Yes!
According to the Catholic Church you have to be a visible member in 2012 in the Catholic Church to go to Heaven. You need Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation (AG 7).
How many will be saved?
According to Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus every one needs to convert into the Church for salvation. We know most people are not Catholics. The majority of people according to these Church documents are oriented to Hell unless they convert into the Catholic Church.
We do not know any exceptions in 2012.
So are all non Catholics oriented to Hell in 2012 ? Yes according to the teachings of the Catholic Church and we do not know any exceptions.
