The Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X ( SSPX), Fr. Davide Pagliarani will not affirm Vatican Council II without the false premise since it will not be doctrinally accepted by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Left. It would mean the SSPX is affirming EENS without exceptions ,as they did, in their 2020 General Chapter Statement, under Bishop Bernard Fellay and it was not accepted
