Brother Andre Marie MICM is being forced to accept heresy and then be accepted as a Catholic by the Vatican ,while John Henry Weston has accepted this heresy, in a compromise, and he is producing a video series on the heresies of Pope Francis.
The heresy? For Brother Andre Marie being saved in invincible ignorance does not refer to personally known people in 2019.This is common sense. So these theoretical cases are not objective exceptions to traditional outside the Church there is no salvation.Invincible ignorance is not an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).There is no change in EENS as it was known over the centuries.So he would conclude traditionally that in Heaven there are only Catholics . They are there with faith and baptism(AG 7. LG 14) and without mortal sin on their soul.No heresy here.
But for the ecclesiastics at the Vatican and for John Henry Weston, Editor, LifeSites News, invincible ignorance is an exception to the dogma EENS. So he will not say that in Heaven there are only Catholics and outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation in 2019. It is the same with Bishop Schneider. There are exceptions to EENS.Invincible ignorance is an exception to EENS and so the understanding of the dogma EENS has been changed.Outside the Church there is salvation. With invisible cases of invincible ignorance being visible and so exceptions to EENS, the Creeds and the Catechisms also have a new meaning.With a New Theology you get new doctrines, New Ecumenism, New Ecclesiology....This is heresy. We now have heresy. It is common and it is official.
So John Henry Weston, can say all Protestants need to convert into the Church for salvation..He cannot say that all need to believe in Jesus in the Catholic Church and those who do not are oriented to Hell. He has lost his Catholic Identity.
So even with public heresy, on such a wide scale ( Creed, Catechisms, EENS, Vatican Council II etc) he is legally accepted as a Catholic by the Vatican.While Brother Andre Marie who does not interpret magisterial documents with the irrationality to create heresy and a rupture with Tradition, is legally not a Catholic.-Lionel Andrades

Vatican Council II does not contradict the 'rigorist interpretation' of
EENS. So why does the CDF and Bishop Libasci ask Brother Andre Marie to
reject the strict interpretation of EENS?

In 1965 it should have been announced that Vatican Council II supports
the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS)
and so there is no change in the Church's ecclesiology. They can make
this announcement even today.
