We know that in Traditionis Custode Pope Francis interprets Vatican Council II with a False Premise. If he used the Rational Premise he would be affirming the theology of the Roman Missal ( pre-1962) I wrote to Brother Andre Marie MICM on Twitter, today afternoon.

When Pope Francis in Traditionis Custode interprets Vatican Council II with the False and not Rational Premise, it cannot be Magisterial? I asked. 

I thought it would be a mistake which he needs to correct. Since with the Rational Premise he will be in harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla salus (Feeneyite), the Athanasius Creed etc?. He would be Magisterial with the Rational Premise I wanted to know what Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior, St. Benedict Center, NH, would say.

This was with reference to Traditionis Custode but I also asked him a question with with reference to the Decree of Prohibitions placed upon his religious community by the Cushingite Diocese of Manchester and  Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.When Archbishop Augustine di Noia, Asssistant Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican, interprets unknown and invisible cases, alleged cases of non Catholics being saved in invincible ignorance ( CCC 847-848), as being known and objective exceptions for EENS ( as EENS was interpreted over the centuries) - this could not be Magisterial for Brother Andre Marie ?,I asked.

We know that Archbishop Augustine di Noia and Bishop Peter Libasci, bishop of the diocese of Manchester, USA ( where the St. Benedict Center is situated in New Hampshire) interpret Vatican Council II with a False Premise.So they contradict the past Magisterium on EENS etc.This is what Archbishop Di Noia calls 'the nuanced' interpretation'. This could not be Magisterial for Brother Andre Marie? I wanted to know.

I did not mention it to him but I thought the Jesuits needed to apologize for the expulsion of the Jesuit Fr. Leonard Feeney from their community.Since Vatican Council II interpreted rationally, now takes the Catholic Church back to Feeneyite EENS. We return to the past exclusivist ecclesiology which would be in harmony with the theology of the Roman Missal.

The New Missal is based upon Vatican Council II interpreted with the common False Premise.
