No Salvation outside the Church must be on the lips and in the heart of every Catholic - George Brenner

When I was a young man No Salvation Outside the Church(NSOCC),   was on the lips of nearly every Catholic. It was the recitation of countless saints.What a price in the loss of vocations that our Catholic Faith has undertaken in the last 50 years or so.  It as if we  are ashamed to say the very thing that we had believed in. Just look at what has happened to our faith over the last 50- plus years. NSOCC has been a given in our Catholic faith.

There have been three Church Councils  and countless pronouncements of the Saints for hundreds upon hundreds of years on No Salvation Outside the Church. What has happened to all our centuries of books written on this subject and the many facets of our Catholic Faith, that were thrown away in dumpsters by an untold amount around 1967? Were  we ashamed of what we truly believed in?  What a terrible price we have paid !  What loss of souls.  Too sad for words! Is this the reason for the loss of Catholic faith in so many with the approximate 23 % of Catholics that now attend Church on a regular basis. The Catholics that I see every week in the hospital, reflect this, our ultimate tragedy. Too sad for words!  This is the reason for the closing of Catholic schools, churches and the lack of vocations.

As far as Salvation goes, there are ONLY CATHOLICS in Heaven and thus the countless pronouncements on said subject for hundreds upon hundreds of years. 

 It is our job, responsibility and duty  as CATHOLICS to pronounce this to all whom we come into contact with Catholic or not.

 It is never up to us to project that someone  is saved as a Catholic by God in ways and means unknown to us.  What we do know for sure is that everyone in Heaven is Catholic. NO SALVATION OUTSIDE OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH MUST BE ON THE LIPS AND IN THE HEART OF EVERY CATHOLIC. FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR FAITH AND THE WORLD.
