The Catholic political parties in Italy need a Section/Department for religious affairs. Then they can inform the pontifical universities that the Decree on Ecumenism( Unitatis Redintigratio 3) in Vatican Council II refers to a hypothetical person only. So it does not contradict EENS as taught by the popes and saints over the centuries in Italy. The present two popes when they interpret Vatican Council II with a false premise and inference support a false church within the Catholic Church.The issue is no more being conservative or liberal. Both popes are liberal when they use the false premise to create an artificial rupture with Tradition(EENS, Syllabus etc).
