Rejection of magisterial documents is underway by what Fr.Alessandro M. Minutella of Palermo, calls 'the false Church'.

We do not know of any one who is saved because the Holy Spirit is acting outside the visible structures of the Catholic Church and so this unknown person would not need 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II) for salvation.

There are good and holy things found outside the Church and these good and holy things, will lead the non Catholic to the Catholic Church, if he is to be saved.

Since outside the Church there is no salvation, there is no known salvation.
ORDINARY MEANS OF SALVATION IS FAITH AND BAPTISM

The ordinary means of salvation is faith and baptism in the Catholic Church. The ordinary means of salvation is not being saved by the Holy Spirit outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic Church.

We cannot say that any one in particular will be saved outside the Church by the action of the Holy Spirit.

We cannot say that any person in particular will be saved outside the Church by Jesus and the Church.We cannot meet such on a person on the streets.

But we do know that the general means of salvation is faith and baptism since this is the teaching of the Catholic Church in Vatican Council II(Feeneyite) and Tradition.
WHEN I MEET A NON CATHOLIC I KNOW HE IS ORIENTED TO HELL : MAGISTERIAL DOCUMENTS

So when I meet a non Catholic on the streets of Rome I know he is oriented to Hell at the time of death since he does not believe and follow Jesus in the Catholic Church, he is not a member of the only Church Jesus founded.

Personally when I meet a non Catholic I cannot judge with my intellect or emotions however I can judge that this person is on the way to Hell based on the teachings of the Catholic Church including Vatican Council II(Feeneyite).
PERSONAL OPINION OF MOST CATHOLICS AND MEMBERS OF THE FALSE CHURCH

So if a Catholic says that when she or she meets a non Catholic on the streets it cannot be said that the person is on the way to Hell, this is a personal judgement of this Catholic.This is a personal opinion which contradicts the teachings of magisterial documents interpreted with Feeneyism(hypothetical cases are not objectively visible). She contradicts Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church(1995),interpreted with Feeneyism.Though she is in agreement with Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church interpreted with Cushingism.Vatican Council II interpreted with an irrationality i.e invisible cases are visible, there are people seen in Heaven without the baptism of water and Catholic Faith.

FALSE CHURCH AT VATICAN REJECTS MAGISTERIUM OF DOCUMENTS INCLUDING VATICAN COUNCIL II(FEENEYITE)

The general means of salvation is Catholic Faith and the baptism of water.This is the traditional, scriptural and past- magisterial teachings of the Church. It is the teaching of Vatican Council II interpreted with Feeneyism and not Cushingism.It is not the teaching of the present magisterium of persons at the Vatican Council II. However it is the teaching present in ony ' the magisterium of Church documents and texts' which 'the magisterium of people'(Vatican Curia) reject with historical magisterial heresy.
HOLY SPIRIT DOES NOT CONTRADICT COMMON SENSE

Invisible cases of people being saved in general by the action of the Holy Spirit outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic Church cannot be visible exceptions in 2017  to the dogmatic teaching on outside the Church there is no salvation.This is common sense. It is also interpreting Vatican Council II with common sense.

Every one needs to be incorporated into the Church as a member since there are no known cases of non Catholics saved outside the Church by the action of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit has for centuries taught that all need the baptism of water in the Catholic Church( John 3:5) for salvation and those who do not believe in Jesus and the only Church he founded will be condemned( Mark 16:16).
PHILOSOPHICAL ERRORS IN VATICAN COUNCIL DUE TO WIDESPREAD CUSHINGISM THEOLOGY

The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made a mistake when it assumed there were known cases of being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire and these explicit cases excluded the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. The same mistake is repeated in Vatican Council II ( AG 7 and LG 14) which mention the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, as if they are explicit exceptions to all needing faith and baptism in the Church for salvation (AG 7).This was a philosophical error in the Council.Since in 1965 the excommunication of Fr. Leonard Feeney was still not lifted .
The  popes and cardinals did not defend him in public.
VATICAN COUNCIL II INFLUENCED BY HERESY OF THE MAGISTERIUM IN BOSTON AND ROME IN 1949
The liberal newspapers in Boston falsely reported that the Catholic Church had changed its teachings on salvation.The Archbishop of Boston, Cardinal Richard Cushing did not issue a correction.So this false, new theology was gradually incorporated into the Church even though physically there are no exceptions to traditional outside the Church there is no salvation.This was the confusion in the Church and the world in 1960-1965, arising from the heresy of the magisterium in Boston and Rome in 1949.
