The CDF has made an objective mistake in public : it is posted on the website of the Diocese of Manchester, in New Hampshire, USA

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), Vatican made a mistake in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office to the Archbishop of Boston (LOHO) and this was repeated in their correspondence with Brother Andre Marie micm. With the CDF confusing invisible cases of being saved in invincible ignorance (CCC 847-848) as being visible exceptions for extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) according to the Fourth Lateran Council (1215), the Council of Florence (1442) and the   Athanasius Creed, which say all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.

The CDF Letter to the St. Benedict Center (dt.2016) 1 is posted on the website of the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire, USA.

In the correspondence of the CDF Secretaries with Brother Andre Marie micm, the Prior of the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, the CDF confused what is physically invisible as being visible. This was the original mistake in the 1949 LOHO and then at Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc).

Before 1949 when the baptism of desire (BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) were mentioned, by the popes and saints, they were not seen as being physically visible cases. This is common sense. They can only be theoretical and speculative. So BOD and I.I never were exceptions for EENS according to, for example, the missionaries of the 16th century. The 1949 LOHO fakes it. It is not Magisterial but political.

Since the popes did not correct the mistake in the 1949 LOHO, interested lobbies, could call Vatican Council II, through Pope John XIII, to consolidate the error.

Now for the St. Benedict Center in New Hampshire, other religions are not paths to salvation. This is the official teaching of the Catholic Church with Vatican Council II interpreted rationally.

But this is not the position of the CDF and the Diocese of Manchester, which interpret Vatican Council II, irrationally, and create alleged exceptions for EENS.

The CDF and the diocese of Manchester are not in a position to dialogue with Brother Andre Marie micm, until they interpret Vatican Council II rationally and ethically. Otherwise there will also be two interpretations of the Nicene and Athanasius Creed. There will be two interpertations of the Catechism of the Council of Trent ( baptism of desire) and the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( invincible ignorance,29Q).

There will also be two interpretations of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (847-848-invincible ignorance). The CDF has made the irrational choice and expects the St. Benedict Center to follow them.

Since they interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II rationally, a harsh Decree of Precepts and Prohibitions, was  issued against them in 2019. It still has not been lifted.

The CDF will have to reject the Fourth Lateran Council (1215) which would have exceptions for them and Brother Andre Marie micm would accept this Council with no exceptions of the BOD and I.I.Both groups are in the Catholic Church but are interpreting Vatcian Council II differently.

So there cannot be a dialogue between the two groups interpreting Magisterial Documents (Creeds, Catechisms etc) in two different ways.

Once the CDF clears their position on this subject they could also begin to dialogue with the sedevacantists (CMRI, MHY, MHFM etc)  and invite them into the Catholic Church, as Pope Francis invites the Protestants and Evangelicals.

The St. Benedict Center, NH is not a sedevacantist commuity. They accept Pope Francis. They also accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. They both can only be interpreted rationally.

They are not in schism over Vatican Council II. The Council is one of their strong points, when it is interpreted rationally and is in harmony with Tradition. - Lionel Andrades

There are many priests who have seen Our Lady at Medugorje. This is officially not recorded. There is no book on this subject.
