Eucharist and Mission

Fr Cardamone and José (a seminarian) came back to Down and Connor to give a wonderful retreat entitled Eucharist and Mission - the talks included the doctrine of the Most Holy Eucharist with references to Sacred Scripture, the Fathers, the Sacred Liturgy and the Popes. We also learned of the ministerial and common priesthood of Christians and the meaning of the different parts of the Mass. We are extremely grateful to Father for his teaching but also for new friends, for superb Liturgy and the edification of a Holy Priest. Thanks to José for his example of prayerfulness and obedience. Pray for Father Cardamone, the missionary servants of the poor of the third world and the poor who they serve.
