Fr.John Zuhlsdorf mixes up the official and unofficial teaching on Vatican Council II

He tells conservative  Catholics not to talk about Vatican Council II in the present times. Fr.Z is using the unofficial, irrational and non traditional interpretation of Vatican Council II, similar to the liberals. He writes on his blog:

There is an AP story floating around, in which the undersigned is quoted, “Analysis: Pope’s revolution; not all are pleased” by Nicole Winfield of AP.
As usual, Nicole gets some things wrong and some right. My focus at this moment is this part, wherein I – and you – are mentioned.
Here is the section:
His recent decision to forbid priests of a religious order from celebrating the old Latin Mass without explicit authorization seemed to be abrogating one of the big initiatives of Benedict’s papacy, a 2007 decree allowing broader use of the pre-Vatican II Latin liturgy for all who want it. The Vatican denied he was contradicting Benedict, but these traditional Catholics see in Francis’ words and deeds a threat. They are in something of a retreat.
“Be smart. There will be time in the future for people to sort what Vatican II means and what it doesn’t mean,” the Rev. John Zuhlsdorf warned his traditionalist readers in a recent blog post. “But mark my words: If you gripe about Vatican II right now, in this present environment, you could lose what you have attained.”
Even more mainstream conservative Catholics aren’t thrilled with Francis. (1)

The official teaching of the Catholic Church according to magisterial texts , is traditional,it does not use the dead  man walking premise i.e it does not use the  Richard Cushing Error. The  unofficial  teaching of the Church, with no rational suport from magisterial texts, is using the Richard  Cushing Error. It carries with it the false premise ,of being able to see the dead saved who are known exceptions to the dogma on salvation.

With the unofficial teaching of the Church used by the CDF and the Vatican Curia, magisterial texts emerge as a break with Traditon. So  there is  tension with those who offer the Traditional Latin Mass.Nicole Winfield thinks they are now on the defensive.

Those who offer the Traditional Latin Mass  are traditional not only  because of the Mass , as Fr.Z believes, but also because they are using the Richard Cushing Error, which emerged in the 1940's and remains in the Church. Without the Richard Cushing Error Vatican Council II  and the Traditional Latin Mass can be traditional and so also those who offer the Novus Ordo Mass. They do not have to be on the defensive. They are on the defensive only  without the false premise ,used in the interpretation of all magisterial texts including Vatican Council II.

Someone who understand what t I am saying needs to please explain it to  Fr.Z . We should talk about Vatican Council II, since it is traditional and in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Letter of the Holy Office 1949(official, rational  interpretation ) and Vatican Council II.
It is in agreement with the interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeney, with the official teaching of magisterial texts and without the false premise.-Lionel Andrades
