False mission is taught and promoted by Bishop Francesco Beschi and Fr.Michele Autuoro : Italian Bishops Commission for the Evangelization of Peoples and Missionay Cooperation among the Churches.
False theology, with an irrational premise and inference is being offered by Bishop Francesco Beschi in his interpretation of Vatican Council II, the Catechisms, the Nicene Creed and other magisterial documents.He is the President of the Italian Bishops Commission for the Evangelization of Peoples and Missionary Cooperation among the Churches.
1.He interprets invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and invincible ignorance as visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.This is irrational, heretical and non traditional.
2.He interprets Vatican Council II, with unknown cases in the present times, referenced in LG 8, LG 14,LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc as known non Catholics in real life, saved outside the Church, who are practical exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was interpreted over the centuries.
3.In general he interprets Cushingite ( hypothetical cases are not hypothetical but physically visible non Catholics saved outside the Church in the present times 2018-2019) passages in Vatican Council II as contradicting the orthodox passages, which support exclusive salvation.This is false.However in this way, for him and not for me, the Council emerges as a rupture with Tradition on an ecumenism of return, the past exclusivist ecclesiology, EENS,the Syllabus of Errors etc. He is unable to say that Vatican Council II is Feeneyite and so all non Catholics and non Christians need to be members of the Catholic Church for salvation.
Instead he holds joint mission programs with the Protestants and other Christians.According to Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the dogma EENS they are oriented to Hell unless they enter the Catholic Church with Catholic Faith , which includes the Sacraments,the Church teachings on faith and morals and the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.
Bishop Beschi is assisted by Fr. Micele Autuoro, Director of the National Office, for Missionary Cooperation Among the Churches who also has changed Catholic theology and doctrines on mission, ecclesiology,salvation, ecumenism, etc by using a false premise and inference to create a non traditional conclusion.
This mission, the New Evangelisation, with new doctrines emerged during the pontificate of Pope Benedict in consultation with cardinals Schonborn, Kasper and Ruini.

With the New Theology, which depends upon an irrational premise and inference, they have missionary formation programs.They are organised by Deacon Mauro Salvatore. He does not tell participants that all need to enter the Church with faith and baptism for salvation(AG 7).Nor does his office CUM (Missio/Sezione Centro Unitario per la Formazione Missionaria) tell participants that there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS. The Council is in harmony with the missionaries of the 16th century.
Throughout Italy there are new Diocesan Pastoral Mission offices opened which indicate that non Catholics do not have to convert into the Catholic Church to avoid Hell.This is the new doctrine at the basis of the new missionary pastoral approach.They have changed doctrine and discipline.
For CUM there are known people who are visible and saved outside the Catholic Church, without faith and baptism.So these 'known' people are objective exceptions to the old teaching on all needing to be members of the Church for salvation.
