Bishop Sanborn, Fr.Cekada agree : in the present times there are no explicit exceptions to EENS

No one is willing to say there are known exceptions in 2015 to the rigorist interpretation of EENS.
Humanly speaking there cannot be any exception to EENS mentioned in Vatican Council II.This is a breakthrough.
An important member of Bishop Donald Sanborn's sedevacantist community, a married lay man, concedes he does not know any one in the present times who has gone to Heaven or will go to Heaven without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).The owner of the blog Introbo Ad Altare Dei, he cannot name any exception in the present times, over the last 50 or more years, of someone saved outside  the Church i.e without the becoming a formal member of the Church. When asked, on Twitter and my blog, he agrees that Bishop Sanborn and Fr.Anthony Cekada  also do not know  of any exception in the present times. If there were exceptions in Heaven, they would be known only to God.This in a way is a breakthrough for the traditionalists and sedevacantists, the theological train in the Catholic Church has come back on the rails . We are back to sanity. No more new ecclesiology for us, with fantasy theology, in which theoretical, de jure cases  are considered defacto, objective exceptions to traditional EENS.We don't know any one saved outside the Church, in the present times, since it is humanly not possible to know it.
Bishop Sanborn and Fr.Cekada  can no more make Vatican Council II  a reason for their sedevacantism.Vatican Council II is traditional, unless, they continue to assume theoretical cases (LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc)  are objective exceptions in July 2015  to the rigorist interpretation of EENS.
For me, dogmatically LG 16 too, has to be followed by the baptism of water - and even with the baptism of water, it is not relevant or an exception to EENS since these cases would only be known to God.
There is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the old ecclesiology. The sedevacantists like the SSPX can accept Vatican Council II in agreement with extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius X.
Bishop Sanborn and Fr.Cekada could ask the Vatican Curia; Ecclesia Dei and the CDF, to affirm Vatican Council II in which hypothetical cases are not considered de facto  and personally known  in the present times.

EXAMPLES
1.There are no exceptions to the rigorist interpretation of EENS since one does not know in the present times anyone saved through Jesus and the Church and who does not need to convert formally into the Catholic Church for salvation.
2.We do not know any one saved in 2015 without faith and baptism, but instead with the baptism of desire and in invincible ignorance.
3.We do not know anyone in 2015 not saved formally because 'God is not limited to the Sacraments'(CCC 1257).The dogma tells us God has chosen to limit salvation to the Sacraments.
4.We do not know anyone in 2015 who does not need to enter the Catholic Church because they did not know about the Church 'through no fault of their own'.If there was such a case it would only be known to God.So this is irrelevant to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma.
Theoretical cases cannot be de facto exceptions to the centuries old interpretation of the dogma ( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441) whose text does not mention any exceptions. So Cardinal Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani's Letter of the Holy Office 1949 is full of pot holes. He made an objective mistake and Pope Pius XII approved it.
It can be seen that Vatican Council II is traditional without Marchetti's mistake used in the interpretation, and yet sedes and trads have gone into sedevacantism and rebellion because of Vatican Council II.
Having identified Marchetti and Pope Pius XII's error, theologically, we are back to the 1930's  when St.Maximillian Kolbe held the traditional interpretation of EENS in his Militia Immaculata and Cities of Mary ( Niepokalanov).

We do not know of a BOB and BOD exception in the present times. Here we can all agree since it is common knowledge.

"What you don't (won't ?) understand is that BOB or BOD without BOW is not an exception to EENS
"

This is an absolutely 100% correct statement. What almost all have done within the Catholic Church is to extrapolate that a person can be saved outside the Catholic Church and there is no longer the need to remain, convert or return to the Catholic Church in order to be saved. We have reduced, No Salvation Outside the Catholic Church to a meaningless formula. Even if a person might be saved by BOB or BOD even they must be taught that there is No Salvation outside the Catholic Church. period!

Yes but he is coming to this conclusion by assuming that BOD and BOB cases are known in the present times.
This is false.
He has some theoretical constuct, which makes him imagine that BOD and BOB are not exceptions to EENS and at the same time he says there is known salvation outside the Church. So St. Emerentiana was saved without the baptism of water and with BOB but she is not an exception! And yes he holds traditional EENS and also the possibility of St.E. being saved without baptism of water.
This is double speak.
It is common among the traditionalists like the SSPX,too.

Lionel:
Yes this is the error being made by him and other sedevacantists. They want to have it both ways but with irrationality.

Lionel:
Yes it is like this for them. It is also magisterial after 1949. So we cannot really blame these lay people. They are innocent in a way.

Yes.
And that we do not know of a BOB and BOD exception in the present times. Here we can all agree since it is common knowledge.
