the past ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and Feeneyite EENS.

But this indicates the contradictory policy on religious education in the Catholic church in the USA.

The St. Benedict Center has a rational( Feeneyite) and traditional ( Feeneyite theology) Catholic education program which the diocesan schools, approved by the USCCB, have an irrational ( Cushingite) and non traditional and heretical ( Cushingite) education program, approved by the Left. 

LEFBVRISTS ALSO USE CUSHINGISM
Even the Lefebvrists, it may be mentioned, in the USA, not aligned with the USCCB, base their educational program on politically- correct Cushingism.At their schools and adult education programs, they interpret Vatican Council II with Cushingism, reject the conclusion and then reject the Council.

U.S BISHOPS SUPPORT CONFUSION IN EDUCATION

This was an issue which was not discussed by the U.S Bishops at their ideological meeting in Baltimore.

They support a  false interpretation of Vatican Council II which creates confusion on religious education, vocatioins, evangelisation, liturgy, moral theology etc.

To correct this error the USCCB simply has to announce that they no more interpret Vatican Council II and other Church documents, with a false premise.

Their policy on religious education, vocations, evangelisation etc will be traditional and Feeneyite( invisible non Catholics saved outside the Churc are invisible and no practical exceptions to EENS).

Tornielli has written a book on Pope Benedict as the custodian of the faith.This is part of the same propaganda in the National Catholic Register and the statements of the Bishop of Regensburg.

The bottom line still is that Pope Benedict interpreted Vatican Council II with a false premise to create a non traditional conclusion, which is a rupture with Tradition( past exclusivist ecclesiology etc) . He still chooses not to interpret the Council without confusing what is invisible as being visible.

This is an objective fact which is there for all to see, all, who want to see it.It is there in black and white.It can be read in Pope Benedic's articles and book on ecclesiology. It can also be read on line in two theological papers of the International Theological Commission which were approved by Pope Benedict and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj.This is EVIDENCE for Edward Pentin and the bishop of Regensburg.

Edward Pentin cannot write about this since the policy of the National Catholic Register and EWTN is Cushingite.

Pope Benedict nurtured Cushingism in the Church and rejected Feeneyism as a philosophy and theology.

So now the whole Church is Cushingite.

But Cushingism is heretical. It causes a break with the past popes on EENS. It is schismatic.It is the present two popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith ecclesiastics who are in schism with the popes over the centuries.Every juridical Catholic according to Pope Benedict's revised Canon Law, has to be in schism and in mortal sincs of faith, to be acceptable by the Church.-Lionel Andrades

This was not possible since Edward Pentin's Cushingite theology also confuses what is invisible as being visible, hypothetical as real and unknown as known.Pentin remains part of the general official deception.

He has to be deceptive on this issue.So he keeps his job as the National Catholic Register(NCR). He cannot tell the Bishop, "Your excellency, there are no known cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2019. We do not know any one saved outside the Church with BOD, BOB and I.I this year. They are not visible.So why should the Church interpret  BOD,BOB and I.I as exceptions to the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) ? Why is there this obligation? "

Pentin would be identifying a mistake of the popes from Pius XII to Francis.

It is an objective mistake.

 It is a fact of life that there are no real BOD, BOB and I.I cases in our reality. But he cannot say it since the  Left would accuse him of being a neo-Feeneyite etc.

Edward Pentin  could have asked the German bishop , "How can unknown cases of lG 8, LG 14, LG 16 etc, be known exceptions in 2019 to the past exclusivist ecclesiology? "

These questions would expose Pope Benedict's bad theology.

Pentin could have said, " As a rational Catholic I choose to interpret Lumen Gentium 8 etc as not being exceptions to EENS. What do you as a bishop have to say about this?"

But he did not  expose the general fake theology accepted by all bishops in line with Pope Benedict.

Edward Pentin was also silent at the time of Summorum Pontificum.It was bait for the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX). Pope Benedict wanted the SSPX to affirm Vatican Council II with the false premise.But Bishop Fellay did not give in. 

Even though the Lefebvrists are Cushingite, like Pentin and the German bishops, they use Cushingite reasoning and then reject the Council, unaware of the Feeneyite option.The German bishops accept the Council and use the same Cushingite ( there are objective exceptions) reasoning.

Edward Pentin probably  just had a dead line to meet and so he produced a superficial, politically correct, piece and his editor approved it because it was non controversial and supported the common deception-Lionel Andrades

Cardinal Ratzinger's theology is the cause of the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.The interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church is heretical and it is now common throughout the Church. He did not correct Pope Paul VI when he interpreted Vatican Council II with Cushingism instead of Feeneyism.Instead he produced Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus, based upon the irrational philosophy and theology and then projected it as the Deposit of the Faith

No one saw anyone saved in invincible ignorance in 1949, 1965 or 2019. No one will know of any one saved outside the Church in 2020. There never ever were any known exceptions to Fr. Leonard Feeney's interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

The Council Fathers should not have mentioned LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc .They are all hypothetical and speculative cases and irrelevant to the need for all to enter the Church with faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7).LG 8 etc was never ever were exceptions to EENS and the past ecclesiology of the Church.

 

Fr. Leonard Feeney was correct and the Holy Office (CDF) was wrong in 1949.But even if is said Fr. Leonard Feeney was wrong, for whatever reason, LG 8, LG 14 and LG 16 are always hypothetical cases and so are not exceptions to the old ecclesiology.UR 3 is always a hypothetical case only and so is not an exception to an ecumenism of return.

LG 14(baptism of desire) and LG 16 ( invincible ignorance) are always hypothetical and speculate only and so are not exceptions to traditional mission and evangelisation as it was known to the Jesuits and missionaries in the Middle Ages.
