An appeal must be made to Pope Francis to make an announcement on this issue : explain to Catholics the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism as a theology

Image result for photo of pope francis
When a traditionalist or conservative Catholic says there are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus he is also saying there are exceptions to the Athanasius Creed, on outside the Church there is no salvation. Then there are also exceptions to the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX on ecumenism and exclusive salvation. Then there will also be exceptions to the Nicene Creed, 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' becomes I believe in three known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins and they all exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.'  This is the fall out when there are exceptions to EENS.
So the traditionalists and conservative Catholics who say there are exceptions to EENS, are also saying that the Catechism of Pope Pius X contradicts itself.
For all of them 29 Q  would contradict 16Q ( and the rest of the numbers in blue). It would be an exception. This is how they all interpret it today.
For me 29Q is not an exception to the numbers in blue.Since 29Q always refers to invisible cases for me.Always.

From the Catechism of Pope Pius X
16 Q. Is Baptism necessary to salvation?
A. Baptism is absolutely necessary to salvation, for our Lord has expressly said:
"Unless a man be born again of water and the Holy Ghost, he cannot enter into
the Kingdom of God."

The Church in Particular

Q. State distinctly what is necessary to be a member of the Church?
A. To be a member of the Church it is necessary to be baptised, to believe and
profess the teaching of Jesus Christ, to participate in the same Sacraments, and
to acknowledge the Pope and the other lawful pastors of the Church.

24 Q. To be saved, is it enough to be any sort of member of the Catholic Church?
A. No, to be saved it is not enough to be any sort of member of the Catholic
Church; it is necessary to be a living member.

27 Q. Can one be saved outside the Catholic, Apostolic and Roman Church?
A. No, no one can be saved outside the Catholic, Apostolic Roman Church,
just as no one could be saved from the flood outside the Ark of Noah,
which was a figure of the Church.

11 Q. Who are they who are outside the true Church?
A. Outside the true Church are: Infidels, Jews, heretics, apostates,
schismatics, and the excommunicated.

13 Q. Who are the Jews?
A. The Jews are those who profess the Law of Moses; have not received
baptism; and do not believe in Jesus Christ.

14 Q. Who are heretics?
A. Heretics are those of the baptised who obstinately refuse to believe some
truth revealed by God and taught as an article of faith by the Catholic
Church; for example, the Arians, the Nestorians and the various sects of Protestants.

29 Q. But if a man through no fault of his own is outside the Church, can he be saved?
 A. If he is outside the Church through no fault of his, that is, if he is in good faith, and if he has received Baptism, or at least has the implicit desire of Baptism; and if, moreover, he sincerely seeks the truth and does God's will as best he can such a man is indeed separated from the body of the Church, but is united to the soul of the Church and consequently is on the way of salvation
-Catechism of Pope Pius X

It would also mean the Catechism of the Council of Trent would contradict itself with Cushingism.
The same problem would be there with the interpretation of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I). There would also be a rupture with BOD, BOB andI.I as it was interpreted rationally over the centuries by the popes and saints.
Image result for photo International Theological Commission
BOD, BOB and I.I today generally refer to visible and personally known non Catholics, saved outside the Catholic Church. So they are exceptions to EENS etc. This was the interpretation of Cardinal Ratzinger, Fr. Luiz Ladaria sj and Fr. Charles Morerod op, in two papers of the International Theological Commission.
Image result for photo International Theological Commission
So with BOD, BOB and I.I referring to visible and known non Catholics saved outside the Church there was a new Canon Law created in 1983 to support this error.
Image result for photo International Theological Commission

Since there are exceptions; invisible people are visible in the present times, the teaching of the popes of the past, on  Protestants needing to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation, is obsolete. It is made obsolete with the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II interpreted with Cushingism i.e invisible people are visible in the present times.
The excommunication of Orthodox Christians was lifted by Cushingite Pope Paul VI.Inter faith marriages were no more adultery and a mortal sin since it was assumed the non Catholic spouse could be saved outside the Church and did not need to convert.
Suicide is no more a mortal sin and a formal funeral Mass is offered for the deceased.Since it is assumed that the 'known exception' contradicts the rule.
Only God can know if someone in manifest mortal sin is an exception and will go to Heaven at the time of death but Amoris Laetitia of Pope Francis, suggests otherwise.
Now the divorced and remarried  are being given the Eucharist as if there is a known exception to the rule.
Cardinal Walter Kasper said that if ecclesiology can be changed ( with Vatican Council II Cushingite) then why cannot the Eucharist be given to the divorced and re-married ?

The Amazon Synod Working Paper rejected exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church since there were alleged known exceptions to EENS.This same Cushingite theology will be used to justify new changes in the Church, to be announced next month according to Cardinal Hummes.
Hummes complained that the SSPX could not accept the Amazon Synod since they could not first accept Vatican Council II. He was referring to Vatican Council II Cushingite and not Vatican Council II Feeneyite. Hummes does not announce that he affirms Vatican Council II, Feeneyite.
Of course, the pope will refer to Vatican Council II. He means a Cushingite, Vatican Council II , with exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.

JOURNALISTS CAN ASK
Any journalist, could contact a cardinal and ask him to interpret Vatican Council II and magisterial documents with Feeneyism instead of Cushingism. He could choose to do so. But he will choose to remain irrational and insincere.I have spoken to bishops who would not comment. One said that this is a sensitive subject.
Any journalist, could point out to a cardinal that the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made an objective mistake when it assumed BOD, BOB and I.I were exceptions to EENS. This is something obvious. The cardinal may agree but would not allow himself to be quoted?

How can Catholic professors of theology, at pontifical and secular universities in Rome and the rest of the world, remain academically unethical on this issue and not be challenged by journalists?
An appeal must be made to Pope Francis to explain to Catholics the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism.-Lionel Andrades

Similarly would you agree that when Mystici Corporis and the Catechisms of Pius X and Trent mentioned BOD, BOB and I.I were also referring to hypothetical cases and so they are not exceptions to EENS?

http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2018/01/similarly-would-you-agree-that-when.html

Cushingism is an irrationality, it is modernism and yet the Cushingite Lefebvrists consider themselves traditionalists who follow sound doctrine unlike the Cushingite liberals.

Cushingism is an irrationality, it is modernism and yet the Cushingite Lefebvrists consider themselves traditionalists who follow sound doctrine unlike the Cushingite liberals.
For Cushingites invisible people are visible in the present times and for Feeneyites invisible people are invisible in the present times. The baptism of desire is a visible case for a Cushingite it is an invisible case for a Feeneyite. Lumen Gentium 8 is a visible case for Cardinal Luiz Ladaria sj, for me it is invisible.
When Cushingites say invisible cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood (BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible exceptions to Feeneyite extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS), they are irrational.
When Cushingites say physically invisible cases referred to in LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS, they imply that there are practical cases, literally known non Catholics saved outside the Church. Again this is irrational.

There are no such people in our reality. If they happened it would only be known to God. A possiblity, of this happening exists only in the mind. There cannot be a concrete case since the person would be in Heaven and not known to us.For example, we can say that St.Emerentiana is a saint but no one on earth could say that she is in Heaven without the baptism of water and they saw her there.
So when the liberals say outside the Church there is salvation; there is known salvation, there is no rational philosophy to support their new theology.
This is Cushingism.
Upon this Cushingite reasoning i.e there is known salvation outside the Church, the liberals, popes and cardinals, have created the new theology, new ecumenism, new evangelisation, new canon law, new ecclesiology etc.
The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 was Cushingite and the liberals at Vatican Council II were Cushingite.
But Cushingism has a weakness in itself.
If we avoid the Cushingite premise and inference, automatically we are back  to the old theology and old doctrines. We do not have to create a new theology to eliminate Cushingism.
So even though Cardinal Richard Cushing, Fr. Karl Rahner, Yves Congar and John Coutney Murray were active at Vatican Council II, the Council is Feeneyite.
It can really only be Feeneyite. Since the Cushingite interpretation is irrational.
The Cushingite interpretation contradicts John 3:5 and Mark 16:16 by assuming there is known salvation outside the Church.
There is no known salvation outside the Church. This is a given. It is common knowledge. It is something obvious.
St. Ambrose could hope that his friend the Emperor Valentinian was in Heaven without the baptism of water. He could not know for sure. We can only believe that a St. Victor is in Heaven and he is there with the baptism of water. The norm for salvation is faith and baptism and we humans cannot know of any exception to the norm.
St. Thomas Aquinas says that if there was a man in the forest in invincible ignorance, and he was to be saved, God would send a preacher to him. The man would know the faith and be baptised before he enters Heaven.
St.Francis Xavier and other saints observed that there were people who returned from the dead only to be baptised with water. They then died again.
St.Thomas Aquinas and St. Francis Xavier were Feeneyites but the popes from Paul VI were all Cushingites.

When Pope Francis refers to Vatican Council II it is Vatican Council II Cushingite.
John Paul II was Feeneyite when he announced Ecclesia in Asia, in New Delhi(November 6,1999) and called upon Hindus to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation. But John Paul II was limited by his Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger. He never explained the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism, if he knew it.
The difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism seems like one of those secrets of the Vatican , which they discuss in hushed voices, in the corridors there and upon which I have stumbled upon. Our Lady gave me the insight, I believe. She also has helped me to continue to write on this subject for so many years, every day.
Cushingism is like the Arian heresy of the past. The whole Church has been affected, but it is not permanent. The error can be eliminated once Catholics are aware of the difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism and that Cushingism is the irrational option. -Lionel Andrades

When Vatican Council II, the Catechisms and Creeds are interpreted with Feeneyism ( invisible people are invisible in the present times), Pope Francis cannot make his rigid and non rigid distinction. It is only with Cushingism that he can create heresy and schism and then expect Catholics to follow, this Vatican Council II(Cushingite), which creates a rupture with the popes and saints over the centuries on EENS, Nicene Creed, Athanasius Creed etc.

There is a fundamental mistake in the theology of Vatican Council II. We have to reconcile ourselves with this. The Council Fathers blew it.They made an elementary mistake violating the laws of physics.Upon a false premise and inference they created a new theology. Then the periti, after 1965, upheld the false narrative.Until today, it's all a secret for them, especially for Pope Benedict. Pope Benedict is still hiding the truth.

Theological Highlights of Vatican II by Joseph Ratzinger (2009-09-01)

Such a staggering thought. All those thousands of books, numerous, written on Vatican Council II have a major theological error. They should be thrown into the dustbin- O'Malley, Kasper, Faggioli,Gherardini,Mattei, Ferrara. They violate Newton's laws of physics and Aristotle's Principle of Non Contradiction.

OCTOBER 29, 2019

The 16 books of Vatican Council II have an error. They violate the Principle of Non Contradiction. The Council Fathers misunderstood the laws of physics. They wrongly assumed the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) referred to physical bodies in time and space. They they created a new false theology based upon this irrationality. This cannot be magisterial but is human error. Since the Holy Spirit cannot make a factual and objective error.

When I say that the baptism of desire (BOD), Baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance (I.I) are not objective people in 2019, I refer to physics. Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door. Therefore those men cannot be saved, who though aware that God, through Jesus Christ founded the Church as something necessary, still do not wish to enter into it, or to persevere in it." Therefore though God in ways known to Himself can lead those inculpably ignorant of the Gospel to find that faith without which it is impossible to please Him...- Ad Gentes 7. Vatican Council II
_________________________________________

Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II
14. This Sacred Council wishes to turn its attention firstly to the Catholic faithful. Basing itself upon Sacred Scripture and Tradition, it teaches that the Church, now sojourning on earth as an exile, is necessary for salvation. Christ, present to us in His Body, which is the Church, is the one Mediator and the unique way of salvation. In explicit terms He Himself affirmed the necessity of faith and baptism(124) and thereby affirmed also the necessity of the Church, for through baptism as through a door men enter the Church. Whosoever, therefore, knowing that the Catholic Church was made necessary by Christ, would refuse to enter or to remain in it, could not be saved.

They are fully incorporated in the society of the Church who, possessing the Spirit of Christ accept her entire system and all the means of salvation given to her, and are united with her as part of her visible bodily structure and through her with Christ, who rules her through the Supreme Pontiff and the bishops. The bonds which bind men to the Church in a visible way are profession of faith, the sacraments, and ecclesiastical government and communion. He is not saved, however, who, though part of the body of the Church, does not persevere in charity. He remains indeed in the bosom of the Church, but, as it were, only in a "bodily" manner and not "in his heart."(12*) All the Church's children should remember that their exalted status is to be attributed not to their own merits but to the special grace of Christ. If they fail moreover to respond to that grace in thought, word and deed, not only shall they not be saved but they will be the more severely judged.(13*)

Catechumens who, moved by the Holy Spirit, seek with explicit intention to be incorporated into the Church are by that very intention joined with her. With love and solicitude Mother Church already embraces them as her own.- Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II

Unitatis Redintigratio (Decree on Ecumenism), Vatican Council II
It follows that the separated Churches(23) and Communities as such, though we believe them to be deficient in some respects, have been by no means deprived of significance and importance in the mystery of salvation. For the Spirit of Christ has not refrained from using them as means of salvation which derive their efficacy from the very fullness of grace and truth entrusted to the Church.
Nevertheless, our separated brethren, whether considered as individuals or as Communities and Churches, are not blessed with that unity which Jesus Christ wished to bestow on all those who through Him were born again into one body, and with Him quickened to newness of life - that unity which the Holy Scriptures and the ancient Tradition of the Church proclaim. For it is only through Christ's Catholic Church, which is "the all-embracing means of salvation," that they can benefit fully from the means of salvation. We believe that Our Lord entrusted all the blessings of the New Covenant to the apostolic college alone, of which Peter is the head, in order to establish the one Body of Christ on earth to which all should be fully incorporated who belong in any way to the people of God. This people of God, though still in its members liable to sin, is ever growing in Christ during its pilgrimage on earth, and is guided by God's gentle wisdom, according to His hidden designs, until it shall happily arrive at the fullness of eternal glory in the heavenly Jerusalem.-Unitatis Redintigratio (Decree on Ecumenism), Vatican Council II

Dignitatis Humane 1, Vatican Council II
First, the council professes its belief that God Himself has made known to mankind the way in which men are to serve Him, and thus be saved in Christ and come to blessedness. We believe that this one true religion subsists in the Catholic and Apostolic Church, to which the Lord Jesus committed the duty of spreading it abroad among all men. Thus He spoke to the Apostles: "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have enjoined upon you" (Matt. 28: 19-20). On their part, all men are bound to seek the truth, especially in what concerns God and His Church, and to embrace the truth they come to know, and to hold fast to it.
This Vatican Council likewise professes its belief that it is upon the human conscience that these obligations fall and exert their binding force. The truth cannot impose itself except by virtue of its own truth, as it makes its entrance into the mind at once quietly and with power.
Religious freedom, in turn, which men demand as necessary to fulfill their duty to worship God, has to do with immunity from coercion in civil society. Therefore it leaves untouched traditional Catholic doctrine on the moral duty of men and societies toward the true religion and toward the one Church of Christ.-Dignitatis Humane 1, Vatican Council II

 Catechism of the Catholic Church

"Outside the Church there is no salvation"
846
How are we to understand this affirmation, often repeated by the Church Fathers? Re-formulated positively, it means that all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body:
Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation: the one Christ is the mediator and the way of salvation; he is present to us in his body which is the Church. He himself explicitly asserted the necessity of faith and Baptism, and thereby affirmed at the same time the necessity of the Church which men enter through Baptism as through a door. Hence they could not be saved who, knowing that the Catholic Church was founded as necessary by God through Christ, would refuse either to enter it or to remain in it.
847 This affirmation is not aimed at those who, through no fault of their own, do not know Christ and his Church:
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.
848 "Although in ways known to himself God can lead those who, through no fault of their own, are ignorant of the Gospel, to that faith without which it is impossible to please him, the Church still has the obligation and also the sacred right to evangelize all men."

-Catechism of the Catholic Church 846-848
