Since there are objective exceptions for EENS, for her, as it is today with the SSPX and the Benedictines. She accepts the False Premise of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949, as do the liberals and conservative Catholics, including the popes from Pius XII.

A Benedictine exception is Fr. Stefano Visintin OSB, the former Rector and Dean of Theology at the University of St.Anselm.
