Mons.Guido Pozzo still refuses to announce that there is a factual mistake in the Letter of the Holy Office which has been carried over into the Catechism of the Catholic Church. With this irrationality Vatican Counciil II is being interpreted.He is refusing to identify the irrational premise which the Vatican Curia and the SSPX are using.For political reasons the Vatican Curia is not talking about this issue. Neither do Catholic journalists want to discuss it.
In an interview with the French weekly magazine Famille Chrétienne, the Secretary of Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, Guido Pozzo has still not admitted that the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and the Society of St.Pius X(SSPX) are using an irrationality in the interpretation of Vatican Council II. So Vatican Council II, a pastoral document contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Lumen Gentium is not dogmatic -but if you consider LG 16, LG 8, LG 14 as referrring to cases who are saved in invincible ignorance etc , and who are visible on earth ,to be explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus you get a Vatican Council II which is a break with Tradition. Lumen Gentium has become dogmatic. It has done away with the dogma on salvation and other religions.
For me LG 16 LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 are not explicit in 2014. So they are not exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Mons. Guido Pozzo wants the SSPX to accept Vatican Council II interpreted with an irrational premise. He is refusing to discuss these errors in public.The CDF has made a doctrinal mistake.
ERROR 1
The Magisterium wants the SSPX to accept the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance as cases, physically visible to us in 2014. They are physically visible to the Magisterium to be exceptions!.It is as if they could name these exceptions in Rome. Even the Catechism of Pope Pius X does not state that these cases, posibilities of salvation, are visible to us in real life.It does not state that they are exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The same with Mystici Corporis of Pope Pius XII.
Mons.Guido and the SSPX make this mistake. They assume that Pope Pius XII said these cases are visibe to us in real life, when he only mentioned possibilities known only to God.With this irrationality (visible exceptions) Mons Guido and the CDF will interpret Vatican Council II in which LG 16,UR 3 etc are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. No one wants to talk about this doctrinal error.ERROR 2
This error of the visible to us baptism of desire. which is an explicit exception to the traditional interpretation of Fr.Leonard Feeeny is the accepted 'teaching' in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. The error is repeated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church in 1257-1260 , which states that God is not limited to the sacraments and also, God is limited to Sacraments. This is contrary to the Principle of Non Contradiction and the SSPX will have to accept it as does Mons. Guido Pozzo.The Nicene Creed, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Vatican Council II (AG 7) tell us with reference to the baptism of water,and salvation, that God is limited to the Sacraments.
This is a mistake of fact (de facto) of the magisterium and not part of the deposit of faith. It is Cushingism a false doctrine,which the SSPX is already promoting and which was accepted by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, Michael Davis and the SSPX bishops. The Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J, who was present at the Muller-Fellay talks, has repeated this same error in two of the papers of the International Theological Commission. The two papers Christianity and the World Religions and The Hope of Salvation for Infants who Die without being Baptised can be read online- with the mistake. The SSPX will have to accept all this according to Mons. Guido Pozzo.
ERROR 3
Without this false premise (the dead in heaven are visible on earth) Vatican Council II is in accord with extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the traditional teachings on other religions and Christian communities.This is not discussed by Ecclesia Dei or the SSPX.The SSPX took part in doctrinal talks with the Vatican, during the pontificate of Pope Benedict XVI, unaware of this fact.
The SSPX will have to accept that the magisterium considers Vatican Council II a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.They will have to accept Vatican Council II with the false premise and not without the premise.
They will have to put away their General Chapter Statement of 2012 which affirmed Vatican Council II with no exceptions.The General Chapter Statement is in agreement with Vatican Council II ( without the premise).
