Britain first : traditional mission doctrine based on Vatican Council II

Vatican Council II has called for mission based on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church but no one seems to be talking about it.

Therefore, all must be converted to Him...and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door...
By means of this activity, the Mystical Body of Christ unceasingly gathers and directs its forces toward its own growth (cf. Eph. 4:11-16). The members of the Church are impelled to carry on such missionary activity by reason of the love with which they love God and by which they desire to share with all men the spiritual goods of both its life and the life to come.

Finally, by means of this missionary activity, God is fully glorified, provided that men fully and consciously accept His work of salvation, which He has accomplished in Christ.-Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II

7. This missionary activity derives its reason from the will of God, "who wishes all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, Himself a man, Jesus Christ, who gave Himself as a ransom for all" (1 Tim. 2:45), "neither is there salvation in any other" (Acts 4:12). -Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II

The majority of people are going to Hell without faith and baptism and there are no mission projects with the truth.
We cannot proclaim Jesus and teach falsehoods as the Catholic Faith.

This is what I was saying in 2002-2003 when Cardinal Vince Nicols, as the bishop of Birmingham,U.K, visited in Rome, the Beda Pontifical College, the Catholic seminary under the bishops of England and Wales.
It is now over 16 years and Catholics still do not teach correct mission doctrine in Britain, based on Vatican Council II.
Catholics in Britain need to affirm exclusive salvation  which is a Conciliar teaching. They should not depend only upon the traditionalists who only cite the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, defined by three Church Councils.
The traditionalists do not cite Vatican Council II (AG 7) in mission and wrongly believe hypothetical cases mentioned in Vatican Council II contradict the past exclusivist ecclesiology and EENS.

Traditional mission, based on Vatican Council II could start in Britain and then spread to Poland and other countries , like the recent workshop on the Traditional Latin Mass, supported by Ecclesia Dei.

The Traditional Latin Mass must not be separated from the exclusive salvation theology of Vatican Council II. The Council affirms that the Catholic Church has the superiority and exclusiveness in salvation and all need to enter as members with faith and baptism.

The Church is saying in Vatican Council II(AG ) that there are billions of people in Hell and they are there without faith and baptism.

The Church guided by the Holy Spirit is saying that when we meet non Catholics we know that they are oriented to Hell since the ordinary way of salvation is faith and baptism and there is no extraordinary way, visible or known to us human beings.-Lionel Andrades
