Mons. Reno Fisichella, President of the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelisation is using the Richard Cushing Error :Jesus without the Church

Mons. Reno Fisichella, President of the Pontifical Council for the New Evangelisation is using the Richard Cushing Error and is proclaiming Jesus without the necessity of the Catholic Church for salvation. So are members and consultents of this Council all over the world.
When he was the Rector of the St.John Lateran University, Rome I had been sending him messages and once contacted his secretary,a young priest, but there was no reply to my queries. No response.

Why must the Gospel be announced in the whole world if salvation is also possible outside the Church for Mons. Reno Fisichella ?
Mons. Fischella and the Office of the New Evangelsation imply that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church. He does not know anyone on earth who will be saved outside being a visible member of the Church. He cannot name anyone on earth who does not need to be a Catholic, to be saved from Hell. Yet his office will not affirm Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II which says all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation. The text of AG 7 has been included in the Catechism of the Catholic Church under the title Outside the Church No Salvation.

The Council for the New Evangelization interprets Vatican Council II and other Church documents with the Richard Cushing Error ,  mistake of the Archbishop of Boston. The American Archbishop  assumed that the dead now saved and in Heaven and who were in invincible ignorance or had implicit faith, are physically visible to us; are personally known to us , for them to be known exceptions to AG 7 and the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Church.
This is an irrational interpretation, since we cannot see the dead alive.
If Mons.Fisichella did not use this irrationality it would mean there are no known exceptions to everyone in 2013 needing Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation; to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.
So it is not enough to talk about the love of God and the existence of God as being done by speakers approved by this ne Pontifical Council, but to speak of the necessity of believing in Jesus Christ for salvation, in only the Catholic Church. As Pope Francis said 'One cannot find Jesus outside the Church' citing St.Ignatius of Loyola.
The Office of Evangelization is contradicting St. Ignatius of Loyola, the Church Councils, popes and saints on the issue of outside the church there is no salvation, because they are making the same mistake as the Archbishop of Boston.

Reno Fisichella cannot be corrected by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith since they too make the same mistake. Archbishop Gerhard Muller , Prefect of the CDF and Archbishop and Augustine Di Noia ,Vice President, Ecclesia Dei,CDF,Vatican in interviews with the National Catholic Register upheld the Richard Cushing Error. This is also the public error of Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J, Secretary, CDF in two theological papers of the International Theological Commission. These collected papers have been published in a book Documenti (ITC) in which the objective error of being able to see the dead, is allowed to influence theology.
All Christans need Catholic Faith to go to Heaven (AG 7) and though there may be some Christians in imperfect communion with the Catholic Church(UR 3), defacto, personally we we do not known any such case for them to be known or unknown exceptions to Ad Gentes7.
All Christians need to convert into 'this one and only Church of God'(UR 3) for salvation, they need to be members of the Catholic Church, 'the new people of God' (NA 4).
We really could evangelize with two points, as did the saints:-
1) All non Catholics with no exception are on the way to Hell. (Vatican Council II, Ad Gentes 7).
2.All non Catholics with no exception need to enter the Catholic Church to avoid Hell and go to Heaven.( Vatican Council II (AG 7), Catechism of the Catholic Church(846), Dominus Iesus 20 etc).
We speak not only of the love of God but also the fear of God.
However the Office of Evangelisation would object and say this is not true, implying that we know cases saved in invincible ignorance or the baptism of desire who are exceptions to the above two points. This was the original Richard Cushing Error.
The same error as the President of this Pontifical Council, is being made by its consultents and members (1). -Lionel Andrades
