Fr.Thomas Rosica at the Vatican Press Office has a heretical teaching: even contradicts Vatican Council II

Being saved in inculpable ignorance of the Gospel is implicit for us, it is known only to God and it is a possibility.Being saved in explicit for us invincible ignorance or atheism is irrational and a heresy. It is heresy since it contradicts the thrice defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, which says all need to convert into the Church for salvation. It does not mention any exceptions.
Fr.Thomas Rosica at the Holy See's Press Office is in heresy for assuming there are explicit to us cases saved in invincible ignorance or atheism which are exceptions to Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II, the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 and the dogma on salvation, all with the same message.
Being saved with implicit-to-us atheism would only be a possibility known to God, if there ever was such a case.We do not know even if there is a single such case. Being saved with explicit- for- us atheism is irrational and a heresy. It contradicts Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the defined dogma which says all need to convert into the Church  and not just those who are aware or who are in ignorance- as if we could know these cases.

Fr.Thomas Rosica will not say all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation but instead states 'only those who know'.(LG 14).
Those 'who are aware of the Church but do not enter' will be condemned and those in ignorance who will be saved, are two categories, known only to God. These are implicit-for- us cases. We would not know if there was a single case this year or the years past. They are explicit only for God.
Fr.Rosica assumes these cases are explicit for us. So for him it contradicts the traditional teaching on salvation. This is irrational. He cannot see the dead. This is also a first class heresy.

Since in the Nicene Creed we pray 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sin'. One known baptism, the baptism of water. For Fr.Rosica there are more than one known baptism, for the forgiveness of sin and for salvation. An atheist can be saved and this would be known to him.A non Catholic could be saved in invincible ignorance and this case would also personally be known to him(otherwise how could it contradict the dogma). These cases contradict the dogma for him, since they are known to him. He can see and meet the dead.

This is heresy.Wedo not know any atheist or person saved in invincible ignorance in 2013. So we do not know any exception to Vatican Council II (AG 7) and the dogma which Pope Pius XII called an 'infallible teaching'(Letter of the Holy Office 1949).
Fr.Rosica has made this heretical position public on the Internet.
All salvation mentioned in Vatican Council II is implicit for us. This is a given. So if it is assumed that these cases are explicit for us;that we can see the dead, and if this is used as a premise,it is irrational and the theoloy which follows will be irrational and heretical. This is the error of Fr.Thomas Rosica.

The Vatican Press Office contradicts Tradition. Fr.Rosica contradicts St.Ignatius of Loyola, St.Francis of Assisi, St.Robert Bellarmine and the popes, on extra ecclesiam nulla salus, which is in perfect agreement with Vatican Council II.
Could someone take up this issue canonically with the Vatican's Press Office ?
