If the issue of other religions and salvation is clear and affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus then the issue of Collegiality and Primacy are also dealt with, as is Religious Freedom.

A Syllabus of Errors on Vatican Council II would not be possible unless the Richard Cushing premise is addressed. Without this false premise used by traditionalists and liberals, the Council would  be in agreement with the original Syllabus of Errors.

Bishop Athanasius Schneider says in the interview with Michael Voris  that the general understanding of the Council is of a rupture. This is understood by the liberals and traditionalists. It's insightful. Since  both the liberals and traditionalists are using the Richard Cushing Error. Discard the error and the Council once again is a continuation with Tradition.

Even if the Magisterium issues an announcement saying that the Second Vatican Council II was not meant to be a break with the past this would not be accepted by the liberals. They interpret the Council with the Richard Cushing premise and think this is the interpretation of the Holy Spirit.

Even though  Pope John XXIII  said that the Council did not have the intention to create new doctrines when the Richard Cushing premise is used a new doctrine is created.

Even though Pope Benedict XVI said in 2005 that Vatican Council II must be interpreted with the hermeneutic of continuity the pope himself uses the absurd premise of being able to see the dead who are saved - and who are now exceptions to all Tradition. If this premise is used with any Church document it would be a rupture with the past.

Bishop Schneider says that the Magisterium, the pope, must be concrete and issue some clarifications.A concrete clarification would be : pointing out where implicit, known to God only cases in Vatican Council II are assumed to be explicit and known to all of us.

For example when LG 14 and AG 7 mention those saved in invincible ignorance it has to be clarified that these cases are implicit and are known only  to God. Since they are not explicit they do not contradict the dogma on salvation and the Syllabus of Errors. For Cardinal Kaspar these cases are explicit and so Vatican Council II is a break with the past.

Mixing up defacto-dejure, implicit-explicit terminology was the error of Cardinal Richard Cushing when Fr.Leonard Feeney was wrongly targeted by him.

The Magisterium, Pope Benedict XVI, in a front page article in the L'Osservatore Romano, written by  Cardinal Walter Kaspar and presented to the Chief Rabbi of Israel by the Vatican Secretary of State, used the Richard Cushing Error to state that non Catholics, Jews in particular, do not have to convert. For example LG 16 (invincible ignorance) was considered a known exception to  Tradition. This was the hermeneutic of rupture.

If the issue of other religions and salvation is clear and affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus then the issue of collegiality and primacy are also dealt with, as is Religious Freedom.
