 Traditionis Custode is an example of the present deception.Based upon the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, with a Fake Premise,  restrictions have been placed on the Latin Mass whose adherents  follow the old traditional ecclesiology of the Catholic Church, which cannot change.

This old ecclesiology is considered non Catholic for Pope Francis and the Left and they cite Vatican Council II interpreted with the Fake Premise. So with the  ' false church' created with the false premise, inference and non traditional conclusion, the pope criticizes the 'true Church', the 'one true Church'(UR 3) of Vatican Council II, Catholics; 'the new people of God'(NA 4), outside of whose religion  there is no known salvation(AG 7/CCC 846).

Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, at the St.Benedict Center, New Hampshire, has affirmed Vatican Council II rationally and has interpreted the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance rationally. So there are no practical exceptions in 2021 to the traditional strict interpretatation  of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) , which he affirms.

He has an advantage which the Fischers and the politically correct Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of the diocese of Manchester, do not have.He can be honest since he accepts  and interprets Magisterial  Documents rationally, with the Rational Premise.Bishop Libasci  can say that he accepts  Magisterial Documents (Vatican Council II etc)  but he has to interpret them with a Fake Premise, to remain politically correct  with the Left. So with Vatican Council II interpreted  with the Fake Premise he makes the dogma EENS, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechism of Pope Pius X  obsolete.He creates confusion in the interpretation of the Catechisms.He rejects the past Magisterium.This is public heresy and schism.

This liberalism has no anchor in Vatican Council II unless the common Fake Premise is used to interpret the Council.This is unethical and dishonest. Why should Brother Andre Marie and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, follow the bad theology of the bishop ?

It is Simcha and Damien Fischer (Union Leader, New Hamsphire)  and Christopher White and Heidi Schlumpf ( National Catholic Reporter) and Bishop Peter Libasci  and his Curia,  who are in dissent.It is the SPLC which does not affirm Catholic teachings and rejects the rational interpretation of Vatican Council II.

So even if the liturgical books promulgated by Pope Paul VI and Pope John Paul are used we can choose to interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise and we return to the  ecclesiology of the Latin Mass of the 16th century. It is automatic without us having to choose a new theology.

The New Theology is alread there today with the interpretation of Vatican Council II with the False Premise.

As a Catholic lay man I attend Holy Mass in Italian. It is convenient. I would attend the Latin Mass at the church of the Annunziata, Lungotevere,Rome with the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate and then also at the church Santa Maria di Nazareth, when the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate were there and I was living opposite the church in Casalotti, Boccea.

But whether I go for Holy Mass in Italian or Latin my ecclesiology is traditional and exclusivist since I affirm Vatican Council II and  other Magisterial Documents ( EENS, Creeds etc) with the Ratioinal Premise. So it does not make a difference if i am attending Holy Mass with the liturgical books of Pope John Paul II or the 1962 Missa, the Roman Missal published from 1570 to 1962.

In a letter to the world’s bishops explaining his decision, the pope said he felt compelled to act because the use of the 1962 Missal was “often characterized by a rejection not only of the liturgical reform, but of the Vatican Council II itself, claiming, with unfounded and unsustainable assertions, that it betrayed the Tradition and the ‘true Church.’”

Pope Francis means he interprets Vatican Council II with the False Premise as do the cardinals and archbishops at the Vatican and so there is a clash with the New Ecclesiology, New Ecumenism, New Evangelisation and theological novelties which have come with the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II, implying that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church in 1965-2021, there are visible cases of non Catholics saved with the baptism of desire, invincible ingnorance etc so the Athanasius Creed, the dogma EENS, the Syllabus of Errors etc and the rest of the past Magisterium are now obsolete for him. 

If Pope Francis interpreted Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then there would no be more be personally known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church and there would be no claims of their being practical exceptions for the dogma EENS, the Athanasius Creed etc. Vatican Council I ( rational  ) would be in harmony with the past true Church since when the Roman missal originated.The  Roman Missal would not be contradicted by Vatican Council II ( rational) i.e LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc would refer to invisible cases and not literal people physically visible in the present times.

He said that all priests in the diocese who sought to celebrate Mass according to the 1962 Missal must be authorized in writing by the diocesan bishop, as stipulated in Traditionis custodes.

The cardinal designated the pastor of Santissima Trinità dei Pellegrini, a church run by the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter (FSSP), as responsible “pro tempore” (for the time being) for the “dignified celebration of the Eucharistic liturgy, as well as the ordinary pastoral and spiritual care of the faithful.”

The readings during Traditional Latin Masses must be proclaimed in Italian according to the 2008 translation by the Italian bishops’ conference, De Donatis’ letter said.

Even if the readings are proclaimed in Italian according to the 2008 translation the ecclesiology of the Church is still exclusivist since Vatican Council II ( rational ) supposts the exclusivist ecclesiology. There are not exceptions mentioned in the text of the Council for EENS and there are also no exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 which states all need faith and baptism for salvation. All.

So inter-religious dialogue and ecumenism would continue to be historical and traditional with no break with the ecclesiology of 1570.-Lionel Andrades
