A false concept of mission and salvation is expected to be announced this June 29th, the feast of St. Peter and St. Paul.It will be heretical. All Catholics will have to follow it or be legally declared non Catholic.
In coordination with the Diocesen Offices for Pastoral Mission and a new dicastery for evangelisation, all Catholics will have to interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) with a false premise and inference, to remain Catholic. Most of them are already doing this.
The St. Benedict Center(SBC), in New Hampshire has June 30 to conform, according to the website of the Diocese of Manchester, USA. Then there will be an announcement from the Diocese of Manchster in coordinartion with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith(CDF), on the religious status of the community Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, at the SBC.
All religious communities to remain in the Catholic Church will have to state that hypothetical and unknown cases of the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) are known and objective examples of salvation outside the Church. So these 'visible cases' are practical exceptions to the strict interpretation of the dogma EENS.So EENS and the Athansius Creed is obsolete in the new Catholic Church.
Similarly all religious communities and Catholics will have to affirm that unknown and invisible cases,in 2019, mentioned in LG 8,LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc are practical exception to EENS as it was known to the Magisterium and missionaries in the 16th century.
This is obligatory.
Those who affirm EENS in harmony with Tradition and who interpret Vatican Council II in harmony with Tradition, will not be allowed to call themselves Catholic, cite the Catechism etc. These conditions are already there on the website of the Diocese of Manchester for the SBC.
Also those Catholics who do not affirm this heresy and sacrilege will be officially considered outside the Church and will face a kind of excommunication. It will be supported by the 1983 Code of Canon Law prepared by Cardinal Ratzinger, who also supports there being two or three popes at the same time.
Heresy and sin will be the norm to remain a Catholic.
With the dogma outside the Church set aside the way will be open for joint mission with the other Christian communities, joint prayers and projects and they will be allowed to receive the Eucharist in the Catholic Church. This is the ideal to which the Vatican and the Left are working towards, legally.
Presently this will not be an issue for the SSPX and FSSP , since they interpret BOD, BOB and I.I and LG 8, LG 16 etc as referring to personally known, non Catholics saved outside the Church. So they reject the traditional 16th century interpretation of EENS even at the Traditional Latin Mass.
However later they will have to accept other Leftist demands. The Catholic Church will be recognised by the secular forces, as a kind of corporation of the liberals and the left. Those who are traditionalists on faith and morals, will be considered members of a sect and then persecuted by the Church and the secular forces.
