"In riferimento ai presunti fenomeni soprannaturali che si verificherebbero a Trevignano Romano, informo che la Commissione Diocesana da me costituita sta ancora lavorando al fine di pervenire un giudizio definitivo da parte della Chiesa - si legge nel comunicato - In attesa di tale giudizio, in base ai primi orientamenti a cui è giunta la Commissione, si sconsiglia ai fedeli di partecipare a tali eventi. In particolare: tutti i soggetti interessati rientrino nella condotta discreta, prudente e rispettosa; non si organizzino incontri pubblici (siano essi di preghiera e/o di catechesi) che diano l'impressione o la certezza che la chiesa abbia autenticato i fatti di Trevignano; che i sacerdoti in particolare si astengano dall'esprimere pubblicamente, nell'esercizio del loro ministero, la loro opinione personale sul fenomeno".

Pope Francis and my interpretation of the Creeds is different.Priests do not say that I am wrong.
Due to the error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 (LOHO) there are two interpretations of the Creed. Pope Francis' and mine.They are different.
The LOHO assumed invisible cases of the baptism of desire and invincible ignorance were visible examples of salvation outside the Church and so there were visible exceptions to the traditional strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
The popes before the 1930's however interpreted the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) as being only hypothetical, theoretical and speculative cases.Obviously the BOD etc referred to the case of an unknown person.
Now for Pope Francis visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS. So he does not hold the 'rigid theological view' of the past popes. He and the Left need exceptions to EENS.
But if BOD,BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS then they are no more invisible and hypothetical.
We now have visible and known cases of BOD,BOB and I.I.
There are two interpretations of BOD, BOB and I.I, his and mine.For him BOD, BOB and I.I are visible ( so he gets his exceptions to EENS) and for me they are invisible.For Pope Francis they are objective and for me they are subjective.
So his approach to Vatican Council II and the Creeds would also be different. Our Professio of Faith( Nicene Creed) would also be different.
For him Vatican Council II ( LG 8, LG 14, LG 16,UR 3, Na 2 etc) would contradict 16th century EENS. For me there is no theological change.
For him the meaning of the Creeds would have changed. For me there would be no change since invisible and hypothetical cases cannot be objective exceptions to EENS, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX,the Athanasius Creed, the Catechism of Pope Pius X (24Q, 27Q) and the rest of Tradition, which supports exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
So there is a new interpretation of the Creeds for Pope Francis.
All this is not permanent. It can be changed.
Pope Francis can choose to acknowledge the error and then correct it.
It would mean the ecclesiology of the Catholic Church before and after Vatican Council II would be the same.There is no new ecclesiology, new ecumenism, new evangelisation etc based upon the false premise ( what is invisible is visible).
There would be no 'development of doctrine' based upon confusing what is invisible as being visible examples of salvation outside the Church.
The secret is out. We have found the missing link. We now know what causes the hermeneutic of rupture with Tradition.We can avoid it.
We have to acknowledge that the official interpretation of the Creeds, EENS, Vatican Council II, Catechisms etc is irrational, non traditional, schismatic and heretical. It is schism with the popes over the centuries.
It is not magisterial since the Holy Spirit cannot make an objective mistake, a factual error.
The interpretation of the Creeds by Pope Francis, Pope Benedict and the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Vatican Press Office,is different from mine. One one us has to be wrong.

So who will tell the two popes that they interpret the Creeds with heresy ?
Over the last two days I have been writing on how Pope Francis and my understanding of the Creeds is different and as expected no one can show me where I am wrong.They know that I am correct and they agree with me. I have written about this quite a few times before.I call the error Cushingism.It is common throughout the Church. It has spread like a theological virus and we can say that the whole Catholic Church today is affected with Cushingite.
Pope Pius XII was Cushingite when he did not oppose an irrational interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood (BOB) and invincible ignorance (I.I).So artificial exceptions were created for extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)
Pope Paul VI was Cushingite when he chose to interpret Vatican Council II with the irrational premise, instead of without it.
Pope John Paul II and Cardinal Ratzinger were Cushingite when they excommunicated Cushingite Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and did not show him an alternative interpretation of Vatican Council II, which was traditional but which would be opposed by the Jewish Left.
Not too long ago Fr.Vaughn Treco was excommunicated for opposing the Cushingite interpretation of Vatican Council II and no one asked his bishop, Stephen Brady to affirm the Council, without the false premise, with Feeneyism.
It Italy, on Roberto dei Mattei's Radioromalibera and Corrado Gnerre's website Tre Sentieri, the interpretation of Vatican Council II and EENS is Cushingite.They still cannot see the problem.
Hypothetical are assumed to be objective in the present times and then non traditional connlusions are drawn.
Maike Hickson's latest report on Lifesite News still assumes LG 8 ( subsists it in) and UR 3 ( imperfect communion with the Church) are examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church..They are exceptions to traditional EENS and the past common understanding on the Church having exclusive salvation.LG 8 and UR 3 were always hypothetical. To assume today that they are visible and real in personal cases, is a false premise.
So she has criticized Vatican Council II and no one corrects her Cushingite reasoning.
Zero cases of something are not exceptions to EENS says John Martignoni.LG 8 and UR 3 are zero cases with reference to EENS.
They are also zero cases with reference to the Creeds. So Pope Francis' interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Creeds is Cushingite. It is the same for the German, American and English cardinals and bishops. Their liberalism is based upon Cushingism.It needs the false premise.It is also called the New Theology.
So who is going to ask these cardinals, bishops and Pope Francis to interpret Vatican Council II without Cushingism; without the irrational premise and inference ? Fr.Aidan Nicols op,who signed a statement, a petition, saying the pope was teaching heresy, is a also a Cushingite.So are Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke, Archbisbhop Carlo Maria Vigano, Bishop Athanasius Schneider and Roberto dei Mattei. The CDF is officially Cushingite.

Brother Thomas Augustine MICM needs to clarify that he originally accepted Vatican Council II( with the false premise) and that he condoned it in the diocese of Worcester, USA and that he did not affirm Vatican Council II( without the false premise) and so has been granted canonical recognition by the Diocese of Worcester and the CDF and this is approved by Pope Francis.

Creeds change with the interpretation of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance
There are two interpretations of the Creeds. It depends upon how you interpret the baptism of desire (BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance (I.I). If BOD and I.I are interpreted rationally or irrationally, the meaning of the Creeds change. The Rational or Irrational Premise, creates orthodoxy or heresy. With Feeneyism or Cushingism, the conclusion of the Creeds is traditional or non traditional.
Not only the Creeds change with the premise chosen but also Vatican Council II. We can interpret the baptism of desire (LG 14) and being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) with the Rational or Irrational Premise.Then the Conclusion of Vatican Council II is either a continuity or a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
In the same way EENS itself is Feeneyite or Cushingite. When we interpret the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, with the rational premise, then it supports EENS Feeneyite.This is EENS with BOD and I.I not being being exceptions . When we interpret BOD and I.I with the Irrational Premise then there is EENS with BOD and I.I being visible examples of salvation outside the Church in the present times. It is wrongly inferred that BOD and I.I are visible.They become practical exceptions for EENS.
NICENE CREED
1.So when the Nicene Creed states :‘We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins’ , we can interpret this line with the Rational or Irrational Premise, with Feeneyism or with Cushingism. The conclusion will be traditional or non traditional, orthodox or heretical.
APOSTLES CREED
2.When we say in the Apostles Creed,’ "I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints", it can be interpreted with the Rational or Irrational Premise, with Feeneyism or Cushingism. So for you, does the Holy Spirit teach the Catholic Church today that outside the Church there is no salvation or outside the Church there is salvation ?

3.We can read in the same way, the Athanasius Creed when it states : ‘Whosoever will be saved, before all things it is necessary that he hold the catholic faith. Which faith unless every one do keep whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish everlastingly.’
With the Rational Premise we are saying that everyone needs to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation and there are no known exceptions. With the Irrational Premise we are saying that everyone needs to be a member of the Catholic Church for salvation but there are known exceptions.This is irrational Cushingism.It is contradictory. It does not make sense.
Catholics in general, including the popes, cardinals, bishops- and the traditionalists , interpret the Creeds with the irrational premise.They assume there are visible cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance. This is an objective mistake.
CDF 1949 LETTER A POLITICAL-LEFT DOCUMENT
The objective mistake, the New Theology, has come into the Church from the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston.The Letter was kept hidden for about three years before it was made public. The CDF Letter was part of the political-Left agenda to eliminate the dogma EENS in the Catholic Church. It supported heresy and schism with its New Theology.The New Theology says outside the Church there is known salvation; visible cases of non Catholics saved without Catholic faith and the baptism of water. The philosophical foundation for the New Theology is the Irrational Premise.
PREMISE DETERMINES ORTHODOXY OF CREEDS
Now when we choose the Rational Premise we return to the old theology, the old ecclesiology.This is irrespective of the historical Cushingism in 1949 and 1965. Irrespective of how Rahner and Ratzinger chose the Irrational Premise and made the Council liberal and progressivist, we can make the Council today exclusivist in salvation.We simply change the premise. For me LG 8 etc refer to invisible cases. For them it refers to visible and known people.Only in this way can they reject the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). Invisible people cannot be practical exceptions for EENS.So what is invisible has to be projected as being visible.
But they do not want to affirm EENS. They want a break with Tradition. So they confuse what is invisible ( LG 8 etc) as being visible. Then they conclude that EENS etc is obsolete.
The same error is made by Italian cardinals and bishops on TV . They infer that there are known non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times. So the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors are obsolete. They conclude that Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition.
Cardinal Semeraro in Albano, Italy does not affirm the dogma EENS since he interprets LG 8,14, 16 etc as referring to explicit cases of non Catholics saved outside the Catholic Church in the present times. I don’t make this mistake.
Pope Francis was interviewed on the Creed by TV 2000.He interprets the Nicene Creed with the False Premise and it does not show when he recites the Creed.
Fr. Sergio Palumba, the Rector at the parish church San Camillio de Lellis, via Salustiana, Rome was interviewed by TV 2000. This Camilian priest like the rest of the community interprets LG 8 etc irrationally. So there is a rupture with EENS as it was affirmed by St. Camillio de Lellis.
I affirm EENS like St. Camillio de Lellis and I interpret LG 8 etc as being only hypothetical cases. They obviously refer to physically invisible people in the present times. This is common knowledge.
There is a major error on Vatican Council II made by the television stations and no one corrects them. They interpret the Creeds, Catechisms, Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) wrongly.They made a mistake on the baptism of desire(BOD) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I), which were interpreted with the False Premise. They accepted the objective error in the 1949 Letter of the Holy Office(LOHO).
LOHO projected invisible cases of BOD and I.I as being objective exceptions for Feeneyite EENS. LOHO was placed in the Denzinger with this error and referenced in Vatican Council II.
Since 1949 the main line Church has been in schism and heresy. It will take them some time to get back to normal after the error is made public.
Since the time Pope Francis joined the Jesuits, he has been interpreting the 1949 LOHO and Vatican Council II irrationally.

The TV 2000 staff in Italy interpret the Creed with a false premise and they have no comment on this issue.In a controversial interview of Pope Francis, the interviewet does not mention that the Creeds and Vatican Council II can be interpreted with or without a false premise and TV 2000 has chosen the irrational option like Pope Francis.
In general, Catholics recite the Creeds, unknowingly using a false premise and inference and so their conclusion is a rupture with Tradition ( EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc) Even the Lefbvrist and Feeneyite traditionalists make this mistake.

However we know that they both reject the Athanasius Creed and the Syllabus of Errors. They do this in the name of Vatican Council II interpreted irrationally. It is the same with Massimo Faggioli and Alberto Melloni of the Bologna School (FSCIRE) in Italy.

Marx and Batzing need the false break with Tradition. They interpret Vatican Council II irrationally.
The traditional conclusion of Vatican Council II interpreted rationally is accepted by the SSPX. They are traditionalists. This cannot be accepted by the liberal German Synod Way. The liberals know that their liberalism comes only with the Council interpreted irrationally. They have to pretend that invisible cases of LG 8 etc are visible. They suggest that these are known non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times.
How can someone saved with the baptism of desire (LG 14) or in invincible ignorance (LG 16) for example, be known to us human beings? They would be in Heaven. How can they be visible on earth and in Heaven at the same time?
Those Catholics who do not affirm the Creeds in their original interpretation are automatically excommunicated as heretics. This is the official teaching of the Church according to Canon Law. It is not just my personal opinion.
The Creeds are not interpreted rationally by the German bishops. There is no denial from them.
Heresy is a mortal sin. There is no denial from the German bishops. Since they want to support the Left and not affirm the dogma EENS. They need to interpret the Creeds and Catechisms irrationally to break with Tradition.
Canonically they are not Catholic and cannot hold their office. It is the same for a Rector, Parish Priest or Religious Superior in Germany. It is the same for Pope Francis and all the Cardinals and Bishops.
There is the need for the SSPX to set up a Canonical Office or Department to handle these problems. There are so many of them. For example, there is Bishop Charles More rod op, in Switzerland. He interpreted Vatican Council II irrationally. So he will not affirm the Catechism of the Council of Trent and Pius X. There is no more exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church for him. He has no right to be a bishop. We know that Vatican Council II (rational) does not contradict the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X. There is no break with the Syllabus of Errors.
Bishop Morerod and Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, Ladaria were officials of the International Theological Commission. They coordinated with Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. They produced theological papers while interpreting Vatican Council II irrationally.
Ladaria also headed the Vatican theologians in the doctrinal talks with the SSPX. This was during the pontificate of Pope Benedict. This issue of Vatican Council II being able to be interpreted only rationally and so ethically was not brought up at these talks.
They could not be discussed. Pope Benedict did not interpret Vatican Council II rationally. If he interpreted the Council rationally he would be affirming Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).He would be endorsing EENS according to the missionaries of the 16th century.
This was an important canonical issue. The SSPX did not correct the error.- Lionel Andrades
