It is the Parish Priest at San Agapito Fr.Paolo Boumis, who is saying that LG
8,14,15,16,UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II refer to physically
visible cases in 2024.It is not just my personal opinion, theory or theology.
All the religious communities would be saying the same thing about LG 8 etc. So
they are indirectly saying that according to Vatican Council II (AG 7 etc)
outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.
This has been the traditional teaching of the Church which is in harmony
with Vatican Council II and I affirm it. Throughout Tradition they were always rational
and so am I.
We have unity with the past popes and saints and I endorse it.
The liberal theology of Pope Paul VI and Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger was
based upon visible cases of LG 8,14,15,16 etc. That’s finished. Catholics now
know that they have a rational choice. Invisible cases (L8 etc) are always invisible.
It is irrational to consider them as being physically visible examples of
salvation outside the Church in the present times.
Why should Catholics interpret invisible cases as being physically invisible?
Why project Vatican Council II as a break with the past theology and philosophy?
I can choose to project invisible cases as being invisible only. Then are then
no exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS). I am back to
the old ecclesiology of the Church. I affirm the ecclesiocentrism of the Middle
Ages, the Church Fathers and the Apostles. Anyone can do the same.
You don’t need my permission. I don’t have a copyright on this. This is
the traditional theology of the Church. I just have been the first to correct
the mistake on Vatican Council II and write about it on my blog Eucharist and Mission.
To show the difference between the two interpretations; to make it concrete, I
have been calling it the L.A interpretation of Vatican Council II i.e. with invisible
cases being only invisible and so the conclusion is traditional.
I do not have a monopoly on this issue. Instead every Catholic is
obliged to interpret Vatican Council II rationally and so traditionally.
Many people will be able to explain this issue better that I did –or can
and can take it further. Write books on this subjective. I am ready here to
help. If you have questions I shall try to answer them.
What I write here is not restricted to the Latin Mass or the dogma EENS. We have a new discovery in the Church. A common mistake being made by Catholics in general has been discovered. This discovery helps to choose the hermeneutic of continuity with the past always. There no more is confusion. The liberals can no more cite the Council to support their innovation in faith, morals and mission. We do not have to depend upon the official interpretation of the Church which is irrational. -Lionel Andrades
