The new Catholic faith in salvation and morals of Pope Benedict, Cardinal Muller and Rocco Buttiglione

In the Catholic faith of Pope Benedict, Cardinal Muller and liberal Italian philosopher Rocco Buttiglione there are exceptions or mitigating factors which set aside traditional Catholic salvation and moral theology. It is legalism for them.We human beings, according to them,  can judge when there are exceptions to the norm.

NOT KNOWN ONLY TO GOD
So in salvation theology they can judge when unknown cases of the baptism of desire ( for the average human being) is a known exception to the exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church. They are not known only to God.Tghe liberals can tell when there are exception.

UNKNOWN PEOPLE ARE KNOWN FOR THE HIERARCHY
Unknown and invisible people become  examples of salvation outside the Church. They are known examples. So they reject Feeneyism and support Cushingism. These Cushingites tell us hypothetical and speculative possibilities (baptism of desire for example)  must be considered known people in the present times. So Lumen Gentium 16( invincible ignorance) and Lumen Gentium 14( case of the catechuman) would be physically visible people, concrete cases of people saved outside the Church. They would be examples of people whom they could meet who were saved without the baptism of water and Catholic faith. They could judge. This is irrational and  non traditional.

OFFICIAL REASONING IRRATIONAL
This is also the official reasoning of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It is supported by Pope Benedict, cardinals Muller and Ladaria and now Buttiglone.
Similarly in moral theology there are known cases of people for the three of them, whom they are sure, will be going to Heaven, even though they are married and divorced. So for them they could be given the Eucharist at Mass. This is a  hypothetical possibility for the three of them. Now this is the norm in Malta, Germany, Italy, U.K etc. It's open house.

BIG PUSH FOR SACRILEGE: THE NEW NORM
Pope Francis has given this change in doctrine in morals and mortal sin a big push. Sacrilegous reception of the Eucharist seems the norm here in Rome.

ARGENTINIAN DIVORCED AND REMARRIED CASE NOT HYPOTHETICAL
Pope Francis has placed his controversial letter of the Argentinian divorced and remarried Catholic couple, who are given the Eucharist, in the Acta Apostolica Sedis. In other words he can judge and would expect others to also judge 'mitigating circumstances' etc.So these are no more the hypothetical cases of Buttiglone and Muller but actual, known people who would be considered living in  mortal sin, who are now not in mortal sin and have Sanctifying Grace. This has been judged  on a grand scale.

MULLER HAS IT BOTH WAYS
Cardinal Muller in an interview states there are no exceptions to the divorced and remarried receiving the Eucharist and then in the next paragraph names the exceptions.
Buttiligone says:
“I believe that, thanks to my book and Cardinal Müller’s preface, for the first-time critics have been forced to respond and cannot deny one point: there are mitigating circumstances in which a mortal sin (a sin that would otherwise be mortal) becomes a lighter sin, a venial sin. There are therefore some cases in which remarried divorcees can (through their confessor and after an adequate spiritual discernment) be considered in God’s grace and therefore deserving of receiving the sacraments. It seems a shocking novelty, but it is a doctrine entirely - I dare say hard-rock - traditional”.  1

MULLER REFUSES TO COMMENT ON ARGENTINIAN COUPLE
So a hypothetical situation in  morals, has become non hypothetical and known and is now an actual exception to the traditional teaching on morals for Buttiglone, Cardinal Muller and Pope Benedict. The Argentininian couple is a concrete case and Cardinal Muller has refused to comment on it.

HYPOTHETICAL CASES OF THE BAPTISM OF DESIRE REMAIN EXCEPTIONS TO EENS
Meanwhile  hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance continue to remain  exceptions to all needing to be incorporated into the Church as  members for salvation. So the CDF Prefects and the two popes have said concretely  that Jews and others do not need to convert into the Church for salvation.

PRACTICAL EXCEPTIONS TO EENS IS THEIR CATHOLIC FAITH
There could be mitigating circumstances which could be the norm or them or there could be actual cases of the baptism of desire, blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, known to them only,  which would be practical exceptions to Feeneyite EENS.This is their Catholic faith.

IF THE PAST ECCLESIOLOGY CAN BE CHANGED WITH AN IRRATIONALITY WHY NOT MORALS
Cardinal Kasper said in an interview before the Synod that if the Church could change its ecclesiology, he meant reject the past ecclesiology with hypothetical possibilities being known exceptions to exclusive salvation in the Church, then why could not the Eucharist be also given to the divorced and remarried.-Lionel Andrades
