He interprets Vatican Council II with the New Theology.He does not represent all traditionalists in the Catholic Church.
Brother Andre Marie MICM,Prior at the St. Benedict Center affirms all Magisterial documents including Vatican Council II. He also affirms Vatican Council II in harmony with the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).He interprets Vatican Council II rationally.He accepts Pope Francis as the pope and is not a schismatic.
He also interprets the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) as referring to only hypothetical cases for us human beings. They can only be known to God. So theoretically he accepts BOD,BOB and I.I. But he does not consider them to be practical exceptions to EENS. There are no literal cases.

However for Bishop Peter Libasci, the bishop of Manchester and the Secretaries of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), BOD,BOB and I.I refer to known people saved outside the Church. So BOD, BOB and I.I are exceptions to EENS. This is irrational and non traditional.
Since Brother Andre Marie and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary do not support this irrationality and heresy, they are not allowed to have the Traditional Latin Mass at the SBC chapel.
This is an injustice. It is not Catholic.
