The St. Benedict Center, New Hamphsire is being called a notorious radical sect and Cardinal Raymond Burke and Bishop Athanasius Schneider have no objections.

Damien and Simcha Fischer, like the ADL and the Jewish Left interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with a false premise.The present two popes and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Vatican, do the same.

So for the main line Church and the secular media, unknown cases of LG 8, LG 16 etc in 2021 are known exceptions to Feeneyite EENS. Similarly invisible cases of the baptism of desire (BOD) and invincible ignorance(I.I) in 2021 are also physically visible exceptions for Feeneyite EENS.

This is the theological position of the Left and the mainstream Catholic Church and also that of all the cardinals and bishops in general.

For Simcha and Damien Fischer, the St. Benedict Center is a radical sect since their theology is different. They affirm Feeneyite EENS with hypothetical cases of the BOD and I.I not being objective exceptions to Feenyite EENS.They are not examples of known salvation in the present times. Similarly for them hypothetical and theoretical cases of LG 8, LG 16 etc are not practical exceptions to EENS. Brother Andre Marie MICM has explained the difference between speculative and practical theology in an interview with Anthony Flanders.

Damien Fischer in his report suggests that the CDF has pulled up the SBC for heresy- and Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider have no comment.Is it heretical to affirm Vatican Council II as having no practical exceptions to EENS? Is it heretical to postulate BOD and I.I as being only theoretical cases for us human beings and so not practical exceptions to EENS?

Since the St. Benedict Center does not interpret Magisterial documents with the official and common irrationality, they are a radical sect for Burke and Schneider too ?

So they were disciplined by the CDF for not affirming Vatican Council II and EENS with a false premise and there is no comment from the Lefebvrist cardinal and bishop?

If Simcha and Damien Fischer did not use the false premise themselves to create a rupture with Feeneyite EENS, they would be holding the same theological position on EENS as the St. Benedict Center.It would be the same for the present two popes and all the cardinals, bishops and priests.

Since Kimberly and Scott Hahn accept Vatican Council II interpreted with the fake premise they would have to also accept the separation of Church and State. The two are connected.

So if Kimberly and Scott Hahn accepted Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise they would be affirming the strict interpretation of outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, like the Apostles and the Church Fathers.Then for them the Church and State would  not be separated since all would need to be Catholic in the only true religion, to go to Heaven. This is objective reality

With Vatican Council II interpreted with the false premise there are false exceptions created for the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Athanasius Creed and the past exclusivist theology.

So since there is alleged known salvation outside the Catholic Church, non Catholics saved without the baptism of water in 1965-2021 and who are now in Heaven, not every one needs to be a member of the Church is the conclusion. Not every one needs to be a' card carrying' member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell today is the common reason based upon Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally.

Since the Church no more teaches that outside the Church there is no salvation because of the alleged practical exceptions, traditional Mission is now meaningless. Also there is no need to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics, as explained in Quas Primas by Pope Pius XI.People are being saved in other religions so why should the Government be Catholic? The Church and State could be separated for the common good.

This is the secular reasoning which is supported by Pope Benedict. He wrote a book presented before the Italian Senate based upon Vatican Council II having exceptions to EENS and the past exclusivism of the Church.So the expected the conclusion is that Church and State are separated.

But if LG 8, LG 16, UR 3 etc refer to only theoretical and speculative cases in 1965-2021 then they are not objective exceptions to EENS. There is nothing in the Council-text to contradict the past ecumenism of return and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX or the Catechism of the Catholic Church of Pope Pius X ( 24 Q, 27 Q).

So to save souls from going to Hell the priority would be the non separation of the Catholic Church and the State and the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics. Outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation.So there would be the traditional call for Mission. All non Catholics were oriented to Hell without Catholic faith and the baptism of water, in the Catholic Church. 

So I repeat,  if Kimberly and Scott Hahn accepted Vatican Council II interpreted without the false premise they would be affirming the strict interpretation of outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation, like the Apostles and the Church Fathers.Then for them the Church and State should not be separated since all would need to be Catholic in the only true religion, to go to Heaven. Vatican upholds prohibitions placed on Feeneyite group by diocese in New Hampshire

Manchester, N.H., Feb 4, 2021 / 09:01 pm MT (CNA).- The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has declined to consider an appeal by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary located in New Hampshire against prohibitions placed on them by the Diocese of Manchester.

The group, located in Richmond, N.H., about 60 miles southwest of Manchester, has roots in an order originally founded by Fr. Leonard Feeney.

The Diocese of Manchester had placed the group under precepts of prohibition, effective Jan. 7, 2019, because of obstinacy in their theological position regarding the principle that there is no salvation outside the Church. They were prohibited from referring to themselves as an association of the faithful in the Church and having sacraments celebrated at their property, among other things.

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart appealed the prohibitions to the CDF, but “Rome chose not to consider the appeal,” Fr. Georges de Laire, judicial vicar of the Diocese of Manchester, said, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.

“The decision from CDF says that it was rejected because it fell outside the statute of limitations,” Fr. de Laire said.

He told the Union Leader that the diocese is “now engaged in an effort to dialogue” with the group and to encourage them to observe the prohibitions, and that the diocese has a “complicated relationship” with the Slaves.

Bishop Peter Libasci of Manchester “remains hopeful that a solution can be identified,” Fr. de Laire said. “The bishop is committed to the Slaves and their supporters, as they are members of the Church and he owes them ministry.”

That membership in the Church is necessary for all men for salvation is a truth of revelation; however, actual membership can, in special circumstances, be replaced by a desire, even implicit, for this membership.

(Lionel: Yes hypothetically, speculatively and this is not a practical exception to the dogma EENS).

The Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Richmond are not affiliated in any way with the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary located in Still River, Mass. That community, also rooted in an order first founded by Fr. Feeney, was refounded in 1976, and was regularized by the Bishop of Worcester in 2002.

In October 2016 the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith wrote to Brother Andre Marie, leader of the group based in Richmond, that the position he retains - that articles from the Catechism of the Catholic Church and Dominus Iesus on the principle ‘outside the Church there is no salvation’ have been given different readings that are contrary to one another, and it is permissible to hold the position that these articles contradict previous Church teaching - is unacceptable.

(Lionel: The CDF interpretation of EENS with the false premise contradicts the past Magisterium of the Church. It contradicts EENS for example according to the missionaries in the 15th century.)

On that basis, and that the Slaves had persisted in their obstinacy and that scandal had continued, the Manchester diocese placed the prohibitions on the group which were to take effect in January 2019. The decree of prohibitions bears the signatures of Fr. de Laire and of Diane Quinlan, the diocesan chancellor.

The decree stated that only the Anointing of the Sick for a person in danger of physical death by an approved priest would be allowed at the group’s property, and that no priest would validly hear Confession and impart Absolution at the property except for a penitent in imminent danger of physical death.

It added that documents signed by the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart in April and July 2009, after which the then-bishop had provided for a priest to say Mass at their property, were null and void.

(Lionel: They affirmed the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation. The CDF and the Diocese of Manchester officials cannot affirm the Athanasius Creed since there are alleged practical exceptions to EENS).

 Hypothetically Brother Andre Marie does not reject invincible ignorance but the CNA report suggests that being saved in invincible ignorance is not only a hypothetical case but is actually an objective exception to EENS. Being saved in invincible ignorance is objective for the CNA otherwise how could it be an exception to Feeneyite EENS.

The former Archbishop of Munich's books published by Ignatius Press have an in- principle error.The German Joseph Ratzinger's books were written with an irrational premise to create an artificial rupture with Tradition on Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Nicene Creed and other magisterial documents.There should be an apology from Pope Benedict and Ignatius Press.

The German Press must note that all the books they have on Vatican Council II, in their personal and public library, are written with a false premise and inference.So the Council can be re interpreted without this error and there is no rupture  with Catholic Tradition. So the Associated Press, Reuters,Deutsche Presse-Agentur, Catholic News Agency (KNA - Katholische Nachrichten-Agentur), Protestant Press Service (Evangelischer Pressedienst, epd)  reports in Germany , all have this error.They interpret Vatican Council II by confusing what is hypothetical as being objective, implicit as explicit. This is unethical when it is done knowingly.
So the Press conferences with spokespersons from the Federal Government and the Ministries,held three times a week by the Federal Press Conference Association (BPK – Bundespressekonferenz),need to clarify the German Governments understanding with the Catholic Church and correct their past reports on Vatican Council II.
The German Press Council( Deutsche Presserat ) must ensure that journalists observe the truth about Vatican Council II and not intentionally interpret the Council as a break with the past exclusivist ecclesiology, an ecumenism of return and 16th century extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS). Similarly the Union of German Journalists (Deutsche Journalistinnen- und Journalisten-Union, dju) and the German Journalists’ Association (Deutscher Journalisten-Verband, DJV) and Association of the Foreign Press in Germany (Verein der Ausländischen Presse in Deutschland e.V., VAP) must officially clarify their position on this issue.
Vatican Council II(AG 7) supports the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Council of Florence 1441). There are no objective exceptions in the present times (1965-2020) mentioned in the text of the Council.
The news agency reports of the past need to be corrected officially by Cardinal Reinhardt Marx, Archbishop of Munich and President of the German Bishops Conference.
The Associated Press and Reuters for example had been reporting Vatican Council II as a revolution in the Church with the teaching on exclusive salvation being made obsolete. This was wrong and has to be corrected.-Lionel Andrades

The German Press Council( Deutsche Presserat )is  the body responsible for enforcing a self-regulation of the press in Germany. Through addressing complaints about press behaviour, they monitor compliance with ethical rules for the daily work of journalists laid down in the German Press Code.
Inspired by the British Press Council of 1953, the journalist and publisher associations formed the German Press Council on November 20, 1956. The German PC is a non-profit association, an organ of the major associations of the press under private law.
The Press Council is responsible for preserving the reputation of the German press, while protecting its freedom. Furthermore, the Press Council champions the unimpeded access by journalists to news sources and ensures self-regulation with regard to editorial data protection and financial market reporting.1

The German Press Council needs to check reports in the daily newspapers in Germany which interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise and inference to createa a break with the traditional teachings of the Catholic Church. This is unethical.
The German Catholic saints held the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and there were no known exceptions. But hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II ( LG 16, GS 22 etc ) were exceptions to EENS for Cardinal Ratzinger/Pope Benedict.
It is unethical for German newspapers to project Vatican Council II as a break with the past and not a continuation of the past ecclesiology, upon which was based the proclamation of the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics , with the non separation of Church and State.
