There is no denial from Cardinal Braz de Avez, Fr. Sabino Ardito sdb,Fr.Rosario Sammarco F.I and Fr. Bruno Alfonso. They can interpret Vatican Council II without the false premise and then there is no rupture with the Athanasius Creed ( all need Catholic faith for salvation),EENS( all need Catholic faith for salvation),Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX( all need Catholic faith for salvation), Catechism of Pope Pius X(24 Q, 27 Q- all need Catholic faith for salvation).

The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate who offer Holy Mass in Italian at the seminary in Boccea, Rome( now transferred to Tiburtina, Rome ) can choose to interpret Vatican Council II with the false premise. Then they would automatically be endorsing Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus, etc ). They do not have to offer/attend the Latin Mass to affirm Tradition.This was not known to Fr. Stefano Manelli F.I, Fr Serafino Lanzetta, Fr. Paolo Siano F.I, Fr. Settimo Manelli F.I, Mons, Brunero Gherardini and Roberto dei Mattei.

Priests whom I spoke to in Rome have said that there are no visible cases of non Catholics saved with the baptism of desire, baptism of blood or invincible ignorance. Nor do we know of any cases of non Catholics personally saved outside the Church according to to Lumen Gentium 8,Lumen Gentium 16, Unitatis Redintigratio 3 etc.

Father Rosario Sammacrco F.I , Superior of the Franciscans Friars of the Immaculate, Boccea, Rome and Rector of the seminary there agrees that there are no physically visible cases of non Catholics saved in invincible igorance(LG 16), the baptism of desire(LG 14), elements of sanctification and truth in other religions(LG 8) or where the Catholic Church allegedly subsists , outside the visible borders of the Church(LG 8). It is the same with the Franciscans of the Immaculate priests and seminarians there.LG 8, LG 16, UR 3 etc in Vatican Council II refer to only hypothetical and theoretical cases for them in 2020.

Brother Karl is an American seminarist at the Franciscans of the Immaculate seminary in Boccea, Rome. He interprets Vatican Council II with the false premise like the other seminarians. When Fr. Settimo Manelli and Fr. Paulo Siano F.I were the Rector and Vice Rector of the Franciscans of the Immaculate seminary at Boccea, Rome they were using the false premise to interpret the Council. Pope Francis closed down the seminary. Fr. Fidenzio Volpi called them 'crypto Lefebvrists'. He did not know about the false premise.He too was using it.

When the Franciscans of the Immaculate seminary was closed in 2013 all ordination was stopped for a year. Since the F.I were following Tradition without Vatican Council II which they interpreted with the false premise. Now the F.I have to go back to Tradition since the Council cannot be interpreted with an irrational premise.
