The Catechism taught to the children by the Paulist Fathers at the St.Patrick's Church, Rome, the church for the American community, is based on the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Vatican Council II interpreted with Cushingism.So they are unable to teach the children that outside the Church there is no salvation and that all non Catholics need to enter the Catholic Church with faith and baptism(AG 7) to avoid Hell.It is this Cushingism which makes them liberal. -Lionel Andrades

So the Voice of the Family on line Catechism Course based on the Baltimore Catechism is flawed since it is based on Cushingism.They have to acknowledge that the Baltimore Catechism can be interpreted with or without the false premise.So the conclusion would have to be different. Fr.Greg Apparcel the former Rector at St. Patrick's Church, Rome was campaiging to have the Americanist founder of hs religious community be made a saint.Isaac Thomas Hecker rejected the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as do the Paulists today.
The Paulist Fathers in Rome are obligated to interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise. Otherwise they would be supporting Feeenyite EENS.
The U.S Ambassador to the Vatican visits this church for the Amercian community in Rome, which is a center for schism, heresy and division in the Catholic Church.

Lionel: The Decree on Ecumenism, Vatican Council II can be interpreted with the false premise or without it and the conclusion will be different.The Archdiocese of Boston interprets the Decree on Ecumenism with Cushingism.So there is a rupture with the traditional strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). They repeat the objective mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.

Lionel: The Declaration on the Church's Relation to Non Christian Religions no where contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) when interpreted without the false premise. There is nothing in Vatican Council II 's Nostra Aetate to contradict the Athanasius Creed which says all need to be Catholic for salvation.Nostra Aetate refers to hypothetical cases, which exist only in our mind. We do not know any example of salvation outside the Catholic Church, without faith and baptism.-Lionel Andrades

Boston's Diocesan Offices are interpreting the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( 847-848) as an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was interpreted in the Middle Ages. An investigation is needed. -Lionel Andrades

Bishop Athanasius Schneider and Diane Montagna are modernists like the Archbishop Secretaries of the CDF, Morandi and Di Noia who have asked Bro. Andre Marie MICM, to interpret the Catechism of the Catholic Church( 847-848-invincible ignorance) with a false premise to create a false rupture with Tradition( Feeneyite EENS, Athanasius Creed etc).

The Diocese of Manchester 's doctrinal position is shaky, they are asking too much from the Catholic faithful in New Hampshire, USA.
They interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise and do not deny it.
They interpret the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance with a false premise and do not deny it.
The interpret the Creeds and Catechisms with a false premise, expect the people to do the same and do not deny this.
They have placed sanctions(educational, religious, political and social) upon the St. Benedict Center for NOT interpreting Magisterial documents with the same flagrant dishonesty, of the bishop,which is not denied.

Bishop Schneider and Diane Montagna are secularised liberals who interpret Vatican Council II and all the Catechisms, with a false premise, just like Pope Francis and Pope Benedict and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican.They reject exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church and this is approved by the Left.
The secular media refers to them as being traditionalists. In other words even the trads use the liberal approach on Vatican Council II to reject Catholic orthodoxy. There are traditionalists who do not affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with Tradition (EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc) but interpret it as opposing Tradition.So they are in the same camp as the liberals. -Lionel Andrades
Diane Montagna's latest interview of Bishop Athanasius Schneider, both Cushingites, was Christocentric and not Ecclesiocentric.There were vague references to the necessity for membership in the Catholic Church for salvation.
So Bishop Schneider still does not say that Protestants and Orthodox Christians are going to Hell without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) in the Catholic Church.
If he really believes they are going to Hell this point is never made public.

Mission Sunday ? Now Mission means going to a Catholic parish in a poor country , where they interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise and so end the need for Mission.
Since with the false premise there is alleged known salvation outside the Catholic Church. So why have mission when non Catholics are supposed to be saved outside the Church.
This was the false reasoning of Pope Benedict in the 2016 Avvenire interview. Repeating the familiar propaganda he said that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century. There was a development with Vatican Council II. He meant, the Council interpreted with a false premise. So Pope Benedict questioned the need for Mission when Vatican Council II, for him, said there was salvation outside the Catholic Church. -Lionel Andrades
