UK BISHOPS AGREE WITH SOUTHWARK VOCATION REPORT ? : BAPTISM OF DESIRE CASES VISIBLE

Are the bishops of England, Scotland and Wales affirming the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus?

E-mails on this issue have been sent to many priests in England and also to lay representatives of the Catholic Bishops Conference of England and Wales. Evangelisation and inter faith offices have  also been informed.

Are the Catholic bishops of England, Scotland and Wales saying that candidates with a religious vocation (1) have to accept that the baptism of desire is visible to them and that (2)Fr. Leonard Feeney was excommunicated for holding the same doctrinal teaching as the popes, Church Councils and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ?
