I have mentioned in these blog posts that it is formal heresy when the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) defined by three Church Councils in the Extraordinary Magisterium, is rejected with the use of an irrationality. It is heresy when the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation is made obsolete, with the same irrationality.With the same irrationality the Nicene and Apostles Creed is changed.With the same false premise and inference, Vatican Council II is then interpreted falsely as a rupture with the Creeds, Catechisms and other Magisterial documents to produce a non traditional and heretical conclusion.So the two popes have contradicted ex catehedra teachings on faith and salvation.They oppose the past Magisterium by using an irrationality to create the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition, in particular with EENS and the Creeds. 1
The evidence is there is writing.It is there in black and white, on line, in two papers of the International Theological Commission, Pope Francis' Evangelii Gaudium, the Vatican Document on the Jews and the Emeritus pope's statement on EENS and Vatican Council II ( Avvenire, March 2016).
The ITC papers are not magisterial but the proof of Cardinal Ratzinger and Fr. Luiz Ladaria's dissent against magisterial and ex cathedra teachings, can be read in 'Christianity and the World Religions' and 'The Hope of Salvation for Infants who die without Baptism'.
This same heretical interpretation of magisterial documents is also being made by cardinals and bishops in general.Also conservative and traditionalists err.
This heresy, with the heretical interpretation of magisterial documents, emerges with the New Theology(Cushingite theology).
Roberto dei Mattei,President of the Lepanto Foundation (Rome - Washington) may be unknowingly uses this theology, which he otherwise criticizes.He is the editor-in-chief of the monthly review "Radici Cristiane",the quarterly historical review "Nova Historica", and the weekly "Corrispondenza Romana".
Rcently when Diane Montagna of LifeSite News asked him directly about EENS he said that he believed in outside the Church there is no salvation.
But then he mentioned invincible ignorance.
He also added that a person could not be sure that he is saved in invincible ignorance.
But why mention invincible ignorance with reference to EENS, I ask?
He could have clarified that there are no known cases of invincible ignorance which could be practical exceptions to EENS in the present times for him. This is something obvious. So he would not have a difficulty with it.

He could simply say that every one in Heaven is Catholic according to the dogma EENS.There are no known cases of invincible ignorance(I.I), the baptism of desire(BOD) and the baptism of blood(BOB) for us human beings in 2019.
But he could not say this.Since invincible ignorance is an exception to EENS for him.He would not tell me he is a Feeneyite when I briefly met him in Rome.
So he changes the interpretation of EENS with alleged known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance etc.Otherwise how could invincible ignorance be an exception? Invisible and unknown people cannot be objective exceptions to EENS in real life.
So with this same false reasoning of the two popes ( invisible non Catholics are examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times) he has changed the interpretation of EENS.He has re-interpreted Vatican Council II (LG 16-invincible ignorance) as a rupture with EENS for him.The past exclusive ecclesiology and the Syllabus of Errors are theologically rejected by him.He has created an artificial rupture with Tradition.He wrote a book while interpreting the Council irrationally when the fault lay with his reasoning.
With this irrationality he has changed the understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed.He contradicts the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.
He would not be able to say all non Catholics in Rome are oriented to Hell according to the old theology and traditional doctrines on faith and salvation. Since he uses the new theology which assumes the exception makes the rule and the exception is personally known to us human being even when it can only be known to God.
When invincible ignorance is an exception to EENS there is no more an ecumenism of return and the Syllabus of Errors is meaningless.This is modernism.
It is also heresy.It is a mortal sin of faith.The person is outside the Church.The scandal has to be rectified.
Roberto dei Mattei needs to end the scandal.He promotes the same heretical reasoning as the present two popes.He will not affirm EENS with there being no exceptions.
He will not say it in public and none of his media does the same.
In this condition he attends the Traditional Latin Mass.
He needs to affirm:-
1. Invisible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I are not visible in 2019.
2.Invisible cases of LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II, are not visible and objective exceptions to EENS in 2019.
3.Vatican Council II (LG 8) does not contradict EENS according to the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century. So Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj made a mistake at the Placuit Deo Press Conference. When asked a question by the Associated Press reporter, he said that Lumen Gentium 8 contradicted the past exclusive ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.
4.BOD, BOB and I.I refer to hypothetical and theoretical cases only.
So there is no change in our understanding of the Nicene and Apostles Creed.
5.The Athanasius Creed is not contradicted with invisible BOD, BOB and I.I.
6.The Catechisms can be interpreted in harmony with Tradition with hypothetical BOD, BOB and I.I.
7.Since outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation there is no theological basis for the New Ecumenism, New Theology, New Ecclesiology and New Evangelisation.
8.The present two popes are in heresy for changing the interpretation of EENS, the Creeds, Catechisms and Vatican Council II.
9.The signatories of the Open Letter to the Bishops and the Filial Correction(2017) have made the same error as the present two popes.They also are in mortal sins of faith.
10.Everyone needs to enter the Catholic Church for salvation and not only those who know about Jesus and the Church. It includes those who know.Otherwise it would be saying that we can know of non Catholics saved in invincible ignorance and they are practical exceptions to EENS.
Cardinal Ratzinger allowed the change in faith and morals by assuming the exception is the rule and that we humans can personally know of an exception, when really it is only God who can decide an that there is an exception in certain particular cases.
This subjectivism in morals is seen in Ratzinger's interpretation of mortal sin in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.The presentation is confusing.Now a mortal sin is not just a mortal sin as in the past, but the conditions (full knowledge etc) it is assumed can be known by human beings. So now it is said that we can never know when a mortal sin is a mortal sin.Also, that humans can judge the conditions just as God judges them.This is the new moral theology with its probabilities and permutations and hopefully it will be phased out in future.
Similarly on faith and salvation Cardinal Ratzinger assumed that we humans can judge cases of BOD, BOB and I.I which would be exceptions to the general rule on salvation expressed by EENS. So the exception would be the rule. Now he says that Jews do not need to convert and Bishop Robert Barron says that we can have a reasonable hope that most men are saved.
So the false theology has been used to change morals and faith in the Catholic Church.
Roberto De Mattei seems aware of this error in morals when he correctly criticizes Amoris Laetitia but on faith and salvation he supports the New Theology and the heretical position of the present two popes.
It is possible, over time that Pope Francis and Pope Benedict will correct the mistake. They will affirm Vatican Council II without the mistakes and then end the theological confusion in the Catholic Church.Roberto dei Mattei can do the same.

1.So there is a denial of traditional EENS by Pope Francis which is confirmed in public by Pope Benedict.Pope Pius XII called EENS an 'infallible teaching'(Letter of the Holy Office 1949). So this is heresy.
2.Since both popes interpret BOD, BOB and I.I as referring to known people saved outside the Church, they have rejected the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation. This is heresy.
3.With seen- in- the- flesh cases of BOD, BOB and I.I(otherwise they cannot be exceptions to EENS) for the present two popes they have changed the meaning of the Nicene Creed to ,'I believe in three or more known baptisms, desire, blood and invincible ignorance... and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church'. This is first class heresy.
4.Since BOD, BOB and I.I refer to known people saved outside the Church( otherwise they could not be exceptions to EENS according to the 16th century) the Catechism of Pope Pius X is contradicted when it says that all need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.
The Catechisms would also contradict themselves with the use of the pontiff's irrationality.They would be contradicting EENS and the Creeds according to the 16th century. This is heresy.
5.Vatican Council II can be interpreted with hypothetical cases just being hypothetical and not objectively known people saved outside the Church. Then Vatican Council II would not be a rupture with EENS according to the Magisterium of the 16th century.But this is not the interpretation of the two pontiffs. This is heresy. They intentionally interpret Vatican Council II with a hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition( past ecclesiology, ecumenism of return, Syllabus of Errors, Creeds and Catechism).
6.Dominus Iesus and Redemptoris Missio was written assuming that BOD, BOB and I.I referred to known people saved outside the Church.So there was salvationoutside the Church. This is irrational but this is the basis of the New Theology.Possibilities and theoretical cases are assumed to be practical exceptions to EENS in the present times(2019). With the New Theology Dominus Iesus and Redemptoris Missio do not affirm exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and so they are a rupture with Tradition( 16th century EENS, past ecclesiology).A heretical theology creates new doctrines.They are heretical.They are expressed in the new ecumenism( in which Protestants do not need to convert), a new ecclesiology( in which there is salvation outside the church), new mission( in which non Catholics are saved in their religion since there is known salvation outside the Church,possibilities are real people) etc.This is heretical doctrine.
7. With visible- for- the- pontiff cases of BOD, BOB and I.I and so they have re-interpreted St. Thomas Aquinas who was a Feeneyite. Aquinas affirmed the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS and knew that hypothetical cases of being saved in invincible ignorance and the case of the unknown catechumen, were not objective exceptions to EENS.The pontiffs and the CDF also project St. Augustine. St. Francis of Assisi and the other saints who affirmed exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church, as denying it.They deny it with alleged practical exceptions of BOD, BOB and I.I.The saints are interpreted heretically.
So we have heresy in theology and doctrine and it is manifest.
