Bishop Peter Libasci and Curia members in the Diocese of Manchester and Brother Andre Marie MICM and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary agree that there are no personally known csaes of non Catholics saved outside the Church with the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and invincible ignorance(I.I).There were none even over the last 50 years.So there are no objective exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).

On this point even the past two popes would agree with them.There are no practical exceptions to EENS and the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.

 Fr Georges de Laire, the vicar for canonical affairs who has issued a Decree of Prohibitions against the St.Benedict Center, does not know of any person saved outside the Church, in his life time.So there cannot be known exceptions to the Athanasius Creed which says outside the Church there is no salvation.

No one in the diocese of Manchester knows of any exception to the Syllabus of Errors of Pope PiuS IX, which affirms only an ecumenism of return.

So there is no theological basis, in Manchester, or Boston, for the New Theology, New Ecumenism, New Ecclesiology, New Evangelisation etc based on alleged visible examples of BOD, BOB and I.I being exceptions to 16th- century EENS.

Brother Andre Marie affirms the same rational, Feenyite theology as Bishop Peter Libasci, Fr. Georges de Laire and the new chancellor Meredith Cook.They also say that BOD, BOB and I.I is invisible in 2019.So there are no practical exceptions to EENS. All adults in Manchester need the baptism of water with Catholic faith to avoid Hell ( go to Heaven) and there can be no known exceptions.All Jews, Muslims etc are oriented to Hell.

However Brother Andre Marie is also affirming Feeneyite EENS based on Vatican Council II (AG 7). Since LG 8, LG 14, LG 16, UR 3, GS 22 , NA 2 etc in Vatican Council II being hypothetical and theoretical only, do not contradict Feeneyite EENS.So he supports 'the rigorist interpretation' of EENS based on Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades
