Catholics in Russia need to go on mission and evangelise there based on Vatican Council II.They must learn that Vatican Council II says all need faith and baptism for salvation.The members of the Christian Orthodox churches do not have Catholic faith and nor the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.
Cardinal Angelo Amato called for mission based on Vatican Council II and specifically mentioned Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14, when he was interviewed by Avvenire.

Cardinal Raymond Burke recently said that other religions are false paths to salvation. For him the one true Church exists in only the Catholic Church.

According to Vatican Council II (AG 7) the Orthodox and Protestant churches would be false religions since their members do not have Catholic faith and neither have they received the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.

We Catholics know that only one mortal sin, un-Confessed, is sufficient to take a person to Hell. Also that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation.So this is the moral and faith teachings of the Catholic Church which the Orthodox do not follow.Even the present two popes of the Catholic Church do not follow and express this. So all these years we have received a liberal and heretical understanding of other religions.

According to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) which is rejected by the present  two popes, the schismatics are on the way to Hell unless they enter the Catholic Church.Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7)  supports EENS( Feeneyite) while LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2,GS 22 etc refer to hypothetical cases only. So they do not contradict EENS (Feeneyite).

So Catholics in Russia should evangelise knowing all other Christians, outside the Catholic Church, are on the way to Hell since they do not have Catholic faith, according to the dogma EENS, which is not contradicted by Vatican Council II.They do not have Catholic faith mentioned in Vatican Council II as being necessary for salvation.

Vatican Council II( Feeneyite) is in harmony with EENS( Feeneyite).

Jesus asked St. Faustina Kowalski to pray for heretics and schismatics.The heretics and schismatics mentioned at the Council of Florence referred to Protestants and Orthodox Christians.So in the Divine Mercy novena mentioned in the Diary of St.Faustina Kowalska it is prayed that other Christians be saved from going to Hell.

The Orthodox Christians in Russia and East Europe must be told that they are all on the way to Hell according to Vatican Council II(AG 7) and the dogma EENS( Feeneyite-according to the missionaries in the 16th century).They must understand that the Catholic Church today teaches that outside the Church there is no known salvation.

Similarly Padre Pio has said that Luther is in Hell and all Lutherans who follow his example will also go there.

Lutherans must be told that according to Vatican Council II they are on the way to Hell. Since they do not have Catholic faith and nor the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.

They do not interpret the Bible according to the Catholic Church and neither do they follow the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church.
