The Code of Canon Law must not only apply to Fr.Alessandro M.Minutella but also the bishops of Palermo, Italy.
1.They have rejected the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) by assuming invisible and hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I) are visible and objective non Catholics saved outside the Church.So the dogma EENS is obsolete for them.This is heresy.It is also schism with the past popes on EENS.
How can a bishop in Palermo or a Prefect of the CDF at the Vatican hold office according to Canon Law when he rejects a dogma of the Church,and that too with the use of an irrational premise and inference?
According to Pope Benedict EENS is no more like it was for the missionaries in the 16th century(Avvenire, March 2016).Vatican Council II( interpreted irrationally) for him was ' a development'. Since there was alleged known-salvation outside the Church for him, there was no need for mission.This was his irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II.
For me, as a Catholic, BOD, BOB and I.I are not exceptions to EENS.So EENS is not obsolete.Vatican Council II does not contradict EENS for me.So there is the need for Mission with the traditional doctrines on salvation.
2.Since BOD,BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS for the Archbishop of Palermo, Corrado Lorefice and his bishops, they have changed the understanding of the Nicene Creed. This again is heresy.It is schism with the past popes on the Creed.They are automatically excommunicated.Canon Law is applicable for them too.
3.Since BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS for the bishops in Palermo, they have rejected the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.
Again this is heresy in public.According to Canon Law they cannot hold the office of bishop.
4.Similarly they would have de-railed the traditional interpretation of the Catechisms.
Compared to all this !- what is the offence of Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella ?!
The Catholics in Palermo must confront their bishops.They are receiving the Eucharist at Holy Mass from bishops in sacrilege.
They could choose to interpret magisterial documents rationally like I do.
I affirm all the teachings of the Catholic Church without any irrational inference and premise.Unlike the Palermo bishops I interpret Magisterial documents without the irrational premise( invisible people are visible) and inference( invisible people are visible exceptions to EENS).No innovation for me.
I affirm Vatican Council II and also the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.I affirm the past ecclesiology of the Church which was rejected by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger in
Redemptoris Missio and Dominus Iesus.
So the Catholic Church after Vatican Council II is not a rupture with the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century.The Church for me, in Vatican Council II is saying that most people are oriented to Hell, since they die without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) which is needed for all people to avoid Hell( for salvation).
The Church today in its magisterial documents interpreted rationally, indicate that there are billions of people in Hell. They include all non Catholics and Catholics who have died in mortal sin.So when I meet a non Catholic or Catholics living in manifest mortal sin, like the bishops of Palermo, I know they are oriented to Hell. Since the Church says so in Vatican Council II etc. This is not just a personal opinion of mine.
The bishops of Palermo have committed a mortal sin of faith.They must end the scandal in public before they administer the Sacraments and offer Holy Mass.
