The bishop has to assume that invincible ignorance refers to literally known people, otherwise, there would be no exceptions to EENS. He would be holding the Feeneyite traditional understanding of extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

It is because of the Feeneyite, old understanding of EENS that he is being asked to persecute the St. Benedict Center .So he is not allowed to say that invincible; a person in invincible ignorance through no fault of his own(LG 14 etc), refers to theoretical and speculative cases for us human beings in 2019.

The diocese, Director of Education Ms. Mary Ellen Mahon and the Catechists, who attend Holy Mass in English,  would side with Brother Andre Marie. Obviously, there are no visible exceptions to EENS in 2019.

However since the Vatican and the Left support the bishop, he continues with the false narrative on EENS, Vatican Council II, Creeds and Catechisms.This is a mortal sin of faith.It is another religion.

This is also the false reasoning and new theology of the FSSP priests in the diocese of Manchester.They  offer the Latin Mass with the New Ecclesiology.They are in a rupture with the Magisterium and missionaries of the 16th century.In the 16th centurythey offered the Tridentine Rite Mass, with the old Feeneyite ecclesiology of Church.

The Creeds and Catechisms are heretically Cushingite for Bishop Libasci. They are not Cushingite,  for Brother Andre Marie.He does not use the false premise.

The popes over the centuries , with BOD, BOB and I.I, referred to invisible cases.They were Feeneyite.They are Feeneyite for Brother Andre Marie.For Bishop Libasci they are Cushingites. So the popes are projected as contradicting Fr. Leonard Feeney.

The popes from Paul VI  were Cushingite  and this was their mistake.Since Cushingism is irrational. It creates heresy and a rupture with Tradition.

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 was Cushingite in its second half and Feeneyite in the first part.The second part would be rejected by Brother Andre Marie.

Bishop Libasci wants Brother Andre Marie to accept the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II of the popes from Paul VI, while he will not affirm Vatican Council II with Feeneyism, as does Brother Andre Marie.

So he does not place the St.Benedict Center Doctrinal Statement on the diocese website to clarify his position on EENS and Vatican Council II.

When Pope Francis returned from Abu Dhabi he said he had not shifted from Vatican Council II.His concept of Vatican Council II  was Cushingite  and no fault was found with him on this point by Cardinal Burke and Bishop Schneider , since they too are Cushingites.

They both interpret Vatican Council II and extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with Cushingism.

If Pope Francis interpreted Vatican Council II with Feeneyism, he would be saying the Council does not contradict Feeneyite EENS and neither the past ecclesiology.So theologically there can only be an ecumenism of return.There is no option for the New Ecumenism.

However today his theology is Cushingite so there is known salvation outside the Church for him, outside the Church there is salvation today and the dogma EENS is contradicted and made obsolete.

It would mean to be legally a Catholic in the diocese of Manchester, USA ,Bishop Peter Libasci and his Curia would have to switch to Feeneyite Vatican Council II, with LG 8 etc referring to hypothetical and not objective cases in the present times.They would then be Feeneyite on EENS.

It would mean having to admit that in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case, the Jesuit priest was orthodox and rational and Cardinal Cushing and the bishops and cardinals at the Holy Office (CDF), were irrational and heretical.They wrongly suggested invisible cases were personally visible examples of salvation outside the Church and the dogma EENS, defined by three Church Councils, had to be rejected.-Lionel Andrades
