If he is asked to give an account of his talk at Al Hambra he will probably say like the traditionalists and wily liberals that "Yes of course every one needs to enter the Catholic Church for salvation in 2017 with no exceptions, except for those saved in invincible ignorance... as the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 and Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc) tell us". It's, "Everyone needs to enter the Church for salvation except for those mentioned in LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2,GS 22,AG 11 ...".
He has not said in his talk that Vatican Council II is triumphalistic and does not contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He does not even mention the dogma or Catholic theology, even though he uses the words 'theology, theology' a few times.He cannot speak the truth since he has to please the enemies of the Church who can control the existence of his media.
Most of the people who were listening to him probably only know of Vatican Council II(Cushingite) and not Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). Voris was not going to put his neck on the line and tell them the truth.He let them go home believing that theologically the Church has changed its position on outside the Church there is no salvation.
Vatican Council II is triumphalistic just like Catholic Tradition but this would be Catholic Tradition and doctrine which Pope Francis and the Jewish Left will call 'ideological'.Their leftist ideology demands that the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church,all, be interpreted with Cushingism.CMTV obliges.
So Michael means Jesus told St. Paul on the road to Damascus, "Saul, Saul why did you persecute me" and Jesus identified with the Catholic Church as the only means to salvation except for invisible cases of the baptism of desire which are visible and they exclude the baptism of water, of course, and this is visible too in 2017. This is the Church Militant TV politically correct interpretation of outside the Church there is no salvation and Vatican Council.This is what is taught to Catholic school children in Detroit during Religion/Catechism class and CMTV Staff looks the other way, since they are afraid for themself.
There are no practical exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) said Chris Ferrara, so then there are obviously two interpretations of Vatican Council II.One in which there are practical exceptions to EENS and the other in which there are none.
CMTV's poltical-left position is that there are practical exceptions to EENS in Vatican Council II.So Michael Voris in his this talk still comes across as speaking from both sides of the mouth like many good people.
He even wants the SSPX to accept this politically correct version of Vatican Council II for canonical status. He believes the SSPX issue, is one of doctrine.So it is normal for him to choose Cushingism as an interpretation of magisterial documents, which are a rupture with the dogma on outside the Church there is no salvation.
CMTV still does not acknowledge that there can be two interpretations of Vatican Council II, one with the practical exceptions and the other without it.So there is one interpretation which contradicts the dogama outside the Church there is no salvation and the other which does not. CMTV chooses the ideological, new- Church, false church interpretation of Vatican Council II which is a rupture with the dogma EENS as it was known in the 16th century for example.
CMTV has still not clarified that Pope Benedict made a mistake in March 2016 when he said that EENS was no more like it was for the 16th century missionaries.Pope Benedict said that there was a development of the dogma with Vatican Council II. The pope refrred to Vatican Council II (C). CMTV has not stated that there is no development of the dogma EENS with Vatican Council II(F) when in the Alhambra,CA talk, he says outside the Church there is no salvation.

Vatican Council II is triumphalistic. SSPX wake up from your sleep endorse Vatican Council II (Feeneyite).Ask the Synod cardinals to do the same
