The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF), Vatican and Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State, Vatican, would place sanctions on the Polish, American and other bishops conferences, if they interpreted Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with the Rational Premise, like Brother Andre Marie and the St. Benedict Center, NH.

There are two interpretations of Vatican
Council II one is rational and the other is irrational, one is ethical and the
other is unethical. The CDF and the Diocese of Manchester have placed sanctions
on the St. Benedict Center, Richmond, New Hampshire, based upon Vatican Council
II, irrational.
If the Curia in the diocese of
Manchester, USA did not use the unethical and dishonest False Premise they
would have to affirm the strict interpretation of EENS, like the St. Benedict
Center, NH. The CDF sanctions would apply to them.
Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of
Manchester, USA must be asked to affirm Feeneyite EENS by not confusing LG 8,
LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc in Vatican Council II as being exceptions for EENS.
Hypothetical and invisible cases cannot be exceptions.
Fr. Georges de Laire the Judicial Vicar
of the diocese, is allowed to be present
at the diocesan tribunal, when he interprets LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc in
Vatican Council II, as referring to visible people in the present times (2022).
So they become exceptions for Feeneyite EENS. So he avoids the CDF Decree of
sanctions upon himself.
Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Bishop Peter
Libasci and the Nuncio to the USA in the Brother Andre Marie case, interpret
Vatican Council II with the False Premise and suggest that there are practical
exceptions for Feeneyite EENS.
Judge Andre Johnstone in New Hampshire
could confirm that she does not know any one saved outside the Catholic Church
in the present times. So she does not affirm the dishonest interpretation of
Vatican Council II, by Fr. Georges de Laire.
Judge Johnstone could clarify that she
interprets LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc in Vatican Council II, as referring to
only hypothetical and theoretical cases in 2022. So they are not practical
examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church. This is common sense.
Fr. Georges de Laire however interprets
Vatican Council II with a False Premise and in this way does not affirm the
strict interpretation of EENS like Brother Andre Marie micm. So LG 8 etc are
objective exceptions for EENS, for the Judicial Vicar.
But for me, LG 8 etc in Vatican Council II are theoretical
in the present times (1965-2022). Vatican Council II does not contradict
Brother Andre Marie’s interpretation of EENS.
The Congregation for the Doctrine of the
Faith representing Pope Francis has interpreted Vatican Council II dishonestly
and has placed legal sanctions on the St. Benedict Center, NH for not using the
False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II.
Fr. Georges de Laire and Pope Francis’
interpretation of Vatican Council II in the Brother Andre Marie case is
dishonest and irrational. Vatican Council II is not a break with Feeneyite EENS
when LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3 etc are seen as being only hypothetical, invisible,
theoretical,subjective, implicit…
I am affirming the Magisterium of the
Catholic Church before the 1940’s. It does not change. They also used the
Rational Premise for centuries. I am only following them.
Yes the Magisterium is the teaching body
of knowledge united to the pope except when he contradicts the past Magisterium
with an objective and factual human error, which can be corrected.
The Magisterium is never wrong but when
there is an objective mistake which contradicts the past Magisterium then it is
human error. The Magisterium must update it.
I cannot see the baptism of desire cases
where I live and neither can others in the area where they live. This is
something objective for all of us. We cannot see or meet people saved in
invincible ignorance outside the Church. This is something obvious and

Georges de Laire and Damien Fischer in the diocese of Manchester, New Hampshire, USA are not being asked to affirm Vatican Council II interpreted with the Rational Premise only and then they will have to affirm the strict interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) , like Brother Andre Marie micm and the St. Benedict Center, NH.

Cardinal Luiz Ladaria could begin a dialogue with the sedevacantists CMRI and MHFM and invite them into the Church, as he did for the SSPX. Since with Vatican Council II (rational) there is no more reason to remain in sedevacantism because of the Council.

Judge Andre K. Johnstone, U.S Magistrate Judge for the District Court in New Hampshire, who is hearing a case filed by Fr. Georges de Laire, must ask him if he affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) like Brother Andre Marie micm. He will say ‘no’. For him there are exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II, for EENS. So he would admit that he uses the False Premise to interpret Vatican Council II and so avoid the Decree of Prohibitions being issued against him .But this is unethical. It is dishonest.

It would be unethical if Judge Andrea Johnstone in her reasoning would use the False Premise , confusing what is invisible as being visible, implicit as being explicit,subjective as being objective- and then make inferences and conclusions.
The Judge in New Hampshire must be asked if she would interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise ?
Since if Fr. Georges de Laire and Damien Fischer in New Hampshire would interpret Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then the CDF sanctions would also apply to them.
Damien Fischer as a Catholic must be asked to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so affirm the strict interpretation of EENS like Brother Andre Marie micm.
So why should Catholics in New Hamsphire have to interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise to avoid a Decree of Prohibitions from Fr. Laire ?
Why must the religious communities in New Hampshire interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise to receive canonical recognition and avoid the Decree of Prohibitions ? This is unethical.
If Damien Fischer, for example, interprets Vatican Council II with the Rational Premise then he supports Feeneyite EENS and so merits the Decree of Prohibitions from Fr. Georges de Laire.
Now Fr. Georges de Laire is using the Cushingite theology of Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre and Archbishop Pierre Thuc, which depended upon the False Premise.With Feeneyite theology which does not need the False Premise, and so goes back to the old exclusivist ecclesiology, Fr. At the pontifical Institute of Liturgy, St. Anselm, Rome students have to learn how to interpret Vatican Council II with the False Premise only, so there is a false break with extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) and so they do not have to be taught how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics. Since Vatican Council II for the faculty is a break and not continuity with Tradition.
Instead with the False Premise in the interpretation of Vatican Council II alleged practical exceptions are created for the Syllabus of Errors of Pope PiusIX.
We know that with the Rational Premise there would be no exceptions in the text of the Council for the Syllabus of Errors, the Athanasius Creed and 16th century EENS of the missionaries.
The teaching at St. Anselm is political and with the False Premise the faculty creates a calculated break with traditional ecclesiocentrism.So the students are not shown how to proclaim the Social Reign of Christ the King at Holy Mass.
The Social Reign of Christ the King in all politics cannot be proclaimed at the Liturgical Institute since Vatican Council II is interpreted with the False Premise. The False Premise is obligatory to project false exceptions for the traditional theology on their being exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.

Fake inference

Vatican Council II contradicts the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).The Athanasius Creed(outside the Church there is no salvation) and the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX ( ecumenism of return) were made obsolete.

Rational Conclusion
Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS as it was interpreted by the Jesuits in the Middle Ages.It does not contradict the strict interpretation of EENS of St. Thomas Aquinas( saved in invincible ignorance is invisible), St. Augustine and Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston.
