Actions speak louder than words. The pope's actions clearly tell me how I am to interpret the Council. And it is obvious that the overwhelmingly majority of conciliar Catholics, from cardinals right down to simple laymen, have adopted the same interpretation, that is, that there is salvation outside the Catholic Church.

Sad, but true.
